I called and I'm not sure if it was the owner or not but, she was friendly and had no problem helping me out in a last minute situation. I was ordering an arrangement for a funeral in my hometown. She asked what I needed and she more than delivered. I gave her a $50 price range and when I arrived at the Funeral Home I was taken back by how big and beautiful it was. I told her to do what she thought was best for the occasion and it was perfect. Im glad I decided to call this small business and get such a great product. Wish I could have taken a photo of my flowers but didn't feel right snapping pics at a funeral trust me they were Beautiful. You'll be blown away how many varieties of something as simple as basil there are. Seriously, even if you don't care about organic vs conventional plants stop by. The people are wonderful and the property is so whimsical and beautiful. Aside from herbs, they also have a huge selection of vegetables and succulents. They host a ton of events throughout the summer and offer a CSA program. Saturday's 9-1 (as of 2016) is a farmers market in the barn. The herb fair is usually in late June and hosts local vendors (jewelry, honey, soaps, antiques). Also bring bread to feed the chickens or peacocks if you'd like. As you can tell I kinda love this place and love stopping in when I'm in town.

Not only can you find many varieties of any herb you desire but you can also find more miniature varieties than anywhere on earth. The display gardens both potted and in ground are so inspiring. I make a trip up every year from Dayton just to buy plants from this nursery. And it is well worth the trip.
