We both requested the hard pressure. Full body massage with hot stones, hand masks, massage oil, face mask, post massage waters and candles. Joy and Fiona were our masseuses and they were fantastic. We felt they were knowledgeable and knew where and how to work at all of our knots. Everyone was so nice and the massage spa itself is very clean, quiet, and tidy. The prices and services offered are fantastic and there's easy parking in the plaza. I would 100% recommend going to Sunshine Therapy Spa and we can't wait to come back again.

You're not gonna get the whole ambience of some of the other high-end establishments that are all about the looks, but barely release the muscle knots. I would definitely come back here again and I recommend this for someone facing extreme tension , sports medicine or deep tissue massage.

After we checked in we were offered a glass of wine (of your choice) which was a delightful treat and something you often don't see at a spa. We slipped back to the cozy lounge while we waited for our massage therapist to arrive. We were greeted by Angel and Kiara who lead us to our room. Both of them were fantastic and provided a wonderful deep tissue experience. I've been going to Allora for several years for massages and they're fantastic!…read more I highly recommend Kiara as her hands are literal magic. My back feels amazing whenever she's done with me. Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. It's also super convenient that there are no contracts and cancellation is easy. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I love that they also have multiple locations, so you can go to whichever location is most convenient. If you're looking to treat yourself to a spa day, I cannot recommend Allora enough.

I come home years later hoping the integrity of the business hasn't changed but indeed it has. As soon as we're told that a 45 minute massage is $60, the lady at the desk couldn't wait to get the money first. We pay and head to the massage room. The masseuse insists that my mother stay in the room with me while I'm getting my massage until I sternly say, "I'm not getting a massage with my mother in the room". At the beginning of my massage she used a towel for about 7-10 minutes which didn't feel good. Eventually i had to ask for her to use massage oil instead. The massage was okay but she frequently left the room and sometimes with the door open. At the end of my massage, she wiped me down with a hot towel that smelled like mildew. I had to go home and shower to get that smell off of me. I also noticed that they didn't give me my full 45 minutes. This place used to be great. Maybe they had a bad day. I don't know but I would explore other options.
