I highly regret ever working with this company. Alfredo and his team installed an A/C and a heat pump for us two years ago. Back then he was very unresponsive and stood me up twice without ever showing up to scheduled appointments. After a negative Yelp review he gave me a good price and did our installation. Two years later I need to relocate the unit for a project and he has stood me up twice over a two week period already. Not even a phone call to notify me that he won't show up. Now my project is delayed and no other company will accept the work because they don't want to relocate a unit that they haven't installed originally. I highly recommend! Mauricio and Alfredo responded to my quote request right away and did a great job of pitching my business. Straight hustlers! They mentioned they were in the area and could come over, and I decided to take a chance with them. Our furnace broke on a Monday afternoon and we had a completely new system by Tuesday night. Alfredo and Mauricio explained what they could do and out of safety reasons they recommended we completely overhaul our system with a new furnace and air ducts. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell us to make unnecessary repairs so they could earn more money. In fact, they were very clear I could spend $$ to patch the problem temporarily, but eventually we would have to spend $$$$ for a proper replacement anyway. Our furnace was super old and the ducts were leaking, on top of that not properly installed by the previous owner. Luis did most of the heavy lifting and I've never seen a man work so hard in my life. We had to encourage him to take a break and offered him food and coffee! I would have been fine if they had to come back and finish the job on day two but Luis was insistent on powering through. He did a very meticulous and clean install. Save your money and hire someone that actually knows what they are doing , called these guys towards the end of the summer last year , compressor was freezing up on my ac unit , tech was lazy and instead of figuring out why the unit was low on refrigerant he filled up the unit with refrigerant charged me and left. his words were "it's a new system so sometimes they come charged with less" WRONG I expressed concerns with the unit having a leak and he wasn't having it, here we are back in summer and compressor is icing up again , please do yourselves a favor and hire someone else !! read more

Heater went out day before Christmas eve. Called multiple places and Alfredo (ASM owner) was the only one to promptly answer and offered help. I live in SF, and no one would come out to the city last minute but Alfredo showed up in about two hours. Only guy in a while Ive seen shoe protector to not get our house dirty. That alone deserves 5 stars! He found a safety switch was the cause and replaced it. Price was very reasonable, and he is very professional. A week later heater went out again (it be like that sometimes), and I texted him first thing. He replied very fast and came to the house by 9am. This time, he found the old wiring had to be redone. Poor service experience. These guys missed an appointment twice (even the rescheduled one). Then when Alfredo showed up, he charged me $100 to tell me the pressure switch was broken and needed to be replaced. He sounded like he was going to come back after talking with the warranty company. After his conversation with the warranty company, they denied our claim claiming our system had not undergone maintenance. He showed up and told me to change the air filters, flipped the switch and said "it's working" -not exactly worth $75. At around 9:00 last night, I discovered my furnace was not working. I put out a Yelp estimate request, and Alfredo, the ASM owner, offered me an appointment for 8:00 this morning ... then he asked whether I needed him to fix it that night! I said no, that I could wait overnight. Upon arrival this morning, Alfredo was professional, fast, and thorough. The service fee to come out and look at it was only $75.00. My furnace's blower wheel was out, and when he first replaced it with one that is too powerful for my small space, he started over, saying he didn't want me to have to deal with the massive gust and loud noise. Alfredo was so awesome! Our air conditioner broke Saturday and I requested repairs from a few different service providers late Saturday evening. He was among the three who responded right away. He was fully booked Sunday, but got to us early this Monday morning. He hooked up some gadgets to our ac which must've pin pointed the issue. HORRIBLE. My 83 yr old Aunt had her AC go out and her Home Warranty sent ACM Mechanical out. He showed up at 8pm and said it was not getting power. She could not understand him and called me because he wanted payment and she thought he said he could not fix it. She asked him to speak to me and he refused so I told her not to pay him. He drove off. I called him today so speak to him and get him paid so he can get the info to the Home Warranty. At first he would not answer my calls and hung up on the Home Warranty Co.
