Came in here to get a watch pin and tube/collar to reconnect the links on my watch. It was $37 after tax. It only took ~10 minutes. It was a reasonable price so I didn't have to deal with it. Had a horrible experience here yesterday. Came here with a watch that needed a band readjustment. Owner was really rude. Took off two links and didn't give them back! I paid the 10 bucks with my credit card and left. 2 hours later I came back because I decided I needed my links and decided that the fit was too loose. I walk in and asked the same guy for my links. He grumbles something goes back to his work station finds the links and throws them on the counter. I asked him if he could take one more link off, he was insistent that it would be too tight. I literally had to take my finger and stick it through my watch band to show him how loose it was. Like really? You can't just do what I'm asking? He rudely says 'fine, we'll take one more link off." So he gets done and says to me "we charge 10 dollars." Really you can't take the extra link off free of charge since I was just here? Fine. I didn't want to argue. I give him my card and he scoffs and rudely says "you don't have cash?" I said look if I had cash I'd give it to you. I reluctantly gave him my card, paid and left. I really wish I read the reviews before coming here. The owners are rude, rip you off and have zero understanding of good customer service. The only reason I came here is because it was close to my girlfriend's house. Next time I'll go to the watch repair facility by my house. Avoid at all costs! read more

I visited Time Link in an attempt to find a replacement winder cap for my Timex watch. They did not have this part and to make matters worse, the person working here decided to go into a long, drawn out explanation as to why they don't service Timex watches. Either you have the part I need or you don't! Don't waste my time with babble. read more

This is a small jewelry store that doesn't offer much, in the way of customer service or quality. I had gone here several times to get watch batteries and the prices, along with the dependibility of the batteries varied. Store staff is not cordial, they seem to have the attitude they are doing you a favor.The batteries didn't last long in a Movado I had and in another watch, when they put the battery in, it went out weeks later. I took it to Paulicci's, across the street, and they cleaned the watch and put in a new battery for $15.00. Avoid this place. read more

These guys have been super helpful for watch repairs on several occasions and I've always felt like the pirce was right. I'm not sure what the complaints are for: I've never left unhappy. I'd certainly give them the chance to quote your repair before going somewhere else. read more

Took my fathers watch to be fixed. Quick fix nothing big he went to the back to fix the watch heard something drop, gave the watch back and wouldn't work at all. Asked for a refund and he said it wasn't his fault he didn't know what happen. Wouldn't give the refund because it was a new system. (Paid with Credit card) made him give me cash instead. read more

Charged $15 for basic watch sizing adjustment. I also had to ask explicitly to have the spare links back! The same service would be cheaper if not free elsewhere. Repairman seemed annoyed when initial sizing was too tight. I recommend asking for a quote on the repair before service. Pricing seems inconsistent and no receipt provided. I had a great experience here today - I needed links added to my watch and a new battery. I didn't have the extra links for the watch, but the owner made it work by adding links from another watch. I am not one to go on Yelp and enter in very many reviews ever but I feel that it is important I let people know how wonderful the staff and services are at this establishment. I brought in my ladies rolex subarminer 18kt yg 2tone for full service for under $800 and they also offered me an additional year warranty totalling a 3 year warranty for $100 more.  You can't ask for more my watch is running beautifully and I got it back with in a few weeks!  Be sure to ask for Waseem or Daniel they are the best! read more

Had my Rolex Serviced here for a complete job. I have to say the turn around time was excellent I got my watch back very fast and this does not happen at other places. I only paid around $600 for the service that would have been double that at a Jeweler. These guys are great, very kind, and explain everything that you might have a question for. The older gentleman that owns the location takes a lot of pride in his work you can tell by just having a conversation with him. read more

watch out stay away from this place their estimates are incorrect and prices are outrageous, have a doubt even if they use genuine parts, rather go to a jewelry store some of them have factory trained technicians will fix you watch with genuine parts and even change your battery while you wait at reasonable price. The Pakistani store owner, Essan, told me, "no problem;" that he would call me with an estimate in two days. He never called. On day three, one of their Pakistani "expert" American watchmakers told me he wasn't skilled enough to fix anything to do with the movement. He then admitted that he just knew how to do basic services such as changing the battery, bands, and links. So, if you have a watch that you like a lot needing repair, I would recommend another place that's trustworthy and professional. read more

Very friendly gentleman fixed two watches that needed repair as I waited within less than a 1/4 hour. The store is easy to get to right off of 75th street. Some very nice time pieces for sale inside the store as well. If your looking for a quick repair I highly recommend.... read more
