Tim greeted me at the door and provided the best mattress buying experience I could imagine. He ask my price range and off we went. Tim asked many questions and singled out several mattresses and explained why he choose them. He make me feel comfortable about trying out each mattress and comparing them for what I liked the best, all the while telling me about springs and the inner workings of each mattress. To top it all off Tim told be about the zero present financing! The delivery was this week. I couldn't believe my luck. But it wasn't luck, it was a better way to serve customers.
