It's now $80 for the same massage/same time AND they just started charging fees to pay with a card....up to $5 depending on what massage you get. I really like one lady; I think she's the owner but there's another lady - the skinny one and she's AWFUL. Today I went in and she was on her phone DURING my massage! Leaving, texting, answering the phone should not be done while performing the service someone is paying for. My neck and arms were passed because she was too busy. The other lady I always see doesn't speak English and she only does feet in the front so every time a customer comes in the skinny one has to go help. I like that this place is relatively close to my house but it's time to just look for a new place to go. Don't go -- too expensive for the service you get. Rooms and bathroom are always clean and smells nice.

I do wish they had a rug in the rooms because after you get undressed it's just cold floor. I had no appointment and did the 45 minute (they use a timer) table massage for $43.

I was told there was a domino's pizza next door. I changed and laid on the bed. The smell intensified. After a few minutes, the masseuse stopped to remove the crock pot that warms up the stones. The smell was the crock pot burning. The masseuse then asked if I wanted an essential oil to diffuse the smell. The masseuse opened the essential oil. I should have asked for a different room as I am sensitive to smells, but I didn't. The smell was alarming and concerning. The massage itself was nice. The masseuse was a very nice woman. Since I booked custom massage through ClassPass, I wasn't asked what customization I wanted.

You go to work for the morning, drive an hour to the airport, and then sit in the most perfect posture possible to not cause further pain for, not one, but two delayed flights. When I tell you that Dylan and Balance Massage saved my entire trip, I mean it wholeheartedly. My sister was so glad to see Dylan had availability to save my shoulder and neck, because she is fully aware of how I get when I have muscle pains. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage, and Dylan put in WORK for all 90 minutes. As an avid massage enjoyer (I have held memberships with different massage therapy companies for the past 5 years), I truly believe this was the best massage I've ever had. I mentioned to Dylan that I get massages every month and that I would definitely need the deepest tissue massage possible - he delivered from the first minute to the last. Especially with 90 minute massages, therapists need to take a break from the deep tissue and work on hands and feet and other more gentle spots. But Dylan understood that I needed my neck and shoulder to be normal again and mostly focused on my problem areas for the entire 90 minutes. I wish this was my primary massage spot, but I will absolutely be returning the next time I visit Fort Mill!
