When I arrived home, the clock no longer ran when plugged in. I called the store and was told I could receive a $35 credit on the $350 next cost of fixing the clock. The clock has sentimental value to me, however the original cost of the clock was less than $10 long ago. I recommend asking the repair price before the repair work is done. I paid the $35 and would have been satisfied if the clock continued to work, but I would not have agreed to the initial $35 repair cost if known before the 2 minute repair and I won't be returning For the next $350 repair.

He came in during this crazy pandemic and was very careful with mask and social distancing, for this i am very appreciative as I have an elderly mom at home. He came and dismantled the clock precisely and with great care. And it only took 45 minutes and worth every penny! He even told me the history of this particular clock and I am glad he is so knowledgeable in regards to clocks. He let me know he's been doing this for over 20 years and that says a lot. I can appreciate workmanship and precision. This is definitely a lost craft and I am going to keep his business card as i am convinced I will be purchasing another clock in the near future. If you need more info, don't hesitate to sent me a message as I think this review is not quite complete. Although I think i put in the important aspects. After several hours, additional calls and text messages I have not heard a word from him. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

We brought our large quartz movement wall clock in for repair. When we brought it home and rehung it, we were pleasantly surprised to discover the pendulum, which was a dull faded color, was now sparkling and gleaming. The Time Center in Westchester clearly values customer satisfaction. Their artisans/master craftsmen went above and beyond and we are very pleased. We highly recommend them! read more

I took two watches into your store. One had a battery replaced while I waited, at a very fair price. The second was a Movado with a broken clasp. It was repaired/replaced quickly and for far less than at the factory. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The Time Center has repaired two clocks for us - a stand up pedestal and a grandfather clock. Both were important family pieces, so it was important to us that they be repaired properly, and carefully. The Time Center did an excellent job. They were prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Their advertisement said it was a 14K yellow-gold bezel. I asked 3 times if it was solid gold or hollow. Melanie said solid. After I received the item I looked for the 14K gold stamp; there was none. After receiving the piece I called Melanie back to again confirm 14K solid yellow gold, she was quite snippy and rude. She reneged stating only the bezel was gold and the cage was not solid gold. Why was it advertised as 14K gold? If the bezel was indeed Stuller I am sure it would have a 14K gold stamp. Not a lot of integrity here! I've worked at a jewelry store. I know what a loop is, most stores have testing equipment to determine gold authenticity. I would never do business here again.
