I have a 101 year old home and the floors are very uneven, Alex took great care to level the cabinets in a challenging environment and kept the job on schedule. Horrible all around. This company was the third party contracted by Lowe's to install kitchen cabinets I bought from them. After the cabinets were delivered I contacted them at several numbers and email addresses five times to schedule an installation and received no responses. I gave up and hired my own contractor. Then I found out hey measured my kitchen incorrectly resulting in a cabinet layout too wide for my kitchen. They also didn't check to see if the cabinet soffit was concealing plumbing , which it was, so I had to have another contractor make cutouts for the second floor drainage pipes from the second floor, and make custom enclosures inside the new cabinets which were full height and went to the ceiling. I was told Lowe's no longer uses them due to the number of complaints. read more

For the love of God, avoid working with this company. They cannot keep track of orders, will push your call or hang up on you when you ask for an update, and when they do show up their contractors will likely not be able to complete the project the first time. We are simply looking to get trim finished in our kitchen and after waiting weeks for it, they cannot find the pieces and will push our calls after seeing who is calling (specifically Karina). Very poor customer service, no attention to detail and absolutely not worth the trouble or value. If you go through Lowes, I highly recommend you specifically ask not to have your project outsourced to Aspect Montage. It will likely never be finished. read more

I would like to complement the Door Near Me Installation Team of Tom & Ivan.   Tom and Ivan arrived on time and started right at 8:00 AM.  They worked non-stop until 4:00, except for a fifteen (15) minute lunch break.   The removal of the old doors, the installation of the new doors went perfectly.  Their removal of the old doors and the installation trash was excellent.  They left my house in pristine condition.   Except for the installation of our two (2) new, beautiful doors, they left no evidence that they had been to 244 North Street, Upton.   Tom & Ivan work quickly making very little mess.  They were much quieter than I anticipated.  An occasional power tool or hammer during the removal process.  During the installation process, there was virtually no noise.   My compliments to Door Near Me Company for hiring such a professional installation team.   Thank you!!! read more

Do not use "Aspect Montage" which by the way work for Lowes. BUYER BE AWARE! If you do, know that a nightmare is waiting to happen. Unfortunately they are the installer for Lowes. Back in November, I have ordered 2 patio sliding doors. A Russian speaking guy showed up late and did not know how to measure my patio doors. Sure enough when they came back to install the doors due to mis measurement, the new patio doors would NOT fit in. They ended up putting my old patio door which by the way got damaged during the removal, does not lock any more with no installation back to cover the opening. They didn't call or try to fix the issue. Now I am getting water damage every time that it rains. read more

We were assigned Aspect Montage as a kitchen subcontractor through Lowe's. On the day of install, they sent one worker (Russian speaking only) to do the entire kitchen installation. He didn't have any of our plans when he showed up and so communicating with someone who doesn't speak English about where the cabinets are supposed to go, along with other general installation items he should be aware of, was extremely difficult. We had to help him bring in the cabinets since they didn't send at least two workers. He didn't inspect any of the cabinets (to ensure no manufacturer defects) before installing and of course, there were damaged cabinets and warped doors. Instead of notifying Lowe's and reordering new cabinets, he installed them all. Their installation workmanship was horrendous too. After tripping a circuit, he cut a hole in our newly finished wall to show that he didn't drill into an electrical wire. When we requested a supervisor come out on site the second day to review the quality and issues, they said they would send someone. The supervisor didn't show up the next day and the worker said his supervisor wasn't coming. We told him to leave before he started working the second day. To top it all off, he left all the cardboard in our driveway which was supposed to be removed each day. I would give a zero star review if I could. Photos speak for themselves. read more

I'm here to echo the same experiences I had with Aspect Montage via Lowe's for a kitchen renovation (Cabinets, countertops, and flooring). The installers failed to build a sink stand for our farmhouse sink, something they reassured me that the countertop contractors would do, which they do not. I started this process in early September 2023 and it is now two months later and the sink stand is still not built. This is holding up the countertops and floors. I've rescheduled appointments now 5 times! No one shows up when they are supposed to. They told me the supervisor is on schedule to come, and he doesn't even show up. read more

We requested an estimate for hanging door slabs. Vladimir came out over 2 weeks ago to take what seemed to be meticulous measurements and confirmed what type of doors we would like. He spent about an hour and a half in our home. He said that we would have an estimate with one week. We called several times and did not receive a call back. Finally we were able to get Victoria on the phone. She apologized that no one followed up with us and said that she will have someone call. To date we still have not heard from anyone nor have we received the estimate. We are moving on from this company and no longer interested in doing business with them! read more

I worked with Aspect Montage through a kitchen renovation with Lowe's. The measurements and day one of installation went well. The installers were timely and nice. However, when I noticed they didn't remount the microwave right after they left on day two, I immediately called Aspect Montage to report the oversight. Karina told me she would either have the installer return or they would find someone else to complete the job. Long story short, I had to contact Lowes customer service to intervene after some time. Aspect Montage also avoided them for a while. It took a month of me making many phone calls and Lowe's submitting additional work orders to the company before they finally came back out to complete the job. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Karina gave me a bunch of lip service and wasted so much time avoiding doing the right thing. She lacks transparency and true customer service skills. read more
