Great quality Great service for the best price!! Staff was very helpful in helping us choose the right door for our home. Installation team was very professional and detailed! Highly recommended!!!

Wow, the way this company surpassed all of our expectations. From begging to end the process went amazing. As a homeowner you experience a lot of doubt when making improvements in your home, every single doubt I had went away with ASP.For starters, Alexa Yessenia Jonathan Mondy and Maggie provided us with excellent customer service. Every question I had was throughly explained. I was of updated on how our project was moving along at least twice a month. Alexa and Mondy helped me pick out the design, color, size of my windows and doors. I often reached out to Mondy with questions in regards to my permits, the city regulations, and almost instantly he would reply to all my questions. Anything I wanted to add on or modify or any confusion I might have had Alexa was there to help out. Maggie helped us the payment plan for our project and the best part was that we didn't have to pay all in one shot. Then during the installation Gustavo the installer and his helper were amazing. Very respectful in our home, there was never a mess everything was always cleaned up and put away(which we loved). We even had a supervisor come and check to see how the project was moving along, where they were made sure that we were happy with how our home was looking. ASP made the process easy and affordable for the amazing quality they provided us with. I definitely recommend the honesty and hard work of this company and will be coming back as soon as it's time to change our roof.

This company are such professionals! We have been doing some major improvements in our home since the pandemic started. This time it was French doors and a front door. We got a quote from three different companies one was cheaper and one was more expensive so we decided to take the middle route. I could not be happier with the results. We signed the contract last July so it did take quite a while, but we were advised of this due to material shortages and increased order flow. Periodically we send them emails to ask for updates. Of all of the process this is the part that I could say I was a bit unsatisfied with. They never reached out with updates. But once the job started they were on top of things, calling every step of the way. The actual installers were very nice and professional, the supervisor who came on the first day to check the process was also very professional as well. The cement contractor was also very professional, efficient in fast. And lastly the acrylic installers who came to install a design on our front door we're also top-notch. I cannot see any more positive things about this company. We are 1000% happy customers. I would recommend ASP to anyone looking to do some home improvements. They are not only very professional but their prices are fair as well. Like I said we saw someone cheaper but it seemed a little too cheap to be true, and we also saw another company at least $5000 more than ASP were and the materials and designs for doors were not better if not the same.

Always making sure the work areas were properly covered to avoid a mess

My install was completed yesterday and passed inspection today I would hands down recommend ASP for windows and doors. The professionalism was maintained from beginning to end. There was always a respect for my time starting with my time with Kendrick picking out the style/color/glass and frame types I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was very specific of what front door I wanted and the time frame I was expecting it in and ASP was able to make good on their promise on both. Other contractors were telling me it was impossible to get my door in less than a year. The install began with an amazing liaison Tammy @ASP that coordinated times and dates with ease. No back and forth I was told the times and days the install would take place and that's exactly how it happened. The workmanship and integrity in the install was impressive. The gentlemen installing took their time and made sure the fittings of each window and door was as it should be. Very clean and precise work. Measuring over and over for a clean and precise job. I was told by neighbors family members installs with other companies Al have needed multiple inspections. My project passed inspection the first time ASP Thank you for the amazing job, not to forget it was competed on a holiday ! I'm sure not too any companies would've put in the 8+ hours on a holiday to complete the job. Thank You! I absolutely LOVE my windows and ESPECIALLY my door These are quick pics I will add more pics shortly.

The 2 installations of beautiful windows and doors were professionally executed. For this we'd give 5 stars. The communication and follow through was 2 stars. This is why the review is 3 stars. We selected green glass for 2 and 3 door sliders, a cabana door and windows. The product has 3 layers, the frames are sturdy and the door locks have metal rods that extend into the frames. We also selected a huge picture window from their commercial line to replace a triple window. We love all of them. We are enjoying a quiet house, even when neighbors have parties or their lawn mowers/air conditioners are blaring. We anticipate a lower electric bill too. And the glass is rated for a category 5 hurricane. The salesperson, Jesus, was very friendly and professional. He measured and provided cadd (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) layouts of our house during the sales call. He was very knowledgeable about the products. We visited him in their showroom to select the products. He visited our house twice to get contract signatures and down-payments for our two installations. After that we never heard from him again - even when we reached out to him via phone and text. UNTIL 6 days after the second installation was completed - he emailed explanation that it took so long to do the second installation they couldn't make a permit revision so there are additional fees of $344 on top of the $800+ they charged on our bill to prep the order/permit docs. For the first installation, months passed after we gave the down payment so I called them. They said the City lost their permit. They resubmitted the permit after I called them. No one ever called me to tell me this happened or to give me status. During the sales call, Jesus told us that we'd have a week's notice before installation. But they contacted us on a Friday afternoon to ask to install on Monday. We scrambled to get things ready to accommodate them. For the second job, we heard nothing for 5 months. There was absolute silence between the time we gave them the deposit and when we got installation information - again only after I called them. When I asked why they didn't reach out to us, even by email to say something like 'we're working on your order and look forward to installing your windows' their customer service rep, Jonathan, said this is their process but he checked and saw that we never got any email, phone call, snail mail, etc. Lastly, while we absolutely loved the installation (it required cutting tile and floating laminate floors, window frames, etc.) and how tidy the guys were, after the first installation we had medication missing after either the window installers or the alarm company contractors were in our house. I don't know who took the bottles that were hidden in the house but I highly recommend you just remove valuables and medications from your house during ANY work. We thought we took ample precaution - and we have several security cameras - but we still had things stolen. It was really devastating and made us feel violated. So for the second installation, we used vacation time for both of us to be in the house with the installers and alarm company reps. (We reported the theft to both companies and got different crews for the second window/alarm sensor installations.) We still love the windows and are ultimately glad we bought them but really disliked the administrative portion of dealing with them. We upgraded our window treatment order to thoroughly enjoy the windows.

If 4 out of 5 is equivalent to 80% or a B-minus, then I think that's a fair evaluation of my experience. As seen in the picture, the finished product is spectacular. ASP and its subcontractors demolished an entire corner of our open floor plan living area to install two sets of triple impact sliding glass doors. This has brought the leafy outdoor and pool background into plain view. In the cooler months, we can open up both sides and enjoy outdoor-indoor living. This was a big job. A complicated job. It may have been more complicated than ASP thought. As such, there were required structural add-ons that were not calculated as part of the original estimate and that I had to pay extra for. Actually, to ASP's credit, they split the cost of the add-ons with me. But the complexity of the job also brought on delays in drafting and design, and in filing for permits. The delays became unreasonably long - and I'm a very reasonable guy (look at the rating I'm giving them!). The entire project, from the salesperson's visit to completion, took 14 months!! So why am I still giving them 4 of 5? Because the end result is working seamlessly and we are very satisfied with the added beauty to our home. More importantly, once I raised my concerns to the owner of the company (8 months in), things finally started to move and I got white-glove treatment. The office staff that reports to the owner were kind and understanding. They were frequently in touch to make sure we were informed of the progress and that we were wholly satisfied with the work. My recommendation to potential customers is that you make sure ASP is truthful in all of their communications with you from day 1. Don't let them fall into the typical South Florida general contractor M.O. of giving customers the runaround. If ASP can pledge to call a spade a spade and communicate frequently, you can trust that they'll do a good job. In summary, waiting 14 months for the work to be finished was excruciating. But ASP delivered a beautiful job that enhances the enjoyment of our home and adds significant value. And their office staff was amazing.

Don't tell me how great you are when you install my windows, show me when I have an issue. They sent 2 great employees. Orlai & Frank. They are an asset to the company. I have recommended them to everybody that asks about my amazing windows If you choose another company, pray they are as good as ASP Windows.

What an amazing experience! I cannot praise all the ASP Windows and Doors staff enough. My sales agent Chris was ALWAYS available for any questions by BOTH email and phone throughout the entire process - including a final inspection after the installation. Our building has some very complicated angles and Michael - lead installation expert - was able to manage them all. The office staff ALWAYS answers the phone and keeps you updated throughout the process. We have experienced and heard of other awful window installations and are SO SO happy to have found ASP and SIW (window manufacturer). Five windows and three swinging doors with transoms replaced. Noise reduced 50-75%. read more

A class act operation. Management has done a superb job in ensuring they are represented with excellence. Starting with Ivan in sales, Margarita in Finance, Melanie in the back office, dynamic duo of installers Ruben and Robert and field supervisor Sergio they all provided an elevated customer experience, second to none. From a professional to another, I take my hat off to this organization. I've already recommended them to 4 family and friends. It was a true pleasure doing business with you. I'm so mad! I want my money back! When Thomas first sold me the contract on 12/18/2020 with ASP windows he told me if I gave him $1,000.00 then my windows would be installed in 9 Months time, Aug/Sept 2021, at the latest? I told him we have an association from the devil and I wanted my money back if he couldn't get it done - so he put that in the final approval measurements contract that we signed. 12 Months later Thomas wouldn't return my calls, text or emails so I contacted (ASP Kendall) that my wife and I had gotten approval from our association in the December 2021 board meeting and you informed me that Thomas is no longer with your company and Bruce was assigned to our contract, so last week Bruce tells me $1,000.00 more and I would have to wait another 6 Months at least, so 18 or 19 Months start to completion? This is 2x longer than you 1st promised us! I told Bruce that we wanted our money back and he said that you would charge me to get out of the contract? That he would call me back in a week, NOW 1 week and 3 days later Bruce is AWOL just like your 1st guy, so now I am posting online. Please have a responsible person call me back with your decision. On 1/27/2021 @ 1:13 PM Bruce calls me to tell me he will give me back $950.00 if I take down this review 1st! Blackmail? Now I have a few more levers to pull! read more

This company was amazing from start to finish, my family and I are so satisfied with the product and services that we received. Our sales Peter made sure that we were completely satisfied with the product in which we wanted. We had 12 windows and 3 doors installed. The product took about 6 to 7 months to arrive. Upon installed it took about 3 to 4 working days to complete the entire installation. After installation the city came by to conduct their final inspection and yes they past with flying colors. A week later their Supervisor Sergio came by to do a final inspection as well He reviewed the work that was done. He too wanted to make sure that not only the work was done correctly but to make sure that we were satisfied with the product and service. Last but not least the company's financial team Tammy and Margarita did a amazing job those ladies know what their doing as well. Each person that we made contact with did their thing. This company comes highly recommended. Hats off to all of them from our sales person Peter to the Supervisor Sergio, and the financial team Tammy and Margarita. My family and I are really enjoying our new windows and doors. Thus far we have been receiving rave reviews from the neighbors and delivery personnel our home is getting a lot of attention. So I had high hopes for ASP, I talked to them many times over the years at the home show, and I saw they had a super high rating. Last summer, I got a quote for ten impact doors. Unfortunately, it took me three months to get the quote approved, and my original salesperson left. I was then passed to the owner's nephew. Since it had been three months, the quote had expired. But the new price now was 26% HIGHER for the same doors. Anyway, I was very disappointed. Luckily I was able to track down the original salesperson, and he was able to get the same doors even cheaper than the first price. Before you pull the trigger, make sure you do your pricing homework. I was able to save thousands else ware. read more

I had this company give me an estimate for a new front door. When I shared with the salesman the cost was out of reach he asked me if he dropped the $1600 permit would I sign the contract. I indicated the door is to be done under a permit and thanks but no thanks I don't deal with a company that doesn't abide by the law or the proper processes. Keep in mind he wasn't going to lower the cost of the door and installation, they were just not going to get the permit. After this my niece hired this company to put all brand new doors and all new windows and after a year and two months the job is still not done satisfactorily. This company does not have employees to do the work.....They hire contractors and most really don't have a clue how to do a proper install. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

Had been two years of my doors and windows installation. Everytime these rains starts I just can think about ASP. If I knew better I would kept my old doors. Now with this sliding door I can hear everything like I dont have a door and rain gets in and trough my wall. Long story short... During covid they were behind and sent me two guys that Im guessing they were just hired, cause they were talking about how this new company for them do things. I told the guy: what about that big gap on top of the door frame? You dont need to put extra wood there before screwing the door? He said: No worries, it will b fill in with silicone. I guess thats the way all noise come trough. Company sent the repair guy two times to check leak into wall. Looked good till rained. My curtains never stay right cause the area getting wet all the time. Now started to grow mold. I just got tired of calling them, wait for them to come and nothing fix. Now waiting for a chance to call a handyman to take down that indoor wall to see if we can figure out the leak, seal it and replace the wall. Now how much more thats going to be. Crazy one day they sent a guy just to ask to write a review on google. Plus all the texts and emails I got to put the review. And now that I can hear and see the rain in my family room again, made me finally write this review. read more

ASP responded quickly to our request. Chris Pouridas came over and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the options and enlightening us on the Hurricane Impact specifications and requirements. The very next day he provided us an extremely detailed and very reasonable quote for the entire house. We accepted the quote and signed the agreement with ASP. ASP took care of contacting the HOA, and arranged for the Miami-Dade approvals. After about 1.5 months of getting these approvals the windows/doors were delivered. The installation started immediately on Tueday and ended by Friday afternoon. Rigo, the head installer, performed the work and also monitored the others on his team doing the work very carefully. In general I feel the installation was done very carefully and would be durable long term. I am also glad that we decided to go with the TM product, it has very nice asthetically and feels very sturdy. Overall ASP Windows & Doors delivered on their promise, showed outstanding customer service and communication skills and I would definitely reccomend their services to all of my neighbors and anyone who is seeking a top of the line window and door replacement company. I used ASP SuperHome to for a new roof and hurricane impact windows/doors. Ulises was my sale rep for both. He gave me his personal cell phone number and responded quickly to every question I had. I did the roof first with ASP. Enner was the project manager for the roof. He had answers to all my questions. My father and I were very impressed with him. He also gave me his personal cell phone number. The whole process from demolition to passing inspection was no more than a week. The company cleaned up all the garbage and debris after each work day. I did the hurricane impact windows/doors next. Osmani was the gentleman who installed all the windows and doors. He also gave me his personal cell phone number. As with every one else I dealt with at ASP, he was very knowledgeable in his field. The impact windows/doors passed every progress inspection and the final inspection. Not one bit of work with ASP failed an inspection. I will be using them next for gutters. I highly recommend this company for major jobs in your home, such as the one I did. read more

Everyone we worked with was friendly, kind, and responsive. The company kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and gave notice of every appointment with anyone coming to install or deliver. It took a while for the installation to start after the original order, probably due to the pandemic and delays related to that. Make sure the company is aware of any permitting requirements or checks specific to your town or area as they had to re-do some installation in order to pass inspection, however the installers completed this in a timely manner and with a pleasant attitude. Overall, the windows and doors look great and we are very happy. read more

Wehad 6 doors installed. we had to vacate the house because my husband has severe allergies and all that dust from the doors will not be good for him. I'm happy that the doors are finally installed. They are beautiful doors; However, I feel that many balls were dropped and we ended staying at the hotel and extra week incurring $2500 over our budget. Everything was going smoothly and the timeline indicated that everything was going to be wrapped up in within the week, until the installer realized that one of the doors was ordered wrong. After going back and forth about the door, I was assured by ASP that the door will be delivered right away and they had someone go pick it up in Tampa. If I wouldn't of argued it, the door would of come the following week which meant incurring $300 a night at the hotel for another 2 weeks. After that everything was somewhat back on track, but a bit delayed since the door was ordered wrong. The painting got delayed due to miscommunication with the painters and ASP. ASP never notified the painters that the door was ready to be painted. I had to be the one to tell them. I had better communication with the painters than I did with ASP. After the mishap of the door, I never heard back from ASP, no one called to check on the doors during the process and I was left in the dust. Finally all doors were installed on week two and now they needed to get painted. Since ASP didn't communicate to the painter that the last door was installed, the painters could not schedule to come in and paint until 3days after the last door was installed. Again that meant more nights at the hotel incurring $300 a night. Finally after staying 2 weeks in a hotel, the doors were painted. The doors are very nice, but the suffering of miscommunication with ASP was the worst. After receiving a text from ASP to see how installation went, I wrote them explaining my experience and how things could of been handled better, I didn't not even get a reply to my text or a phone call. I felt that after all the time and money we spent, they at least owed us an apology. read more

They took care of permits and setting up the inspection. The installers were an extension of the professionalism displayed by the company. We are thrilled with the makeover our home has received. Right away we received a discount from our insurance company and the house temp maintains for longer periods of time. Great job from service to quality of work. Our sales rep was Michael but I'm sure the other reps are just as professional. The owner came by at the end to thank us and give the work a final review. read more

They are very professional. From the office staff to the workers, everyone is awesome! The guys who installed my windows and doors were very polite and they didn't rush the work. They came early and left late so that everything done was to perfection. They did a 4-5 day project and half the time. I'm very happy that I went with this company. read more

Had this company come out and give us an estimate for impact windows. Johnny conducted himself in a professional manner and allowed us to ask all pertinent questions. Jesús scheduled an appointment to measure the windows that would be ordered, was punctual and respectful. We are looking forward to the final installation of our impact windows and hopefully will recommend ASP to friends and neighbors. Will be back with final details. read more

My experience with ASP has been amazing, after getting several quotes from other companies, i knew right away ASP was the one, starting with Ulises, there are no words to describe how knowledgeable and professional this guy is, he answered to all my questions and always recommended what was best based on his experience. Always available, he kept me updated with the lead time at all times and everything was the way he promised. On installation day Andry Cruz was the installer assigned for the project in my house, i honestly could not have asked for someone better for the job, super clean, organized, he answered all my questions without hesitation and was very professional, he paid attention to every single detail and he did a magnificent job in my house, i cannot be happier with Ulises, Andry and ASP, i recommend them 1000%. read more

After months of research and proposal reviews with multiple companies in the Miami area, we decided to hire ASP Windows for the replacement of all windows and doors in our house within the Doral area. ASP Windows demonstrated a high level of professionalism and patience, while providing priceless guidance on the best product for our Miami Summers and Hurricane seasons. Once contract was signed and windows were delivered, the installation team performed a phenomenal job removing and installing our new set of windows. The entire job was approved by the Community association and under Doral City permits, which was a process managed entirely by ASP Windows. The attention to detail from the installation team was exceptional. From clean up on a daily basis, to accurate measurements on all accessories needed for the new installation. Once again, thank you for your great support and guidance, and a fantastic installation team!!! Saludos read more

I am very pleased that I chose ASP to install my windows and doors. Every phase of the project, from Peter, the salesman continually keeping me in the loop while my product was being manufactured, to the work done by the installers, plasterers, and wood workers was professionally handled. I can't praise this company any more than to say that one should not look elsewhere if he wants the work done right. Considering I got SIW windows and doors, rated thicker and better than anything else on the market, I found ASP's price to be better than four other companies. Selected ASP to do full window and door replacement for 9 condominiums/7 different owners in Naples, FL. I cannot write enough positives about ASP. We were a little hesitant about hiring someone from the east coast of Florida (versus local Naples/Ft Myers) but their outstanding responsiveness throughout the whole process allayed any hesitation. +'s 1. Outstanding vetted products - they carry the very best. 2. Responsive sales team - Alfred was very knowledgeable and brought in subject matter expects as needed to answer technical questions. He was also very responsive - usually in a matter of minutes - even on vacation. Very customer-centric. 3. Highly skilled installers - they showed up when they were supposed to, they knew what they were doing, they did it efficiently, and they spotlessly cleaned up. They even helped take curtains down and treated them with great care. There was ZERO damage in any of the nine units. 4. Even the invoicing department was easy to deal with and they had the appropriate technology to make paying easy. Plus invoices were clear and accurate. I highly recommend them - 18 thumbs up from 9 happy homeowners. read more

This is an updated review of ASP Windows. ASP Windows installed our impact windows and doors four years ago and to date, ASP has responded to any issues or concerns we have had immediately and has resolved the issues quickly and professionally. Just recently, we had a door issue (not installed by ASP) but they came out right away as they were in the area and fixed the door. They normally do not do such service calls on items they do not install, but ASP went out of their way to help. ASP is a rare gem and thanks to all at ASP for going out of their way to ensure their customers are always taken care of! read more

History

Established in 2006.

The business was started by Jonathan Rodriguez in 2006 after receiving his General Contractor's License. Jonathan had already been installing Impact Windows, Doors, and Accordion Shutters for a small shop in Kendall so he decided to go into business for himself. His mother Lourdes, came in to run the administration side of the business. His brother, Jovan Rodriguez was just finishing architecture school and decided to take a year off from his career to lend him a hand and help him organize the business as well assist with the permitting process. Today, the company has grown and it is still a family owned and operated company only now there are more employees and more managers to ensure that growth does not prevent the company's motto of superior service and products.

Meet the Business Owner: Jonathan R.

Started in this industry selling hurricane shutters in 2003. After only 3 years he became a State Licensed General Contractor and opened American Storm Protection in 2006. As he began his new company, he immediately became involved with the My Safe Florida Home program where he quickly became familiar with the benefits of impact windows and doors. With MSFHP he successfully completed more than 300 installations and everyone received their grants from the State. This early success spearheaded what American Storm Protection was to become, South Florida's premier window, door, and hurricane protection company.

What can I say? I knew that this was not going to be a cheap process, so did my research and received a couple of quotes. ASP Windows and Doors had great reviews and were knowledgeable. Jason was very nice and took the time to explain everything - that was in June. We signed the contract and I gave half the money down. Jason said that the installation date would be around the first week of October. That seemed a little far away but Jason explained that everything was custom made and it took time. I said ok I understand. Everything went downhill from there. July came and went... August came and went... September... (Irma hit this month so I knew that may delay things a bit and expected to hear from the company to let me know this). September went on. No contact was made. October came. End of October, I still heard nothing. I finally reached out and asked for a status update. I was told the install date would be around Thanksgiving. I stated that I understood things would be backed up due to the storm but it seemed to be a lot longer than I expected. I received no answer. Mid-November, I still heard nothing. I reached out again and was told first week of December. I asked if there was an issue I was not aware of that kept delaying the installation. I was told there was no issue, but that the manufacturer was still behind. First week of December comes and I haven't heard anything. I, AGAIN have to reach out to the company. On a Thursday, I call. No one can tell me what is going on. They will have someone call me back. Friday afternoon, no one has called. I AGAIN reach out. The guy said he shows an install date of Monday. (This is Friday afternoon). He then says, "well maybe not. It does not look like your windows are in yet. Someone will have to call you back." Saturday, I call AGAIN. I get the answering service. FINALLY, after some not so nice words, someone calls me back to tell me that my windows are not in and they think that an install date of December 15 will be possible. At this point, I want to completely cancel everything. It has been 6 months and EVERY SINGLE TIME I need an update, I have to call THEM. The representative on the phone says she will have the owner call me on Monday. Well wouldn't you know, on Monday I DO NOT get a phone call but I get a text on Tuesday letting me know that my install date is set for December 11th. I call again...yes I HAVE TO CALL to ask the company if everything is ready to go and if there is anything I have to do on my end. I finally get a phone call from the Vice President on Thursday who listens and says that I should have been getting emails throughout this process. I went on to state, "Why would I be this upset about the lack of communication if I had been getting emails along the way???" One of the employees within the company had mentioned a possible price adjustment after everything. That was a big NO. Along with cancelling as they had already made the windows. Cancelling would lead to them putting a lien on my house. So I was stuck. Not to mention for every month that goes by, I am not getting my $125.00 discount on my homeowners insurance. December 11th comes along. Installation was great. Frank was great. Our French doors were put in, our windows were put in. Everything was done by Tuesday, December 12, 2017. That is when we find out that the front door wouldn't be in until the first week of January. So all through the holidays we have all these stickers and film all over the windows and French doors as you cannot take them off until after the inspection which can't be done until after the front door is installed. The frustration during this process was unreal. I never complain. I am very understanding. All I asked from this company was some communication but after I gave my down payment, I never heard from them unless I called them. I had friends order windows/doors after me and they were installed and done months before me. During the inspection, the vice president and the owner came with the installer. Not a mention of the frustration. They just asked if I was happy with my windows and doors. Well yes I am ...but at what cost? For me, as a customer, I want to know that I matter. I definitely didn't matter to the company after they knew they had my business and my down payment. So much money to invest in a company to then just be ignored. I am extremely happy to be done with ASP Windows and Doors. The doors are great, but the company and the personnel that I had to deal with ruined the experience and I would not recommend them. read more

A+++! I did all of the research for you! Use ASP for your impact windows and doors! We contracted ASP to install impact windows and doors throughout our home. This was a significant project, and therefore we spoke with 5 different companies regarding product and pricing. ASP was easily the most competitvely priced, and in some cases they were 45% cheaper than their competitors - for the EXACT same product! They were knowlegeable about both vinyl and aluminum impact glass products - we selected vinyl CWS for our home. We even called CWS (the manufacturer) before deciding on an installer and they highly recommended ASP! But price was only 1 concern, effective installation was another major factor in our decision to go with ASP. We researched all of the companies we got price quotes from, and ASP was the only company that had consistent A ratings on Angie's List - especially in regard to quality of installation. All of the others were B or lower. They proved that their vast number of A ratings were valid! Frank and the installation crew did a GREAT job! They were conscientious, professional and attentive to detail! They made sure to cover ALL of our furniture, throughly vacuumed when they were drilling to eliminate dust, and cleaned up after themselves at every opening! 19 year old windows aren't easy to remove, and they were diligent and careful. A prior contractor had installed a door incorrectly, and ASP made sure to install our new impact door properly in the center of the block, and then made sure to find a solution for the gap that the other contractor had created by installing the door in the wrong place. They went above and beyond! Don't fall for the impact glass sales scams in the marketplace! "Lifetime Warranties" are just an excuse to double the price to the homeowner. I would rather go with a competitively priced company like ASP and pay for a single window or door that is damaged in a hurricane down the road instead of paying DOUBLE for the entire house! Get a bottom line price from ASP for quality products and a great installation! read more

ASP Windows and Doors was recommended to us by a friend. I contacted Jason Spiegelman to provide me with a proposal to replace 2 existing sliding glass doors and 2 windows with Impact Resistant French Doors and Windows. The work also included the removal and disposal of existing iron bars and patching the holes on the wall. I found Jason to be a very professional and helpful person in discussing my needs and requirements. After having obtained several proposals from other companies, I ultimately decided to go with ASP Windows and Doors based on the type of doors and windows manufactured by TM Windows. As part of the scope of work, ASP Windows and Doors provided the design of the doors and windows and applied for and obtained permitting documents from Miami-Dade Permitting Dept. Once they obtain the approved permit, they immediately started the work in an expeditious manner. I am very pleased with the installation of the doors and windows that were installed. Jason Spiegelman and his team worked in a professional manner. I found them to be honest and respectable. They took pride in performing a high quality installation. When the County Building Inspector performed the required inspection, he found no issues with the installed work and signed off on his inspections. The Building Inspector commented that we had selected an excellent product and that he had also install TM Windows and Doors in his house. It was a pleasure dealing with Jason Spiegelman. Jason never gave me the run around and was always very professional. Best decision I made was selecting ASP Windows and Doors. I highly recommend them. read more

After having an excruciating experience with a different company where my paid deposit has not been returned, I chose ASP for my impact windows and doors. I am extremely picky about details and consider myself technical with respect to available products. I am beyond impressed with the entire ASP team involved in my project. Peter's thorough product knowledge and his professional, no pressure sales approach while providing various product options is truly appreciated. Naila, my project coordinator, followed up regularly after installation began to ensure everything was accomplished satisfactorily. Jonathan, ASP's owner, and Michel, lead supervisor, both participated in taking final measurements, explaining options and recording videos to facilitate installation. Jonathan recommended a project-out window for my kitchen that looks spectacular. Finally, I cannot speak highly enough of my installation team, Ariel and his dad Luis. They are courteous, meticulous and precise (as evidenced by the numerous measurements and surgical-type cutting of flooring tile), they document the work by taking project progression photos, and maintained a high level of cleanliness by using plastic barriers, covering furniture/fixtures and vacuuming thoroughly. They arrived punctually every day and also worked long hours when necessary. Anyone considering impact windows and doors should absolutely contact ASP if professionalism, highest level of workmanship and peace of mind are of utmost importance. I will highly recommend ASP to everyone I know!!! read more

From beginning to end ASP has been a total delight to deal with. I had several quotes from other window companies and one of the things that stood out the most was that they never trash talked about other companies. I was shocked to hear from other companies the amount of negative things they had to say about their competition. This was not the case for ASP. I felt that they gave everything to me straight. They educated me with all of the options I had to pay for this service all the way to all of the different product types available. I chose Ygrene for financing and CWS for my product. While the other companies told me four to six weeks to complete the project, ASP told me 12 weeks. They actually got it done in 10 weeks. I can tell the difference between someone that is being honest and someone who is just trying to tell me what I want hear. Installation was amazing. My large patio opening came out beautiful. Though it was tricky because of the way my walls are set up on the interior. Jonathan came by for the final measures and the ideas and measurements he took were spot on. My installers Frank and Lazaro brought this project home with a fantastic installation. They took care of protecting my house and leaving the house clean at the end of each day. The city inspector came by and had nothing but good things to say about the work done. He said ASP is a great company and that he loves the CWS product. What more can I ask for? Thank you ASP for providing such great customer service. Keep up the good work. read more

I had four sliding glass doors converted to impact French doors with side lights and three impact windows replaced. Starting with the initial estimate to the final installation I have never been more satisfied with a company contracted to do repairs / renovations on my house. Marcos was my representative. He educated me well about the type of product and company I was dealing with. He really gave me peace of mind and I knew I was choosing the right company. Jonathan then came out to take care of the production measurements. After a few weeks, the product was delivered on time as promised. Every window and door fit perfectly during installation. I requested a weekend installation to avoid missing work and surprisingly, all of the windows and doors were installed between Saturday and Sunday. All that was left was a third day for the plaster work which was done the following day while I was at work. Everything was left paint ready inside and out as requested. The head installer Michel and his crew were just absolutely amazing. They answer / return phones calls and go above solving any issues you may have. What really puts the icing on the cake is how Jonathan came out to check the work. For the owner of a company to visit the job site on a Sunday really shows how much they care. He has a great organization that delivers what is promised. If you need storm protection for your house, this is the place. On a rating of 0 to 10, ASP gets a 12 read more

I loooooove my door and windows!!!!! My girlfriend was driving around and saw one of their cars and called the number. Some lady at the office called Lilly helped us schedule an appointment. She was soooo helpful and nice. Danny Hernandez arrived at our house and measured all the openings. I have no clue how he was able to do this without a measuring tape! He walked up and took notes of all the windows without a measuring tape. That had us nervous as I really did not want to be surprised with a larger window or door arriving at our house! He doesn't know this, but we measured the openings ourselves with a ruler after he left; no measuring tape in this house okay; and he was on the money. This proved to us that he was the real deal. It did not end there as we also were invited to stop by their Doral showroom. My girlfriend fell in love with one of their doors there and had Danny explain to her all the color options and choices. It was a bit overwhelming so I left my girlfriend alone to speak with him. After we signed with asp the process took a bit. Right now we have everything installed and feel ready for the next hurricane. Thank yoooooou! read more

alfred Zayas and the asp team were excellent. Alfred was a total pro from beginning to end. He not only sold an excellent product and service, he double triple checked everything on customer service. With an older home, he made sure all measurements were beyond precise and custom. He was very knowledgeable about the product and options therein. But beyond being a great salesperson, he also paid attention to the customer. He answered every text message and email regarding pandemic material delays and all other questions. He literally left no message unanswered and always followed through. It leaves the customer knowing the company cares about its product and it's long term relationship with its clients. alfred is worth his weight in gold for the contributions he makes as a part of this reputable company. Just had 5 impact windows, impact front door and impact French doors, with sidelights, installed. It took only three days, start to finish, even with the Dade County final inspection. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. The look is outstanding, the safety factor has been upgraded tremendously and incredibly, my energy costs, judging by my FPL dashboard, has dropped almost 50% in a matter of days. The staff, from administrative to sales rep to construction workers, were attentive, easy to work with and professional throughout. The costs were reasonable and right in line with what we expected after we conducted our extensive research. We had multiple neighbors stop and ask for an ASP business card as the workmanship was impressive. We would highly recommend ASP for any job you are about to undertake. read more

Showed me various options of windows and doors for me to choose from. Once I made my decision they were out the very next day to take measurements and process my order. Yesenia the owner had first said that the normal process time was up to 10 weeks. my doors and windows were installed in record time 6 weeks. The installer Wilse and his crew also made it a point to be on time for the install. Removed and replaced windows and doors in a timely manner. Left everything very clean and took away all of the debris. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in upgrading. And WOW!!!!!! I'm in love with my house all over again. read more

Excellent Service. Many choices to select from. Installation was excellent and on time. Exceeded expectations. Luxurious finish. The Cast Iron door made all the difference regarding curb appeal. Great value. Jonathan provided excellent advice as to which door to choose. All the information provided during our initial visit to the showroom and the initial quote were accurate. ASP was one of three companies that came to my home to provide me with a quote. Peter from ASP was the most knowledgeable and he also provided me with the least amount of pressure to sign the deal. The installers Joao and his helper were pleasant throughout the install. Rocio stayed in communication with me in coordinating the project while Jovan called me during the install to make sure I was happy with the progress. Now I sleep much better because my new impact windows have reduced the outside noise substantially. I've already recommended ASP to four of my co-workers and I will continue to do so. I'm writing this review to vouch for the character of the ASP window guy. I was stuck with a blow out on a rear tire and had no idea what to do. He stopped, changed my tire, directed me to a reputable tire place, and made sure my car was safe to drive. He made me promise I wouldn't drive too fast and wouldn't try to drive on the spare for too long. He wouldn't accept any money even though he saved my day. ASP and Danny were great with communication and assisting me with all my questions. At first I had a slight hiccup with them as I was told my windows would be in at a certain time frame. However, the moment I even mentioned this they were immediately sending me copies of emails they were sending to their manufacture regarding my timeframe. Its clear to me that they are on the ball. I highly respect that and makes me feel comfortable knowing they are not just after the money, but genuinely want to help their clients. Several things screams outstanding about this company…read more 1) I provided pictures of what needs to be fixed. They gave me a quote through Yelp. They didn't give me an AI response saying they need to come by to do an estimate or do a consultation. I appreciate the clear answer. 2) prompt responses within the Yelp messaging system. Awesome. 3) the quote was very accurate. They said "this price to fix" and "this price if and when added materials are needed" Cool, I have a very good idea of what to expect.. 4) Luis the technician came on time!! 5) Luis took his time to carefully fix the frame, he preserved my mesh, so I didn't have to pay more to replace the mesh. (I appreciate that so much). Also, he took extra time to adjust everything and make sure everything fits and go back the right way. 6) Take Zelle, sent me a receipt and then told me there is a one year warranty, because he knew I might not look at the receipt. LOL. Yes, recommend!!

Jamie and his team responded to my call, got the job done, and saved the day. The door looks like new. These people know what they are doing. But Jamie and his team is a company that will install your impact windows and doors properly and correctly. Because these things are very expensive make sure you are dealing with good people.

The window upstairs is no longer is off the track. They replaced the track and I can finally open the window without fear that the thing will come crashing down on me. Sam the owner and his sons have made me feel comfortable and assured me with being able to bring up any problems I have encountered along the way- and resolving them in a timely matter ie. sending out the manufacture tech to check my sliding glass doors and Sam him self coming out to truly inspect what's wrong or addressing pictures I Have sent in text messages of what I felt where problems. They work with your as far as price and are not pushy as other impact window reps I had in the past. They work according to you budget. VERY Happy with the Results!…read more I was in the market for storm impact windows and shopped around. I narrowed it down to 6 companies to get quotes from and decided to go with R&S Companies, I couldn't be happier with that decision! They did an excellent job on my windows (16 in total) at a very reasonable price. Lynne, the Salesperson/Project Manager was great. Rather than tell me what windows I should install (like some of the other companies did), she asked me what I was trying to accomplish and then gave me some suggestions and options. Lynne was very patient with me as I had no clue about the windows and I asked her a ton of questions. Once I decided to place my order with R&S Companies, the windows arrived 6 weeks after placing the order (actually arrived on a Friday and they started installation the following Monday). The installation crew was EXCELLENT! Alex - the Lead Installer and his 2 installers did an excellent job. Alex is bilingual (a must for me) and very knowledgeable as were his installers. Even though my house was built in 2000, there were some obstacles they had to work around, such as the sliding doors were not square, but Alex and his crew resolved the issues. I liked that the Alex - the Lead Installer stayed on the job the entire time. He didn't come in the morning and then take off to work other jobs - he stayed on my job with his crew. Another "plus" was the fact that they covered my stairs and the second floor with paper as we have wall-to-wall carpet. This way they were able to go up and down the stairs and work on the 2nd floor with minimal to no mess left behind. They also covered all of our furniture & possessions with plastic. There was no damage to the outside of my house around the new windows, so I don't have to repaint - BONUS! I could keep going, but Bottom Line: I am super happy with R&S Companies - from the beginning to the end of the whole installation process.
