Ok so it's now late Friday night and Monday at 11am was my last cigarette and first apt. I wasn't certain at first when I left what was going to happen. I noticed everything he said and could feel and hear everything around me. It's not what we believe or see on tv. This was different. This was success. I have had no withdraws no Illness and not even a desire to smoke. I think about the cigarettes but not wanting them just remembering them. When I say that Judy saved my life I think that would be an understatement. I was living a lifetime…read morein darkness and could not find my way out. From the seedier aspects of society to a world view born of self-loathing and a low self esteem, to harboring post traumatic stress that was as old as I was. I have been there. Alcoholism, drug abuse, the streets, and needlessly putting myself in harms way. I have never really been happy or expecting to live for very long, and this came to a head with my membership in biker gangs. I am the product of a lifetime of bad choices. I came to Judy in desperation. I knew that somewhere, somebody had the answers, because life surely HAD to be more than what I was making of it. I have been to the psychologists, the psychiatrists and all the other "usual suspects" associated with the American Medical Cartel and its ilk. I have been prescribed enough medication to kill a herd of buffalo, and this has only made matters worse. I came to Judy at the end of my rope. No support group could help me, no church or religion could save me, and I did not have it in me to continue. My agenda was simple: Victory or death. I was either going to be able to succeed in this life in a healthy and positive manner or I was going to commit suicide. Plain and simple, though I did not communicate this to her at the time. We began a deep regiment of hypnotherapy to address the many instances of severe emotional trauma in my life; some of which I was aware of, others of which I was not. The end results were nothing short of miraculous. And I use this word in its literal, and not metaphorical sense. The change was immediately felt and almost immediately noticed. It is astounding to all those who have ever known me, and I shan't indulge in fancy or dramatic jargon to promote was has been the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I still see Judy when I need to. She is a beacon of light in a world full of darkness, and will bring out the best in yourself and take no credit for anything you have not done on your own. All she does is "light the way," it is you who knows the way back home. I have never experienced this level of joy and positivity in my life. I have never known what it is like to have hope. I have never simply been happy "in the now" and seen life as a series of potential possibilities for positive experience and creation. I have never loved myself before. Because I look in the mirror these days and I see a bright and beautiful smile beaming back at me in the reflection; and I have no idea who that guy is looking at me, but he has always been there and I just couldn't see him before. I didn't even know he existed. I am only beginning to now get to know who he is after 45 years of consecutive misery, I have finally freed my soul from darkness and bondage. My journey begins now. The group bootcamp classes are 30 minutes, and are offered Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You may think, "That's it, 30 minutes?"...but at the end end of class when you're laid out on the floor gasping for breath, you'll be thankful it was only 30 minutes! Holly is in charge of the program, and does an excellent job. She keeps her class sizes small, so she's really able to give each individual any needed attention. Whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury you're recovering from, Holly will work with you to modify the workout...which I think is pretty awesome! One of my favorite things about the class is the variety. Whether it's battle ropes, frog jumps, or high-fiving a partner between pushups...each day we do a different combo of excercises...that are challenging, interactive, and fun! A few times questions were asked about preferences to ensure that my massage was delivered to my own liking, and I very much appreciated that. The chopping and the knocking is not for everyone. The warming on the massage table was welcome, and I was very comfortable throughout the experience. Safety would be a concern however, as I never signed a waiver, filled out any forms to disclose any personal information or pre-existing conditions that may impact the massage. I'm used to filling those out and noting any areas of pain, prior surgeries or medical diagnosis, etc. Was never asked if I have had a massage before either that I recall. Price quoted over the phone was $90 for one hour, matched the pricing displayed on arrival and was the price changed. Pricing displayed under the table that you see when you lay on your stomach was older, should likely be removed.

I even told her "not so hard" and she used a little lighter pressure for a few mins and then back to the "dig as hard as I can." When I was face up, chest and stomache area was not touched at all. Then when I paid with a card and was going to leave, very sore and dissatisfied and I get "You pay tip in cash?" I was about to just keep walking but I gave her a $20 and then get "This is for one?" No, that's to show you how poor of a job you did. If I'd had a $1, THAT would have been the tip.
