The salesman was desperate for the sale and forced our hand before we had all the deposit ready, he clearly didn't know what he was talking about and promised us something that he could not deliver with regards to the finance package. The manager was then very rude when challenged on this situation, and made assumptions about my personal finances in a patronising manner. Good product but pushy salesman only thinking about their commission.

Update June 2020 and improved rating Greener living have…read morefollowed up progress on my case and now apologised for all the difficulties we experienced and are making an effort to improve customer service standards based on post installation experience 3 stars. During redecoration works in February, to repair the damage we found a leaking radiator valve connection, which although weeping slowly had stained the carpet and living room ceiling below. GL wouldn't accept liability for this, given the time since installation, so we have had to claim on our house insurance. GL have however sent out someone to fix it and after 4 visits the joint is finally dry once a new value was fitted. GL have as a good will gesture offered a free first year service for our system.

We have yet to receive any needed documentation to register our heat pump or solar panels with our electric company, so all the supposed savings we were supposed to get from the installations have been lies. We're actually paying more money than we were before we got our boiler removed. We feel lied to and cheated. Literally, months of us asking every day for the needed documents and help we receive no correspondence or anything. Finally today we were told that our request that we made more than 3 months ago was finally being processed and the document we needed the one document we needed would take 8-12 weeks to be emailed to us (not posted). We felt cheated as we can't fix our current electricity issues without the documents that we'd been begging for months, so we finally got through to a higher-up who promised us that it shouldn't take that long and that the document we need will be in by the end of the day. Well, they didn't send it to us and we're at our wit's end. We highly do not recommend this terrible installing company, they are so inefficient and seem to have no idea what is going on, you will end up dropping more than 10 grand and only continue to lose money. At this point, we just want a refund and for them to undo everything, take it all out and put our boiler back in. We would never recommend them to anyone, their services don't work and are terrible.
