We bought new wrought iron chairs for dining room in May. By March they started breaking. We had two of the wrought iron assembly replaced. The repair guy could see that a 3rd one had broken. Now they are to replace it. We have to be here for another repairman. We asked for a refund and they said no. So we are not happy at all with Ashley. read more

Good prices for great product. Steve sold us a new bedroom set, and mattress. He was a great guy to work with, very friendly and funny, and not too pushy like some sales people can be. Everything came exactly on time, and the moving guys were awesome, too. Very quick, yet careful. And the new bed looks SO nice! Not to mention, the new mattress feels amazing! I'd definitely recommend shopping here. read more

We came to buy a new sectional couch, but left with much more thanks to some good sales and the wonderful help from Dreaka. She was patient with each change we made, not pushy, and so helpful. If you go to the Pflugerville location, definitely ask for Dreaka. read more

We spent $11,000.00 dollars at Ashley in one day. The salespersons were so helpful. They even suggested we spend an additional $500.00 on an extended warranty for our expensive sectional sofa. We bought the warranty to cover said sofa for 5 years. 20 months later when the sofa began to fall apart ............. crickets. We have been trying for5 months to get it repaired and cannot get a response to our inquiries. We finally got someone on the phone to talk about this and were told that for the most part our warranty is no good. Repairs will have to be paid for by us. Take our advice....NEVER NEVER EVER SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE. So here is a follow up to my review. After six months of calling Ashley furniture to complain about her broken furniture they finally sent a man out to take pictures of all of the furniture and the damages. Two weeks later having not heard from them we finally got someone on the phone I would proceed to tell us we were responsible to pay for all the repairs on the furniture even though we had bought a $500 extended warranty to cover such things we thought. But as you'll find out if you shop at Ashley furniture they are very misleading with their product and their warranties. As a warning to everyone do not ever shop at the store ever you would just get ripped off. read more

Ashley called me back to resolve the warranty issue by sending a tech, lupe just finished fixing the piece on my couch that fell out of place. I really appreciated lupe for arriving on time and taking care of me! #happycustomer #thankyouashleyfurniturestore read more

I bought a dinning room table and it was great price. The sales man name Ben Kitzmann helped me and he was very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back and buy more furniture here. I would give them 5 stars if they would have call me to confirm the delivery like they said they would. No once called me so I had to call the customer service my self. Delivery was made on the date they promised but it was 2 hours late. Well overall I had decent experience here. read more

I have just had THE WORST customer service experience! The woman who called me to inform me that the delivery was going to be late left the longest voicemail because she forgot to hang up. Then attempted to call me 4 more times one right after the other after that. 20 minutes later I get another call telling me that the hardware for bunkbed that was delivered didn't make it and it would be until Monday before it could be redelivered and assembled. I called the store and canceled the order. Another couple hours later I get another voicemail saying that the delivery was going to be late and to call to confirm if it's ok after I had canceled and requested a total refund. Needless to say, I will not be shopping there again. read more

Okay, the entire process with Ashley furniture was exhausting and a bit of a roller coaster. Hopefully this review is helpful to whomever reads it. My wife and I were looking to freshen up our living room with a new couch amd chair so we stopped by the Ashley furniture showroom on the Austin/Pflugerville line. Our experience in the store was really good, we met with several salespeople who were always present but not overbearing which was good. Eventually we found a few items and our saleperson Sam was present and awesome and answered all of our questions and helped us with our decision and even adjusted a price that was marked incorrectly, he gets five stars. Eventually we made our selection and checked through and arranged delivery for the following Friday then headed home. Fast forward to Friday, our delivery window was between 2-5 I beleive and the window came and went and behold no call no show on the furniture. By seven my wife and I called customer service to reschedule and find out what happened. We spoke with someone at customer service and she arranged delivery the next day after telling us the delivery truck was stopped in San Antonio and running late due to complications assembling some furniture...we hung around the house all morning on Saturday (we would have been anyway on a Saturday morning so no big deal) and once again the delivery window came and went. Being frustrated we waited a few days assuming we would be contacted... we never were. Flash forward to Thursday, I called customer service and after about thirty minutes waiting finally got in touch with an agent and was inadvertently disconnected and had to go through the whole process again for another thirty minutes. When I got through I spoke with Amelia who was absolutely wonderful (she gets five stars too). She looked at our order status and apparently the driver entered that the furniture was delivered which it wasnt. Amelia put me on hold and discussed the order status with her manager and rekeyed my order and reaaranged for a new delivery date. She also sent me a confirmation email and text which was great. With the appointment scheduled and delivery all but ensured we waited for the day to arrive. My wife and I were working on delivery day and recieved a window of 11-2. At 10:55 my wife was called by the delivery driver saying he was at the house and was going to leave cause nobody was home... typically drivers call when they are on the way so you can meet them, not this guy. Anyway, I drove home and about an hour later the driver arrived again unannounced. The driver and his assistant were not very friendly and seemed like they were angry with each other and burdened by having to deliver furniture. Apparently they are a third party who have nothing to do with Ashley Furniture and are basically unaccountable. They moved the furniture into the house efficiently and took a couple pictures of it and were out the door in about five minutes (they get one star). In conclusion, showroom was great as was customer service, but after dealing with delivery and reading other reviews I will not do business with Ashley unless I can buy direct from the showroom and/or bypass delivery cause that was a nightmare. I even asked some people I work with and everyone pretty mcuh said the same thing that I wrote here. Nice furniture, friendly staff, but delivery is sketchy at best. read more

Please don't be fooled by visiting store and going by what salespeople say as they will not honour it. The prices in store are higher than online Ashley and much higher than other sites who sell Ashley furniture. We paid 2.5 times higher protection policy price than Ashley online just because Ivan in sales convinced us that if we buy from store, we don't have to deal with customer service and waste hours on delivery and protection plan. When our delivery arrived, all the furniture was damaged and when called Ivan to get it corrected, he said us that store cannot do anything and I have to go to customer service. I have been talking to customer service since last 10 days and still waiting for them to respond and honor their commitments. The only reason I paid higher price was to get good quality furniture directly from store and good customer service from store. Both of them was not honored and I now feel cheated of buying it from this store instead of buying from a better online site read more

Our salesman Kyle did a great job. He was helpful and friendly, and he helped my husband and I find a bedroom set for a good price!

Horrible. We closed moved into our new home and went in to get a table set, not only did that take forever but after we left we relized the sales man kept our IDs. I called and before I could even verify the address to send them to she mailed them to our old addresses while I was on hold with her. I still have not received them. Very inconvenient. read more

Ned (Mr. Incredible) was awesome to work with! He was very knowledgeable and most of all TRUTHFUL! He told me what pieces were best and at what price. He also took into account the style I was going for and made sure we stayed on budget. He took the time to sit down with us before walking the floor to look through their inventory and then directed us to the exact pieces we were interested in. This saved us so much time from aimlessly walking around the store! He didn't try and juggle 3 customers at once- he focused on us and made our experience a priority. The next day when we wanted to come back and order an additional piece to our original order he came in even though it was his day off to make sure we were taken care of. He obviously takes pride in his work and it shows. I went to another Ashely in Austin and it was the worst! 100% go to Pflugerville and ask for Ned! read more

What can I say about about Ashley Furniture HomeStore that has not already been said in previous reviews? Horrible customer service, horrible follow-up on requested return calls, inflexible, and complete disregard for customer time. When businesses become so large they forget the little guys (a.k.a. "The Customers") who helped with their success, they loose touch with the important values that spawned their success in the first place. I had to cancel my order before it could even be delivered. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Customer (Sales Order # 2613620) Make it right. read more

My wife and I had purchased a new bed from Ashleys Furniture and it was delivered on 7-1-2013. The delivery men set it up in the bedroom and when they left we had noticed they men left their tools. I thought that was strange. When my wife returned home she had noticed her 7000.00 wedding ring was missing off the night stand. We turned the house upside down looking for it. Ashleys furniture never called or came back for the missing tool bag they left which I thought was very strange. We called the police and got a detective assigned to the case. Long story short I just talked with him and he inactivated the case due to the fact Ashleys furniture wouldn't return his phone call. This is a wedding ring we are talking about. read more

People, STAY AWAY!!! I have an issue with a peeling leather couch, didn't know leather could peel, but hey, I guess cheap product will peel. I called and as asked about replacing this and was told no, even though I purchased the extended warranty.. Oh yea, we don't cover that. Bottom line is Ashley furniture is like all other big business, they claim they have quality furniture, quality service and that they are cheaper because of location, well they are a franchise, there out to tell you all these great things but will not stand behind them. Please look at other reviews, , please look at the BBB, this company by far is one of the worst companies I have dealt with, not anymore, will never purchase from them again. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY!!! I will NEVER do business with this company again. At the end of July I purchased a new bed (head board & all) with a mattress, as well as another piece of furniture. From the day of purchase (in July) we had delivery set up for Aug 20th because that is when I was available to wait ALL day for them to show up. I was told every piece except for one would be delivered on the 20th. Fast forward to the 19th (day before delivery) I call to confirm delivery for the next day. They said yes ma'am we have you set for delivery tomorrow, but we now only have 3 of the pieces available for delivery - We'll call you later this evening or in the morning to give you a time of delivery. No one ever called. So I called the day of delivery to find out when they were coming, and they proceed to tell me they don't have me down for delivery on this day anymore. After going round & round with these people we set delivery for two other days later in the week, and neither day they could seem to manage to deliver my furniture. I finally just went back to the store & got a refund. I'm fed up getting the run around. I refuse to do business with a company that can't follow through or keep their word. Basic common sense customer service is all I ask & you can't even get that with these people. Save your money & your time. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Theyve had my $1800 since July when they deceivingly charged me $0 for "white glove" delivery. (Then at the bottom $170 for delivery) Attempted to deliver Oct 16- the delivery men were rude and aggressive to the couch and my husband. When my husband suggested they remove the feet (that they screwed on crooked and broke one but decided to keep it on anyway) to be able to get the couch in, the older guy got aggressive and raised his voice to tell my husband "I dont work for you", Then refused to attempt another entry way. I felt threatened by his change in tone and body language and told him to step out of my home. We refused delivery as they would not let us contact customer service before we left and as they took the furniture back down we knew we made the right decision- the fabric was pulling from uneven upholstering and from them dragging the furniture up our steps and across the lot and thrown back into the dirty truck unwrapped. After filing a report with Customer service, they promised a call back that next monday and never did. multiple attempts to call CS back left us on a wild goose chase and never ending transfers to people who couldnt help. They continued to reschedule delivery and we had to ignore the calls as it was a robot telling us to confirm but gave us no option to not confirm or talk to a human. Finally, after multiple attempts and hours calling them only to get no where, a delivery person called us weeks later to figure out why we were not confirming. We again informed this lady, filed a report, and she again said someone would call back to refund/cancel. This whole time they have told us we will get our money back, but after a month they still have made it absolutely impossible for us to talk to someone who can help and have made no attempt to call back. No one ever picks up at store, finally left a voicemail but not expecting any sort of timely response. read more

Bought a sectional today on a great sale. Ask for Darius. He's the best and will help you with anything you need.

I highly recommend NOT buying from Ashley Homestore. Everything is all smiles and hand shakes until you buy the furniture, and then its all downhill. Not only did they deliver a broken sofa, but we have also been waiting for our furniture for 5 months! We have been called every week since February to reschedule, taking days off of work, just to be called 20 minutes prior to a delivery and being told that it has been rescheduled. Fun part about all of this is you can't even speak to a manager or anyone who can actually do anything. I have never received customer service this bad from a company. I even asked if I could return my furniture in fear of being told that the items I ordered have been discontinued, and was told that I could not return anything after 72 hours of my purchase date - 5 MONTHS AGO! If the customer service is any indication of how well this company is ran, I predict they will be bankrupt here in the near future. I will be reporting Ashley Homestore to the BBB. read more

I live out of town and my boyfriend and I were moving to Austin so we came to buy furniture in June to be ready for our move in day. Our furniture was supposed to be delivered in July and is continuing to be pushed back weeks after weeks due to not having complete parts and COVID. That's understandable, my issue with this is that I receive a new delivery date every week. I receive a confirmation for my delivery and the day before, it's pushed back again. This is frustrating in a sense that I make plans and arrangements to be there for my furniture and I get a days notice that my furniture is still not in the warehouse. I have tried getting a hold of this store, of corporate and so on, the line rings until somehow the phone call is discontinued. Getting a hold of someone to ask questions about my delivery is nearly impossible. Had I known that I would be going months without furniture and not being able to talk to anyone, I would have taken my business elsewhere. read more

Sales - 2 stars Delivery and customer svc - 4 emoji poop piles with googly eyes Ordered a dining set and a recliner. Both were scheduled to arrive on the same day. The recliner never made it and there begins a long winding tale that if written into a book, would fill more volumes than the Horry Potter series. So many calls and conversations with bone headed customer service reps and managers, who all made promises that werent kept. They re-scheduled my delivery 4 times. Every time I called customer no-service, they were clueless. I was able to have my delivery charges removed because they continued to break their promises. They finally delivered my couch 1 month after I had purchased it. Avoid this place at all costs, or use them if you buy your furniture years into the future. read more

I really wish I could give less than a 1 star rating - my issues were all surrounding delivery. First, the tracking system told me it couldn't find my order and I hadn't received a call after confirming delivery online, so I had to call them to find out where my order was. Second, the delivery team arrived outside of the delivery window that they gave me. When they were setting up my new dining room set, they left trash ALL OVER my dining room! I never received a call or survey to see how the delivery went (which I have with other furniture retailers). Finally, the delivery crew said they wanted a soda from me before thy would leave my house - I tried to tell them that I didn't have anything cold - but they WOULDN'T LEAVE without a drink. I tried to call their "lack of customer service" line to provide feedback - but I have now been hung up on THREE TIMES before anyone answers. If you want good customer service and delivery, I HIGHLY recommend that you GO ELSEWHERE!! I am in the process of decorating a new home, and have several rooms to go - but I can tell you based on this experience - Ashley will receive NO MORE OF MY BUSINESS!! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!! read more

Placed an order for a full master bedroom set with mattress and box spring months ago and waited for my delivery. Was told the delivery would be prior to Thanksgiving. I told the sales person the importance of needing the set for family during thanksgiving. At the time of sale I specifically selected a set "in stock" for this reason. When the delivery showed up it was just the box spring and mattress (which is still sitting in the empty room in the plastic). I was shocked to say the least. Of course the delivery person had no control or ability to answer my questions. I have attempted to call the store multiple times and never get an answer, they do not answer their phone. The only line I can get through to is the delivery line, option 1, where the person for over a month now informs me of the pushed dates, first Nov 27th, then, Dec 5th, now Dec 12th and 24th etc etc etc. So now my set won't even be in until late December. I've called three times over the past four weeks and every time the date changes. Now I won't have a bedroom set for Christmas either, this is NOT ok. I have asked to speak to a manager and the employees you speak to with the delivery line say you have to call the store, to which I have spent countless hours trying to do so. Extremely disappointed!!!! read more

Sales team were very nice and helpful, but when it comes to the company's logistics...AWFUL!! We were told we would have our furniture in 1 week. Well they called us 3 times telling us they had to reschedule the delivery which ended up pushing the delivery back several weeks. We made sure to ask them in the very beginning if everything was in stock so there would be no delivery hold ups and they assured us all items were in stock. Obviously they lied to us. So disappointed with Ashley Home Store in Pflugerville, TX. I would advise AGAINST PURCHASING a large piece of furniture FROM THIS STORE due to their less-than-customer-friendly return policy. The sofa I purchased does not work in my living room. Unfortunately, I could not predict this would be the case until I saw the sofa in my home. After talking with the salesman AND "Customer Care", I am still disappointed with this store's policy of NO REFUNDS. This policy is absurd. I would be able to return any other expensive item and expect a refund from any store that believes in it's product. Ashley Furniture is a franchise, therefore, different Ashley store return policies can vary. For this reason I will not shop at this Ashley store again, and I will not recommend them to friends or family. Should you consider buying from this store, please beware that YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED. This store's policy is to give an unhappy customer 14 days to exchange furniture for something else in the store. You only have 14 days to select a replacement. If the store doesn't have something you like, you will leave unhappy, with nothing but a headache and this store will not mind in the least. If you do decide to buy a sofa or other expensive piece of furniture from this particular Ashley Furniture Store,be sure there is a second piece of furniture that you also like in case your first choice doesn't work out they way you had planned. Shame on me for signing such an anti-customer contract. I hope you don't make the same mistake or have better luck! read more
