I spent a lot of time doing research and reading reviews, as I always do. I chose 2 places to shop. After visiting Mattress Warehouse, I knew that's where I wanted to purchase my bed. The lady that helped us, Diane, was warm, friendly and very understanding of our needs. She was very knowledgeable and honest...and fun. With my husband's health issues we weren't sure what would be best. We found out pretty quickly that she knew her beds and what would work for "US" and what wouldn't. Needless to say, we bought a split king mattress on adjustable bases. I had been sleeping in another room due to his issues but am happy to report that I can now sleep beside my husband again! After many months of adjustable bed searching my choice was made easy when I met Diane at Sleep Outfitters. She took all the time that I needed, and did it safely, and was very patient with my testing and questions. When my bed was delivered the 2 young men were prepared for safety with masks and shoe protectors. They were more than helpful to take one bed to another room and to set up the adjustable bed in a timely manner. We originally purchased our beds in 2023 in your store. Our salesman, Tim, was exceptional and we had an excellent experience. We recently had a warranty issue and Diane and Shelley helped us resolve our problem with grace and professionalism. Again they were as exceptional as Tim. Are all your people this great?
