The external grill to finish the job was fixed with some kind of bonding which failed not once but twice. A couple of screws into brickwork would have held. I have asked for this final touch to be put right and have called several times since December 2011 and the problem's not been put right to be present moment. I can't get up the ladder myself to do it and am left with a hole in the apex. What is extremely annoying is that I don't know where I am so I guess I have to cut my losses and pay someone else to do it. Grrrrrrrrr Some people don't mind spoiling the ship ........
