Asian Café is the right name for this place as you can get Chinese, Thai, Japanese and pretty much any fried dish here. Great service, people work here were nice and friendly and food is served fast and hot. I found this place accidentally as its on the outside of the Wal-Mart parking lot and is pretty small and kinda hidden away. I highly recommend this spot and will stop by and visit again. read more

I ordered Pad Thai with rice to-go and a vegetable egg roll. But they gave me Pepper Chicken and a Spring Roll. I am very disappointed. The people who own this also own Top China on ATL Hwy in the Publix shopping center. Only good thing about this place is that they are open late when most things in Montgomery close early. read more

This is a strange place--I would not have gone out of my way to go here, but we were starving and this was closest to us. The food is average at best--my husband ordered the general tso chicken lunch combo with the soup and I ordered the mapo tofu. We got our food and the nice lady brought my husband's combo over with the egg roll, and when she saw that he got soup as part of the combo and not the egg roll she proceeded to just scoop up the roll with a napkin and take it right from his plate! Seriously As for the taste, the mapo tofu was edible and husband said he is not sure what he got was chicken and it definitely tasted frozen. I really really hate to knock a place down without a second chance but I will not be going back there. read more

Reviewed on 9-27-17: This establishment has very good Asian cuisine. I had Sweet-and-Sour Chicken with General Tso's sauce substituted for the sweet-and-sour sauce, because I wanted white meat chicken instead of dark meat, and according to the person I spoke with on the phone this was the only way to get white meat for General Tso's. The sauce was balanced and not to sweet. The plain fried rice that was included was very good. I can tell that it was in the higher tier of American influenced Chinese cuisine I have had. The person I spoke with on the phone was very accommodative to offering me a good price even though I had just missed the lunch pricing. I recommend checking this place out as it has just opened recently and is a good time to assess if it will be a restaurant that you will enjoy. read more

Friendly staff, great spring rolls. Low rating because the tofu pad Thai was inedible. It smelled terrible and one taste was enough--I threw it straight into the trash. If we'd eaten on site I'd have brought it to the attention of staff, but we did takeout and didn't even smell the food until we unpacked it at home. I've never seen a pad Thai with an orange-colored sauce, so I don't know if the sauce at the restaurant had gone bad and the cook didn't realize it or if that's just the way it's prepared there. Don't go here for takeout anytime. They will cheap you on your meat. I order 2 House rice and house lo mein and order of Habachi shrimp. Got home and could count the meat and it was cut up in small pieces. Check your food before you leave!!! She was saying it was the lunch order. So it comes with noodles and rice no meat. People sitting inside for lunch had plenty of meat. This is for my melanin sisters and brothers. Not a good place for us to eat. read more

Very friendly staff, you can order pick up through waitr app. But they did tell me if it's a slow night/day they'll do deliveries themselves. The food is ok, sold takeout Chinese food. I was there the first week they opened. Taste ok, price good, quantity great. It's been almost a month into the "grand opening" and they are pulling tricks. Changed to tiny containers, sprinkled meat LIGHTLY over rice to fake bulk, coated the white rice with sauce to make it look like the fried rice that I asked for. I had never paid any attention to what was in the little strip in front of Walmart until the other day. I looked online at the reviews and decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did!! It was delicious. My son ordered the shrimp chow mein and I ordered the hibachi steak and scallops and we both loved our meal. The one thing I will say about my order is there was definitely not many scallops in it!! I counted 4 in total and would have expected there to have been more!! There was a ton of delicious steak bites in it and absolutely loaded with zucchini and broccoli. It was great the next day reheated and the rice did not get hard because there was enough sauce to keep it from drying out. I will definitely be ordering more!! Definitely recommend!! read more

This was a big disappointment. My husband and I got classic Chinese takeout dishes (sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, etc..) and boy were we unhappy. The food is no better than low quality frozen dinners. On top of that, it was kinda pricey. read more

I took my mother there for lunch after grabbing a few items from Wal-mart on a cold day. We loved the hot and sour soup (some of the best in town). We loved it so much that we purchased a large container to-go. However, when it came to purchasing a large order of Kung Pao Chicken, I was deeply disappointed. I have eaten this dish everywhere across the United States and have never had it cooked the way that the prepared it. The chicken was more like General Tso's chicken and was fried, instead of the traditional way other restaurants prepare it. Also, when I ordered it, the lady only gave me a small order of rice on a plate with my large order. When you order a large order, it is supposed to come in the large container by itself and then the rice is supposed to come in a separate container and of course, MORE rice than a lunch order. I spent close to $28.00 for a lunch order, a dinner order, and a large container of hot and sour soup to-go. They owe me a rice to-go the next time I am in there.
