As soon as we're told that a 45 minute massage is $60, the lady at the desk couldn't wait to get the money first. We pay and head to the massage room. The masseuse insists that my mother stay in the room with me while I'm getting my massage until I sternly say, "I'm not getting a massage with my mother in the room". At the beginning of my massage she used a towel for about 7-10 minutes which didn't feel good. Eventually i had to ask for her to use massage oil instead. The massage was okay but she frequently left the room and sometimes with the door open. At the end of my massage, she wiped me down with a hot towel that smelled like mildew. I had to go home and shower to get that smell off of me. I also noticed that they didn't give me my full 45 minutes. This place used to be great. Maybe they had a bad day. I don't know but I would explore other options.

How does this business think it is appropriate for other clients to see guests practically naked in the middle of their massages? Staff were also going in and out of the room while we were changing and during our massages. There was absolutely no consideration for our privacy. The massage itself was fine, but the masseuse asked every two minutes if what he was doing was "okay," which gave me the impression that he wasn't confident in what he was doing. At the end, the masseuse, who did not speak fluent English, asked, "Tip?" which is absurd. Businesses should understand that tips are generated based on the quality of service. When we tried explaining the terrible customer service we experienced, he was confused and simply asked us to leave a review.

I booked a session and literally sat in their waiting area trembling and feeling like I so did not belong there. That all changed with Leslie. This sweet woman immediately put my mind at ease. She was more than willing to explain everything one step at a time, and work at my comfort level. It took her less than five minutes to have me relaxed and giggling. The massage itself was amazing, and Leslie even took the time afterwards to explain the scalp massage technique she used so I could show it to my husband. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!!! Just left from a 45 min foot massage. This was something I was so beyond excited for as I'm a Paraprofessional on winter break. I'm not sure if the lady I had was having an off day or what was going on but, she kept falling asleep and spacing out while working on me. I couldn't relax or even enjoy it because I had to keep "clearing my throat" to wake her up. She didn't have much pressure so it was like she was just moisturizing my feet. The first 24ish mins was her barely rubbing my left foot, she rub up my left leg once, never touch either of my ankles. Then the other half of the time she rubbed up my right leg a few times to begin and then continued to spaced out/fell asleep rubbing my right foot. Yes, I tipped her. This was a Christmas gift from my husband but next time I'll just ask him for a foot rub instead. I know I could have said something about the pressure but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I don't think I'll be back to try again.
