Bad experience to say the least! We went into the store on 5/30 and ordered a dining set, sectional couch and bed frame. The sales guy was nice enough but set us up with a six month zero interest payment plan (cash is king) and never informed us that this opens up a credit card in your name! Now to a bigger issue. The sales guy told us estimated delivery was 4-6 weeks and said it would likely be 4 but they were just required to say 4-6 "just in case". We got a text to set up delivery on 7/17 (now at the 7 week mark). A day before the scheduled delivery we got a call from what I am assuming was their warehouse - the lady I spoke to said they only had the dining room set available and everything else wouldn't be ready until the first week of August. She said they would do a partial delivery of just the dining set on 7/17. At the end she said that the wedge piece of our sectional was available and asked if we wanted that delivered too - I said no, we would wait for that to be delivered, you know, with the rest of the couch! Day of delivery, the dining set gets delivered and looks good (we later notice that there's some internal sales ticket taped to it that shows it was supposed to be delivered to someone else but they rescheduled their delivery after the table was out for delivery.....) The delivery guys then proceed to bring in the sectional wedge, as well as a huge box that contained the rails to our bed frame (did not even know this was ready and it was not listed on their bill of lading either). So we now are storing two large, miscellaneous, useless pieces of furniture in the house. Shortly after delivery, I received an update text re: delivery of our remaining order. The text says that the order is now not going to be ready until SEPTEMBER. We ordered in store on MAY 30. I have tried multiple times to call the actual store and customer service. Have never actually talked to a human being, just listened to hold music. The times I've called customer service, I've been on hold for approx 20-25 min each time and then the line just drops dead. From what I've heard and read, this is not an anecdotal story about the quality of service Ashley furniture provides. They have also placed a heavy emphasis on the fact that these delays are directly related to COVID, but again, I have seen and heard evidence of these issues existing well before the coronavirus started impacting manufacturing and the economy. Terrible overall experience and it's incredibly disappointing and inconvenient to be sitting in a new house without key pieces of furniture. Hoping they can expedite or at least make it right with some sort of credit but not holding our breath! read more

Furniture is "ehh"...nothing fancy for what we pay for. We were told our new bedroom set and couch would be delivered in 2-4 weeks, ordered on 12-3. We are still waiting on half of the stuff we ordered and we just were told that the "promised" updated delivery date of Thursday was not scheduled yet. So now we're going on 6-8 weeks of having to sleep on the floor since we sold our old set due to the 2-4 week delivery period. Of course, they haven't done anything for us but, rest assured...the financing department got everything in order and is already asking for our first payment. read more

Ashley Furniture, Please don't mail your customers offers you can't honor. Long story short I received a thank you letter in the mail ($100 off any purchase greater than $200) due to a recent purchase. The manager said he would only honor it if I purchased fabric protection even though the item I wanted to purchase was full price. The entire experience felt like a total racket. Please note your store manager at the Naperville location is disrespectful to the staff. Little advice to the store manager... Next time an employee is trying to speak to you; stop, look at them in the eye and listen. Completely lied to us, ordered couch June 4th, told us August latest. August came and went, reached out to sales person, customer service, called, emailed, no help. They have attempted 3 times to deliver individual parts of our sectional months apart after being told no, we want the whole sectional. Now we will be lucky if we even have a couch by Halloween. This place is a joke, and they do not care one bit once they get your sale. Not ONCE have a got a response on how this will be rectified, and the store has ignored my emails from customer service themselves. First do not use their financing nor leasing companies- finally got a payoff Amount but had to call the regional manager. Ashley furniture on route 59 in Naperville charged 149$ delivery, and so did Acceptance Now (double charged for delivery but masked by confusingly renaming it)It's not a 90 day same as cash like Progressive. It's a leasing company. Like rentacenter/colortime/ Aaron's with the option to "buyout early". Kathleen at the Naperville store kept refusing to take my payoff. Friday she said she would accept 4 payments only and the company only wants them to accept 2 at a time in order to keep you from paying off the lease in 90 days. I believed Kathleen, and paid the 4 payments =$916 of which only $733 went to the principle. Why would I do this, if I'm calling to pay off the entire debt on 11/10/2017. My 90 days is up 11/30/17. The regional manager, Renee fixed it. Had to call 888-672-2411 to have them assign me someone. Even though the message says you have to deal with the store, you can ask for a manager to call you back. Ask for them to explain your fees. The first payment of 248.99 when I signed the contract I was told went toward the furniture. 149 (2nd delivery charge), processing fee 40.00 LDW 19.60 ( you pay this fee every month), VP 12.99( another monthly fee) - one is insurance in your furniture that you did not know you signed up for nor knew you had Incase the house burned down. My only gain here is to help those before the become prey. Save up for it, research online prices, you will have more than enough to get what you want in the end. If you do this, you will pay 3 times as much by the end. You are smarter than this, don't make your life harder than it has to be. Avoid Ashley furniture and Acceptance Now at least the one on Route 59 in Naperville, Il. I love the furniture. But one example , charged $599.00 for nightstand, online it's 241.00. One example, charged $599.00 for nightstand, Ashley website 359.00, Amazon sold by Ashley online it's 241.00. Sales person says I'll take 30% off, new price 389.99. See attachments. I was told this hike in prices was because I was using their money. Please be careful, please research and save. You will have your furniture quicker, and won't pay 6000.00 for 1800 worth of furniture. FYI they make all their own furniture supposedly so why are they higher in the store? Also the couch I bought pillows are attached and sagged from the first day, I was also delivered two left pieces and the sales rep was rude when I nicely called in to tell her the delivery guy says I have two left pieces and he can't put the couch together m. She replied "I'm only human". I was given a 400 gift card for all my troubles with the store. I used it for an ottoman. I appreciate that overpriced ottoman. $399 in store, 209.59 Amazon, 198 Ashley website. But who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth? *****I will not be shopping the store again. Don't bother wasting your money here - just order directly online because the prices are better and you won't have to worry about a salesperson intentionally overcharging you for commission. I don't know how you can sleep at night knowing that you overcharged someone $400 and then refuse to price match within days of delivery. Especially when I have screenshots of the online price timestamped the day after purchase and 5 days before delivery. I'm very disappointed with how Ashley Furniture Home store handled my delivery. (off IL-59, Naperville, IL) Their logistics are horrible. I placed an order for a sofa (Item # 5910338) and chair (item #5050020) and paid for delivery ($139.99) A delivery date was scheduled for 7/28/18. Received initial text delivery confirmation on 7/25/18; I called the 866 # (866-436-3388) to verbally confirm my 7/28/18 delivery. An Ashley Furniture Home store phone rep confirmed items and 7/28/18 delivery date and told me I would receive another text confirmation the next day with a delivery window. On 7/26/18 Ashley Furniture sent another text message confirming delivery for 7/28/18. The text, message also mention the chair was on back order and to call them back by 8 pm to have delivery confirmed. (800-477-0097) That same day, I called their 800 # and confirmed the 7/28/18 delivery date. I was told the chair was indeed on back order and would not be available for delivery UNTIL 8/1/18, and I'll get another follow-up text to confirm that separate delivery. However, the sofa was STILL ON TRACK FOR 7/28/18 delivery, with a window between 8 am and 10 am. On 7/28/18, the day of my sofa delivery, at 8:47 am, I had a missed call from Ashley Furniture (630-410-5892). I called them back at 8:51 am and spoke with a Betty who told me that my sofa would not be coming today and my delivery was rescheduled for next week. I was told their trucks never made it. Lastly, to top it off they told me the chair I ordered was discontinued and would not be coming and to contact the store directly. We will never buy here again. We spent $1200 plus the "warranty" for a sectional. There is a HUGE gap between the seat cushions that you fall into. Their repair person couldn't do anything (more stuffing obv didn't help). I have left countless messages for customer service and the GM of the store, Walt. He has people screening his calls big time! We've had 2 other furniture repair people say that this a "manufacturer defect". This has without a doubt been the worst buying experience I've ever had. I bought a sectional for my home beginning to mid-May from a salesperson named Ryan. Ryan was polite and helpful in store. After getting home my fiancé and I realized the piece we bought would fit too awkwardly in our new home, so we decided to go for a smaller option that we liked. I called the store the next day and spoke to customer service who told me they would notify Ryan through an email notification that I needed to switch my order. I didn't hear back from Ryan for 48 hours, so I called customer service again and they said they would notify him once more that I needed help. Another 48 hours and nothing. I called the store number again and was able to get in touch with a salesperson who connected me to Ryan. Ryan told me that he had received notifications, but "put them in a folder in his email without looking at them". I decided to switch my order despite Ryan's comment and was told I'd get $250 back from the difference on the two couches. After not seeing anything within 11 days returned to my card, I called customer service and was told that the $250 was put as a store credit. Besides that being incorrect, I didn't even get an email or anything via mail saying I had a store credit available. Part of our sectional was delivered on June 11th. I got an email and phone call on June 17th saying the rest of our sectional would be delivered on June 19th between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM. My fiancé stayed home from work that Friday, but the delivery never came. I called customer service at 11:30 AM and was told that not only was the couch not out for delivery, but we would not get it until July 26th. The original eta we were given was June 26th. Now, I realize with COVID things have been pushed around and deliveries are off, but we were never told that the delivery could be pushed out that much. I called the store again and asked to speak to the general manager, Wally. Not only did Wally not apologize for the delivery confirmation being wrong, but he told me I was "ridiculous" for wanting more than $75 back on a couch that was $1000. He said he would put in a request to "try" and get us more back, but followed that up by saying "you probably won't even get that". I gave him my email and asked if he could please send me an email confirmation when the refund request was sent. My fiancé ended up calling him after I got off the phone because he was understandably upset as well. Wally told him that we would have to be the ones to request a refund from customer service, because he doesn't do that. Which is the complete opposite of what he told me. I completely understand that this pandemic has been something that no one could have anticipated, but I believe customer service is in the realm of control. The lies I felt we were fed in order to make a sale and the inconsideration for the time spent at home waiting for the couch to arrive were absurd. This recent visit was my fourth furniture purchase at this location. Every time I've gone shopping there the experience and purchase went seamless! There is no pressure for the sale! Which I thank because I dislike being haggled by salespersons. My husband and I bought two accent chairs on Monday and they were delivered on that Thursday. Their estimated delivery dates are off by months but they don't tell you that until the estimated delivery date passes by. They don't even call or email you to let you know they are late. Ordered in April, delivery was estimated June, then went to October, then went to July, now back to September. Still waiting. Oh and never got a call or email about any of these date changes. I had to call them and ask what is going on. Their weekend customer service is awful, I feel like they're reading from a script when you call just to get you off the phone. The one guy I spoke with on a Saturday morning seemed stoned or drunk and was useless. Had to call back another day. Go somewhere else if you can. I've had better luck with other stores. read more

The delivery system is terrible! I bought a living room set and it has taken four deliveries thus far (I still haven't received everything) to complete the order. When I called the manager at the Ashley store, he implied that it was my issue for not taking vacation days so as not to lose any work pay during the delivery times (!?!?!?!?!). Then he made all these promises about gift cards to make up for the trouble. Nothing. I rarely spend thousands of dollars on anything but when I do, I expect good service. Three Strikes You're Out!! If I could give this table No Stars I would! We purchased this table during the Pandemic and had to wait many months for it. The table began to have the laminate pop out at the corner away from where we sit and many bubbles at the screws. We were ignored by customer service for quite a while (emails and calls) and then I wrote a Yelp and Google review. That got their attention. We were offered a replacement top delivery which came at our convenience. When the installers put the leaf in place, the wood cracked open- very visible along the outside of the table. We went to the store where our salesperson directed us to deal with their customer service person. She arranged another delivery which happened today. The installer suggested we check the table on the truck first. The table was not in a box, wrapped in a moving blanket. The installer opened the blanket and showed us the damaged table that was to be delivered to us! We refused delivery and wrote to customer service that we want a refund or to choose another table from our local store. Avoid this table- poor quality! read more

From canceled delivery appointments ( furniture did not fit on truck, oh and by the way they were going to deliver a phantom couch seeing as it was not in stock), being hung up on by customer service 3 times (I was speaking calmly and politely, just asked for them to get someone who could help me if they were not able to), repair man repairing improperly, their customer service not keeping accurate record of calls. We will NEVER purchase from this company again. We were warned against using them and did not listen. I compared notes with a friend who happened to purchase from another Ashley location. They ordered a sofa and did not get it for 6 months. They found out that Ashely was fulfilling new orders and they had to wait, even though they paid cash up front. Where do I begin. HIGHLY FUCKING DISATISIFED CUSTOMER, NEVER AGAIN WILL WE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS, IT MAY SAVE YOU FROM MAKING A HORRIBLE DECISION. We purchased a Temperpedic soft mattress, base, pillows, mattress protector, king headboard, footboard & rails bed on 1/16/2021 from the Naperville store #3 in IL. Temperpedic mattress: Sales person "Lana" informed us that we have 90 days to try out the mattress & that we wouldn't have to pay anything towards the purchases for 90 days due to "Covid". WRONG! Now we're told they can only exchangeit, we can't return it! 2 weeks after the mattress was delivered, I started having lower back pain & a pain on the left side of my hip traveling down to both my legs, I've never had sciatica pain in my life & later realized that's what it was. Now I've been sleeping in our guest bed for weeks now because I can't sleep on the Temperpedic mattress. I called 2 different customer service department phone #'s - had issues with them & played the "he said, she said game" telling us that the store had to start the exchange/reselection process & vice versa. Then we were told we had to wait 30 nights before we could even begin the "exchange process" even though my issues started 2 weeks of sleeping on the mattress. It was pulling teeth just to try to start the exchange process for the mattress, God only knows if I'll continue to have issues with the exchange, that's if it ever arrives. Because we're STUCK WITH IT. We are also losing about $1,000-$2,000 because we are exchanging the soft mattress for a hybrid cooling firm mattress aka "Silver Chill Firm" (less expensive). They're now telling us it has to be equal or greater value. So we're out that money because it can only be applied towards bedding. We don't need anymore bedding! Billing issues: We are being billed immediately for ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. What happened to their "90 days no payment offer"?! The headboard, footboard & rails hasn't even been delivered. Why should I pay for something that I don't yet have?! Instead of honoring their word, it's just been headache after headache with this company. Why aren't all departments within this business on the same page?! Billing a customer before they even have an item is common sense. Temperpedic mattress protector: We received a phone call from the Naperville store (#3) letting us know that it had arrived & we had to pick it up in store. The sales lady didn't inform us of this when we made the purchase in January. I guess it's our fault for assuming "it would be delivered with the actual mattress" hmm, stupid us. We live 40 minutes away. So we drove there to pick it up the first time, the assistant manager "Scooby" said it wasn't there, (he also seemed distracted with another customer & didn't seem like he wanted to even deal with us, from his demeanor) then we got a hold of the sales lady "Lana" that sold us all this shit & she said, she would have her office ship it. IT WASN'T. We had to make another 40 minute drive, just to pick it up. While there we FINALLY got a chance to speak with the store manager "Wally". We'll see if anything is done by this individual to make shit right with the whole reselection process of the mattress. King bed (headboard, footboard & rails): We waited 2 months before a delivery date was available on Monday March 16th & we knew this HOWEVER I confirmed the delivery with a timeframe of 10:30am-1:30pm on Saturday night, 3/13. It never arrived on 3/16, I called to follow up, only to be informed that because I didn't respond to another text msg that they sent on Sunday, OUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! WTF, NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 7-10 WEEKS for it. THIS IS BULLSHIT!!! What kind of business are they running??!! How the fuck is that customer service?! All they know how to do is piss off their customers, I've never been so FUCKING angry at a business. Yes, I'm cussing up a storm, because I'm FUCKING ANGRY. This is a national chain, you would think they have their shit together and know how to run a business. NOPE. OH and when you call the Naperville store. The lines ring & ring, no-one answers. We purchased a sectional couch, the delivery was 2 hrs later than the projected window, the couch was missing legs and the legs that were included were installed incorrectly. We've since tried calling the store SEVERAL times with no answer, customer service is unable to help and we've made 2 separate trips into the store to try and get some help. I purchased 2 kids bedroom furniture sets. It took 3 months to get part of the order. 3 months later the rest arrived....broken and missing pieces. The 800 number always says they will call us back and they don't. Now I'm scheduled for replacements that won't arrive until a year after purchase. If it isn't discontinued first. No returns/refunds. I'm paying for furniture that is broken and unusable. I was given an option to pick an alternative, which would probably also take the same amount of time. Update about 36 days later: After getting a nice response from the owner asking for us to provide more information that would be sent to their enhancement team we are still without nothing done as of today 2/15/20. This all began October 31, 2019! The enhancement team did respond wanting a picture of the serial number/model number of the power recliner which we did. As was repeated several times "as a courtesy" they would replace the bad cushion but we had to pay labor charges again. After waiting now a couple weeks we did get another email saying they would call last week with a solution. This did not happen. We emailed again giving a correct number to be reached at, and no response so far. Now it is February 24th and still no resolution to this issue, even after more phone calls and Emails. read more

Frank Alonso took my call at the Naperville store, checked their inventory and said they had a chair in stock. I asked for Frank when I arrived, he was very helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure and no up sell. Frank showed me the chair and the color was actually better in person than online. We reviewed the pieces I wanted and the prices shown online were matched ! I've had an ongoing issue since October that is still not resolved. Our couch is falling apart and we were told that with our warranty, we would be covered. The warranty company said that it was Ashley's issue, not theirs. So we went back to Ashley, they said that there was nothing to do and to stop trying (can't believe they said that). We then got an escalation so that they would at least replace the covers for our couch since that would be the best way to fix it. Since then, only 1 of the 5 pieces has been delivered. This was supposed to be done in November, then December, and now the Ashley employees are MIA. For the amount of money between the bedroom sets, family room, kitchen and etc, that we spent, you'd think that there would be some sort of help. The next step is to contact the BBB, who will take care of this. I've never seen such a lack of communication from a store to their corporate and warranty departments. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Stay away from this store. Store manager Wally is pathetic. Went into the Naperville store the weekend before Halloween. Selected living room furniture and bedroom furniture. Was told there was a long wait of about 6 to 8 weeks. We were OK with that. Finally, 10 weeks later, get a text setting up delivery. At one day before delivery, get a voicemail saying that the delivery has been canceled and I need to call back and reschedule for 12 to 14 weeks later. However, when trying to call. Never get an answer. Doesn't matter which prompt you select, you'll never get anyone to answer at the store. So a week later, I finally have to drive an hour to go into the store in person to get answers. Manager Wally says, oh they're short staffed, they don't have receptionist on certain days, blah blah blah. I don't care. You're running a business. Get your store staffed correctly. While I'm there, phones don't ring once. I'm thinking that they don't work at all. He gets living room furniture delivery set up for one week later, tells me to select a new bedroom set, because the one we had ordered is still 3 to 4 months out with no guarantee. Fine. Do so at a store that's closer to us, and when I text Wally the pictures on the cell number on his business card, it goes to a sales manager at the Bolingbrook store. Wally can't even get his business card correct. That store calls me back almost immediately, handles it very professionally and efficiently, says they'll get a hold of Wally at the Naperville store to inform him of our choices. No surprise, a week later and still haven't heard back from Wally. I tried emailing, no response. So here we sit today on Saturday the 23rd, expecting the living room furniture to be delivered, yet have received no text setting up delivery. Guess what, pretty sure the furniture isn't going to come and I'm going to have to make another one hour drive into the Naperville store. Should've gone to Bob's. read more

Yesterday I bought a table and eight chairs. It was a display item that is high quality, at a great price. Paid overall about $800. I was however ASTOUNDED that noone would help me load the table and chairs into my minivan! I ended up having to carry the table with the sales consultant. I ended up making my purchase online, but I originally did some browsing at the Naperville store. I had my eye on the Ardenboro sofa, a pretty gray sofa with nailhead details. The lady who helped me was very nice, but not at all helpful. My hesitation for spending so much money on a new sofa had to do with our dog, who had attacked some of our other furniture, so I wanted a sofa with cushions that could not be removed. However, I was in love with the Ardenboro - and it's removable cushions. Since, in typical furniture salesperson style, the lady had followed me around and checked in on me repeatedly, I figured I would ask - was she familiar with any techniques to keep cushions in place? She looked at me as if she had never heard such a question. So I started to throw out suggestions: tape? velcro? staples? sewing? "Ohhh noooo," she replied. "That will damage the furniture!" My eyes rolled, hard. I could tell she wasn't going to offer any suggestions. Instead, she led me around the store, telling me "you want a sofa with cushions that don't move." So, rather than sell me a sofa that I really, really wanted...she tried to sell me many other sofas that resembled man cave leather sofas, and not the traditional, pretty Ardenboro. I get it, she tried. But she was wasting my time at that point. I said, "I'm not going to buy a sofa that I don't even like." I usually steer clear of salespeople and want them to stay away from me until I'm ready to be helped (why waste their time?), but for once I thought someone could help me, and instead she tried to sell me crap I didn't want. Ashley Furniture, overall, is a place I would shop again. Months after that experience, I bought the Ardenboro loveseat online. I am very happy with the piece of furniture. I secured the cushions in place with velcro and industrial-strength magnets (I unzipped each cushion and stuck a magnet inside the cushion and on the base of the sofa). As of writing this, our dog has not realized that the cushions move. The quality of the furniture is great. The fabric feels heavy and durable, and the cushions are quite heavy and don't slide around. Ashley Furniture = great quality, decent prices when you want "adult" furniture, just steer clear of the salespeople here unless you're ready to make a purchase. read more

I ordered a master bedroom set. They have now been to my house three times to deliver it and every time, the chest of drawers is cracked or has a gouge in it. I continue to stay at home from work during their four hour windows and they cannot deliver me a defect free piece of furniture. I can't cancel my order as I already took delivery of the matching bed, two night stands and woman's dresser. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! And DEFINITELY DO NOT PURCHASE THIER BULL S#%& WARRANTY!!! WARRANTING GARBAGE THAT THEY WILL NOT HONOR, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! BUY SOMETHING FROM IKEA, BOBS FURNITURE, hell EVEN GRAIGS LIST UNTIL YOU CAN SWING QUALITY FURNITURE. THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HASSEL. We purchased a couch last June exactly one year ago last weekend. We were sold the warranty by a lying through his teeth sales rep. We take very good care of our furniture. Pair of chairs 23 years old in near perfect condition. Our 365 day old sectional however... It's literally falling apart. You sink in to the visions, the arms are sloping in and out, the fabric is pilling, truly everything static clings to it, all of the cushions are lumpy and show indents when sat on or pressure is applied. Exactly one year old and looks easily 7- 10 years old with a rough life. Was told it "would fully be replaced or comparable value no matter what. Even with burns holes/bodily fluids stains ect". Granted obviously not in this case. It's been well cared for. Yet is falling apart. I called to address the issues. Was given a cell phone number to text photos to with name address and issues. Yes; you read that correct text photos with information to a 608 cell phone number. Days go by no response. Call a week later to follow up, low and behold supposedly my message was never received. Convenient? Ok I'm reasonable there was a glitch. So I schedule a technician appointment. They have you waiting all day on a week day between 9-1. 12:50pm after taking the day off and wasting the entire morning and into the afternoon I get a call the tech had an emergency won't make it, must reschedule. Irritating but whatever things happen. Again I'm frustrated but reasonable. They rescheduled first available a Sunday, again between 9-1. Tech shows up an hour early with no advance warning . My husband was leaving for a class. Comes in barely looks at it, doesn't sit on it look at frame nothing spent a whole 5 min from entry to exit. Tells us there are issues with this couch the support is lacking and he's requesting a replacement. He runs out the door. 4 days later I call to follow up bc I've heard nothing from Ashley. Come to find out I guess he entered our paper work as "normal wear" and "satisfactory". Satisfactory!?!? To who!?!? This couch is uncomfortable and poorly constructed with cheap materials. I don't know about you but I don't typically shell out almost 3 grand on garbage. Furious! So now I was sold a fabricated version of the warranty, and blatantly lied to. Outraged I demand another appointment. A week later 3rd appointment, the second technician comes out. Was polite took time and informative. Off the record was educated on how Ashley is in the business of making money not giving away couches. Was told I'll probably never get a different couch regardless of how much I push back. But they will send me springed cushions made in America produced in Wisconsin. Unlike my couch I received that was made in China and shipped here. The replacements will be of better quality. We will not sink into the new cushions. We received our new cushion stuffing, exact same garbage that we got in the first place. Now I've lost 2 days of work, had 3 appointments, 2 techs have come out and lied to me straight to my face, that's now three people from Ashely that out and out intentionally mislead and blatantly lied to us. This couch isn't worth $400 let alone the 2500+ warranty we've paid. ABSOLUTELY FOR NO REASON PURCHASE THIER HORRIBLE PRODUCTS. IKEA is better quality and at least the price suits their items. Matter of fact I had a couch from ikea in college... I had 3.5 years then sold it Craig's list for $150.00, in better condition than the junk I purchased from Ashely. Ashely furniture is produces and sells low grade china made furniture for 5x it's value. Scams you into buying into their false warranty. In my opinion not just bad business, it's stealing. Not to mention the people employed by them are dishonest. I don't think in the 6 people I've interacted with not one of them was a person of integrity. Wouldn't recommend the brand, location, or furniture to my worst enemy!!! read more

They have much more variety to choose from, they have stuff in all price ranges, Their delivery guys used 3 times were very professional as well.
