It's a ripoff. Don't go over price service. I went there just to get a watch battery, long wait for a 10 minutes of work.

Another update. After 2 months reworking my watch and it wasn't done on time. Ah yes I got it at about the 2 month date but had to bring it back for them to finish, now about 7 months later things are not working right. Trying to set it and the knob spins. Trying to set it in one direction and the knob spins off so instead of a couple minute change I have to go 12 hours and if I go a little beyond, another 12 hour reset. While it is self winding, and that works, I used to be able to wind it by hand which I needed when I got up in the morning. That didn't work at al when I got it back the first time nor the second time. Again, stay away! The other repair shop quickly fixed the slow running. while I waited. They didn't fix and weren't asked to fix the spinning knob nor anything else. They are quick and do a great job unlike the Time Center which makes slow an aspiration they haven't reached yet. I was more interested in quality however. They completely failed to deliver that. STAY AWAY! read more

I had a great experience with the folks at The Time Center. I brought in a pocket watch that had been in my family for some years. It had serious problems. It wasn't running, the crystal and one hand were missing and the back of the watch was badly scraped. It also required a complete service -- taken apart, cleaned, lubricated and adjusted. I found a "donor" watch on eBay that I thought could provide parts for the repair. They did a wonderful job. The various parts fit perfectly and the watch looks and runs great! I was told that it would take 3 months and that is about how long it took. I was in no rush, and after all Rome was not built in a day. Quality work in a busy shop can take time. The service was courteous and professional. I now have a favorite watch shop. I'll be back. read more

BEST I've found. I stopped by to have my Omega Seamaster serviced several months ago and completely forgot to leave a review for these guys, for which they provided excellent service. I'm always a little reluctant to hand that watch over to anyone not just because of the type of watch it is, but it does also hold sentimental value. They allowed me to stay onsite and hang out while they serviced the watch. While the watch was being serviced we sat and chatted about the history of watches and the future of quartz and digital, really a great experience all around and I would highly recommend going here with your time pieces. Something worth keeping in mind, especially during the pandemic, a lot of factories supplying parts for our watches and clocks are running much slower with production, so if your timepiece is held onto longer than you expected, you can bet it's supply chain issues and not this location. They over charge. I brought a very inexpensive clock to replace a $13 motor that I ended up buying from Amazon. He wanted $40 just for the labor. I watched a YouTube video and did it myself in 6 minutes. I brought a new watch to have sized, needing 2 links removed. He wanted $20. I went to Jared and they did it for free. read more

I came in to have a watch I have had for a long time to try and get it fixed as i love the watch. Not a fancy watch, but none the less a watch I would like to wear again. I went in advised a very foreign speaking man there of I want watch cleaned and check if the guts of watch are working properly. I dropped off on a Friday, I got a call back next day and advised $65.00 to fix, so I am OK go ahead with fixing the watch. They gave me no time frame of when it would be done, I called that Monday and left message, no call back. Called next day and advise maybe end of week. I came in and picked the watch up, it was working again. Several weeks the watch just died again, I did not want to take back to The Time Center, as I just feel their customer service was just lacking and not happy with the whole place. Went to another Watch Repair place and they looked at the watch to see what was wrong and they advised me that it didn't even look like the watch was even cleaned (even though I asked for this to me done) and the inner workings of the watch needed to be replaced. These guys are not to be trusted, if you have a heirloom watch. Dropped of my watch that had great sentimental value, to be cleaned and adjusted. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks. It took 8 months. Every time I called, would be fed BS. This went on for months. Every time I told them I wanted to pick it up, Sharma and laiq would lie and tell me my watch were in pieces, and it would be done the next week. This went on for months. I finally got the watch back, and the original glass was replaced. This devalues the watch considerable, not to mention it's sentimental value. Don't trust these folks, they are liars and thieves.
