I came to this place at "lunch special" hour after asking how much is for the lunch special over the phone. The lady over the phone says $5.35. I came in at 2PM, when the lunch special begins. I like the interior and he variety of the food. However, the chicken stick and house chicken is really dry when you bite/chew, but everything else is alright and taste ok, but a step down from China Harbor. Upon checking out, they charged me $9 for "lunch special" and have told me that the $5.35 is for seniors. The person speaking to the customer really needs to tell the truth and not surprise the customers with higher price. I think the food is ok for $5, but not worth $9. I would suggest going to China Harbor instead of this one. The food and service at China Harbor is a step up- the taste and service. read more

Drove 45 minutes from my mom's house to eat all you can eat crab legs as advertised only to be told they don't have them. I told the hostess that they advertise it on their website. Worse restaurant!! Staff name KiKi was so rude. Foods were salty and cold. Dishes were dirty, all the clean dishes ( according to them) on every sections have water inside. Ladies 's room have no toilet paper and paper towels at all, I have to notify 2 staffs. Never seen this dirty restaurant in my life. Definitely never come back. So parking lot was at full capacity. But we found a parking spot. The way it was 45 minutes on the Saturday night for a party of six. Once we finally was seated the buffet was amazing they had everything you can imagine to eat. All the seafood shrimp mussels fried blue crab everything. They did have crab legs but they were cold and they were served cold on ice. There was plenty it rarely ran low. But it was a dollar per plateTo warm the crab legs. The Mongolian bar was delicious pick whatever meat you wanted and vegetables and seasoning and sauce and I cook it up for you. Fresh sushi of course and all the usuals sesame chicken Kung pow chicken and plenty other choices. The server was quick fast and kept the table clean she was very courteous and get drinks for. At one point they did run out of ice I don't know if they just let him fill up the stations but after about 20 minutes we did get some ice. There were lots of dessert choices ice cream frozen yogurt sugar-free fresh fruit salad bar as well. Plan on waiting 45 minutes and then we ate, we were there about there two hours and got so full you could've rolled us out. We will definitely come back here again but I don't like the cold crab legs, so he paid it to heat them up about five dollars so about five plates worth. read more

I really try to avoid going to chinese buffets because I always leave hating myself. I love it while I'm there but there's always hell to pay after. However, I usually end up hitting one up every other month or so and I must say, this is the best I've seen. The spread is massive. It's very close to the size of a Vegas buffet. It's also extremely busy which is always a great sign for buffets - the food is constantly being refilled thus staying fresh. This place also has a Mongolian Stir Fry Grill which I haven't tried, and a surprising tasty selection of sushi rolls (including nigiri). If you only go to one Chinese buffet in your lifetime, make it this one. read more

Food is mediocre. Typical low quality Chinese buffet. There are better buffets in Arlington, one that comes to mind is China Harbor off of Cooper. The food here was hot which is good, however the food is very low quality. The sushi was kept super cold so it didn't taste right. However, they do offer a wide range of food and surely you'll find something that you somewhat enjoy. Servers were nice and friendly and kept drinks filled. The Asia buffet raises the bar on your buffet standards. Food: +2 A wide variety for everyone. My favorite is the Mongolian grill because that stuff is cooked fresh. I'm not a big buffet fan. Not that they are bad or lesser quality but because I'm a pig and although I say "not this time" I always seem to leave miserable. That aside, Asian Buffet is really good. They are almost always packed which means the food is fresh. Nothing like a slow buffet where the food has dried out. With the crowds, there is constant turn over. I love their fresh Sushi, Crab Rangoon's, and pot sticker dumplings. On the weekends is there seafood extravaganza and that really packs the house. I thought instead of getting buffet to go I would order some sesame chicken. Worst sesame chicken ever! I would rather have just gone to Panda Express. The chicken was dry and tough. The rice was very dry too. Could not even eat half of it before I had to throw it away. My coworker had said she loved the buffet. So I went back a couple weeks later to try the buffet dinner. Out of the 20+ items that I tried. I could only eat the crab Rangoon. Everything else went in my mouth and I spitted most of it out again. This place is incredible! Let me start off by rating the food. It is delicious and there was not one thing I didn't enjoy on the buffet. The steak was my favorite because it was cooked Korean BBQ style. The fried dumplings were really amazing as well. Basically the food was amazing! Next I'll talk about the selection. There is a HUGE variety of Asian food here. The name is very appropriate because the cuisine is truly Pan-Asian. There is Chinese food (buffet-style), Japanese sushi and sashimi, Mongolian, hibachi, etc. The desserts are exquisite and the fruits are varied, freshly cut, and beautifully presented. No matter what you like eating, they have it here. Even pizza and wings! Finally, the service was great as well. The price is very reasonable too. They have sushi where the guy is behind there making it as people take it away. A big salad and fruit bar, American food for your picky spoiled American kids, and piping hot fresh Asian favorites. The pepper chicken is dangerous here on the all you can eat for me. This place is super clean and nicely decorated for a buffet place. Tv's everywhere too if there was a game on or something. Do you like Asian buffet restaurants? I know I do. Do you like Asian buffet restaurants with a large selection? Yep, I do as well. What about Asian buffet restaurants with a large selection that manages to offer outstanding quality food that tastes great? Right on, man. That's the only way to fly. So, I am breaking my rule of not giving a buffet style restaurant 5 stars. However, this exception is certainly worthy! When I lived in Arlington, we ate here fairly regularly. About a year ago, my family and I moved about an hour south of Fort Worth. We truly miss this place. Actually, we miss it so much that we actually make the trek (well over an hour one way) to eat here every now and then. Can you believe that? Well, we do. It is THAT good. Let's break this down: First off, there is such a large selection I have to have a plan going in. That way my OCD doesn't kick in and make me pass out. I like to start by making my way through the Mongolian barbecue line. Get a bowl, fill it with various meats, add some veggies (if you want to ruin it... kidding), add an egg, and mix the Mongolian sauce with the peanut curry sauce (so good). I end it by sprinkling garlic salt and yellow curry powder over the ingredients. Take it to the counter and get a number. After that, I hit the sushi bar. Don't get me wrong... this is not Sushi Axiom, Blue Fish, or other high-end sushi restaurant quality; however, for the price, the rice is always great and the minimal selection of fish is always fresh and tasty. It is well worth a trip just for the sushi appetizer. Or, if you are so inclined, just fill up on sushi. Pro Tip: their spicy tuna is outstanding! After that, my Mongolian is ready. I then make my way through the vast array of selections on the multiple buffet islands and choose a few of my favorites. Not all items are served every day, but I like the frog legs, the chicken skewers (very moist), the pepper chicken, and whatever else I am in the mood for that day. This place is amazing. But, be forewarned, you may end up losing your afternoon to a long nap while pretending to watch TV. If you get Mongolian and or Sushi, please bring a couple extra bucks to put in the tip jars located by those stations. It doesn't cost extra on the bill, but it is just the right thing to do. And, it is worth it. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, friendly servers (drink refills), and the layout of the food keeps the crowds moving with ease. It also has a family friendly atmosphere and is a great place to go with a large crowd. read more

We've been here so many times that they know we're regulars. We've been at lunch and dinner and both are equally good. Their selection is amazing and they're constantly turning over the contents with fresh stuff. I've been so many times that I have a routine - first course hot and sour soup with crispy noodles and fresh fruit (big selection); second comes the main plate with crab rangoon (the best), chicken wings (not the buffalo - they're just meh), teriyaki chicken with sauteed onions, and broccoli from one of the dishes that have it. Fried shrimp is good if you go on the night they have it. DH always gets the mongolian grill and he loves it. The desserts are OK - besides the ice cream, everything's hard and crunchy. Love the candied peanuts and little almond cookies. I could eat my weight in those Chinese "donuts" - soft, puffy fried dough rolled in sugar. They're great. We finally have it down where we don't stuff ourselves silly. They could use a good carpet cleaning session, but we'll be back anyway! read more
