When working with Delilah we would be given one answer in the store, but when we would call or email for an update on my ring we were told a completely different answer every time. Once I finally received my ring I tried it on in the store and it was still very loose. I was assured it was resized... I took it to another jeweler to get a second opinion. It was NEVER resized and the other jeweler informed me the stone setting Mark Peters put on my ring was not proportional and was risking the integrity of my ring. Clearly Mark Peter and his staff are unknowledgeable when it comes to designing engagement rings. The amount of miscommunication across the staff is ridiculous and Mark Peter refuses to take accountability. The store's business plan needs a revamp, or better yet this jeweler just needs to go out of business.

They only had 2 very nice young people that would have had to send the necklace out to have the diamond heart attached. It's not a difficult job but a jeweler would have had to handle it. The inconvenience of it had me turning down the gold chain and going to my jeweler in Berwyn. It was only a $190 chain but they lost the sale. Because for the 1/2 hour I was there I was the only customer so they didn't sell anything. I wouldn't bother to go again.

The staff could not have been more helpful. They were able to take my ring in that day and replace the two smaller missing diamonds within two hours.
