When I arrived home, the clock no longer ran when plugged in. I called the store and was told I could receive a $35 credit on the $350 next cost of fixing the clock. The clock has sentimental value to me, however the original cost of the clock was less than $10 long ago. I recommend asking the repair price before the repair work is done. I paid the $35 and would have been satisfied if the clock continued to work, but I would not have agreed to the initial $35 repair cost if known before the 2 minute repair and I won't be returning For the next $350 repair.

He removed the entire clock face and movements. As of July 20, 2026, he has refused to return her parts. He threatened and cursed my sister and demanded another $500 to return parts. He had excuse after excuse as why he could not meet for us to pick up the parts. He even stated he would send parts via UPS to her home. Beware of this individual.!!!

I responded asking him to call me and he claimed he was in a doctor appointment and wanted to know what I needed. I needed a call back and asked him to call me - again. I then received a text with a waiving hand and the words goodbye... he said I was trying to scam him. I sent another text to him - since this was the only way he would correspond - I indicated some specifics to "prove" I wasn't a scam and asked for a call back. Was told he would call in 30 minutes. After several hours, additional calls and text messages I have not heard a word from him. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

After 2 weeks I went to pick it up during the posted business hours and no one was there. I called the phone number and I heard a message that tells you they're not there, and to not leave a message. I tried calling several times during the day, and no one picked up until about 15 minutes before the posted closing time. I told him what I was looking for, and was told that he had not gotten to it yet, and to try again next week. I advised him that I wanted to pick up the clock and take it somewhere else, and asked if he would be there the next day, which he said that he would. I am now sitting outside of the store during the posted business hours, and once again no one is here. How can they run a business this way? I rarely write reviews, but if you need to get your clock repaired avoid this place at all costs.
