We purchased a sofa sectional at Ashley Furniture in Sugarland, TX and it's sagging and worn after only a few days. I went back to the store to resolved the issue and spoke to Calvin the manager and was told he couldn't do anything about it and to contact GRT. I spoke with GRT several times and GRT told us they would call back but never did call back or email to follow up. Service techs came out twice without a resolution. The wrong size cushions were brought to my house as if that would be of satisfactory. Customer service has been giving us the runaround for approximately 3 1/2 months. We called customer service today and was put on hold and no one ever came back 4 times. Finally after the 5th call I got a decent representation that tried to help but esentionally I was given the runaround again to contact the technicians that's already has been to my home twice. I was told I needed to talk a technician before it could be escalated. GRT has the worst customer service and is very unprofessional. I'm so disappointed with the quality of the furniture and the company. We've only sat on one side of the couch to show you on the pics below that the quality is below standard and it's not what was presented to me at the store when I purchase the sofa sectional. A sofa shouldn't be wrinkled and sagging after only 3 days. I want my sofa sectional replaced or a full refund.

Best advice is to ask for a manager from the start because those girls answering the customer service phones are just plain rude and they hate their jobs. You can tell by how insensitive they are and no urgency to do their job. Not sure how they are still in business when people can just go to best buy or target and get the same thing for the same price or cheaper and receive 100x better customer service. Never shopping here again. Still waiting for delivery confirmation for tomorrow. I paid $1082 with my debit card and no receipt has been mailed out!

I bought a refrigerator last week. They were out of stock on it. Said they could deliver it today…read morebetween 130 and 430. At 11 a.m., I get a text from Conns offering free delivery on online orders over 999.00. I called the store to see if they would honor the free delivery. He tells me I need to call the store. Call the number he gave me, and they tell me I need to call the store I purchased at. So I call the first number back and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he was out and wouldn't be in until next week. I told him and told him about the text I got. He said he couldn't wave the delivery fee, so I told him to cancel the order. He said let me make some phone calls and he would call me back. 10 minutes later he calls back to tell me he can't wave it because I bought it in the store, not online. I said then cancel the order and I'll order it online. He then tells me that refrigerator is 200.00 more online. Like wtf I thought brick and morter store were higher because of overhead. Guess not he said they mark up the online prices so they can offer free delivery. WOW, really think I'm being coned by Conns. So we agree to cancel the order. At 340 I get a automated call stating the delivery will be here in 30 minutes [ hence when I confirmed the delivery yesterday, I requested a 1 hour call before delivery call] I call the corporate number and spoke with a hevey middle Eastern acent that claimed to be Bob. I went through the whole story with Bob, and his reply was You do not worry, Mister David, I will cancel the order. I said I was told that was done 4 hours ago on the phone e with the store. No worries, I will take care of you, Mr. David. After being on hold for a few minutes, he came back to tell me it's all taken care of. 435, the driver shows up trying to deliver the refrigerator. How many times can they drop the ball? Service your customer or someone else will.

He was kind and inviting, he greeted me when I walked in the store. He was helpful and knowledgeable when I was describing what I was looking for. He was very honest in his approach and advice. Pro-Tip: Find what you like at Ashley furniture and then go to La Sierra for a better deal…read more I forgot they are a distributor of Ashley furniture! We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.
