The clock has sentimental value to me, however the original cost of the clock was less than $10 long ago. I recommend asking the repair price before the repair work is done. I paid the $35 and would have been satisfied if the clock continued to work, but I would not have agreed to the initial $35 repair cost if known before the 2 minute repair and I won't be returning For the next $350 repair.

When working with Delilah we would be given one answer in the store, but when we would call or email for an update on my ring we were told a completely different answer every time. It was NEVER resized and the other jeweler informed me the stone setting Mark Peters put on my ring was not proportional and was risking the integrity of my ring. Clearly Mark Peter and his staff are unknowledgeable when it comes to designing engagement rings. The amount of miscommunication across the staff is ridiculous and Mark Peter refuses to take accountability. The gentleman franchisee, or manager (I'm not sure which) was a nice guy, but he looked at each watch and declared that it would cost around $40 each for the replacement. These watches are roughly $100 new, so the calculus failed. I looked up the operation on YouTube, found some appropriate videos, and performed the task myself. $3.99 for each battery, and roughly 10 minutes of my time per watch. The watch Stop probably could have done it in 3 minutes-nice profit margin. They're good as new. When in doubt, look it up on YouTube!
