I can't write enough about this place Joe was knowledgable and worked with us to get a price we were good with and speedy delivery even took our other mattress to the lower level for us We gave them so extra money to do that for us read more

Don't buy pillows from the wrong person here. The salesperson I got wasn't interested in helping. Although they don't specialize in pillows, he didn't explain anything about the ones they did have. When I saw some foam pillows that looked nice and seemed soft, he said they were the ones he used. However, they didn't prove right for me at all, and they were unreturnable. Another salesman sold me a mattress which turned out to be just right. He took the time to explain a lot and be helpful. But I still need to find the right pillow. My post name says Taos, but I leave in Wheaton. read more

Returned a mattress that was over 4 years old with prior approval thru their portal. Cory was my sales person and was the best of the best. I know mattress places sometimes get a bad rap, but not here. I think with his help, our new mattress is a winner. I highly recommend this location and Cory. read more

This is the second time I have bought a mattress from the Wheaton Danada Square location . If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. Cory is extremely knowledgeable and listens to what you are looking for.He is a wealth of information to help you make the right purchase. Prices are extremely competitive and they have a very professional delivery team. read more

I was a first time mattress buyer and I am SO glad I came to this mattress firm location! Right when I walked in the door Corey made me feel welcomed and helped me find exactly what I was looking for . He was patient with me as he suggested different mattresses to try out and the check out process was seamless and easy . I opted to pick up my mattress from the warehouse and the process was breezy ! I recommend this place for anyone looking for a new mattress and ask to work with Corey as he is amazing !! read more

Hands down, we will only purchase mattresses from here going forward! From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made the right choice selecting this store. I've driven past this location a thousand times, but this time I was in the market for a mattress and hopefully a quick purchase. Corey, the owner, was very professional, helpful, personable and offered a simple overview of the differences in mattresses. No gimmicks, no pushy sales, just an honest business exchange looking to satisfy a customer's needs (you won't find that in a furniture store). Highly recommend this location! read more

Corey is wonderful just like I read in previous reviews. Extremely helpful. Beautiful personality, very professional and knowledgeable. He relaxed my husband which is rare when we are purchasing something for him. if you want a good shopping experience you should start here at this Mattress Firm. I will return because I need one more mattress. read more

Each other review is right on par, Cory at this location is exceptional. I purchased my current mattress with him a few years ago and recently moved out of state and was in need of a mattress for our spare bedroom. Cory remembered my husband and I and was able to get us set up with the perfect mattress over the phone and delivered to our new apartment across the country within days. I will never purchase a mattress from anyone else! He is reliable and understanding beyond belief. If you are shopping for a mattress, I recommend this location and asking for him as he will make sure you leave happy. read more

Cory needs a raise! Service with a smile the entire time. Was planning on just looking for a mattress when we walked in and ended up buying one not 15 minutes after meeting Cory! Great humor, great attitude, and even better customer service. I felt like we had an awesome deal for an even better mattress, and the beauty of it all was we could pick it up when we were ready, and it conveniently fits folded up in a box small enough to go inside a sports car. Thanks Cory! read more

We had a great experience picking out my daughter's first "big girl bed." There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything fancier than we said we wanted. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and my husband was able to drive back that afternoon to bring it home. Couldn't have been easier. read more

I wanted to commend Dennis for his excellent service. He was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, considerate and he followed up with my needs. I had a wonderful experience as a customer here thanks to Dennis! read more

Cory was more interested in finding something that met our needs rather than just trying to sell us an expensive mattress. Outstanding! We were able to get our mattress delivered the next day. The delivery truck arrived at the beginning or our 2 hour delivery window. The delivery guys were clean and polite. We will be back to this store when we need to replace the mattress in our other bedroom. read more

We moved and left our bed behind because our old apartment had bugs. Thanks, landlady. So here we are in a new, strange place and in need of a bed on zero notice. So let's go cruising! We drive around hoping and praying to find an American Mattress (for comfort and a good night's sleep) but come up empty. Then we come upon Back To Bed in the Danada Square shopping complex. It was pleasant enough. The salesguy, a self-professed ex-military cop clown actor improv comic goth catholic sold us on a typical "to make your decision easier I'll knock 10% off the price" which was fine as we needed something and we needed it now. After tax and all it was just shy of $600 for a pretty good bed, metal frame included. All in all, check 'em out if you can't find anything else. Their prices aren't the best around but they're still reasonable. read more

I am in my 40's and I've bought a few mattresses over the years. I have bought most of them from "mattress stores." The experience has normally been similar to buying a car. ie Haggle, talk to a manager, haggle some more, finalize the deal without really knowing if I got a good deal. Well, the internet has made it a lot easier to do research. However, I almost feel like my research was wasted because I was treated so well. Cory at the Wheaton store was incredible. When I told him this bed was for a guest bedroom, he steered me away from the premium sets and hooked me up with a solid bed at a very fair price. I do know this because of my research. I did not have to go back and forth haggling and I am extremely satisfied with the bed and buying experience. I will be back when my king needs replacement in a couple years. read more

Corey was a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with how fast it was delivered and am even more happier with my purchase.

Mattress Firm in Wheaton has been very disappointing. I needed a mattress for my son who is leaving for college this Friday. We came in on July 21st to pick out a mattress and a bed frame. We had a very nice man assist us in the process. He said that the mattress would be in July 30th and the frame would be in Aug 20th. He assured us that it would not be a problem and told us we can pick them both up at the same time. I was worried about the frame cutting to close to when we were leaving and he assured us that it would not be a problem. I paid for both in full. I called today just to make sure to make sure everything was on track and the guy (same guy as sold as the mattress) said that he wasn't sure the frame was going to be in and that he would make some calls and call me back in a couple of hours. I called him back close to three hours later and he said that the frame would be in but I could no longer get the mattress. What?!!!! I paid in full for the mattress that I wanted. He said he was getting in a couple more mattresses tomorrow and we could choose one of those. No thanks. I requested my money back and purchased a mattress from American Mattress without any games. We tried to be organized and yet we still had to run around at the end. read more

I am beyond grateful for the expertise and professionalism at this store. After several months sleeping and waking up in pain, I decided it was time for a quality mattress. I had NO idea the selection would be overwhelming, but Mattress Firm does ensure their employees know their product. My first visit I spoke extensively with Cory. I learned the difference between the brands, the products (foam, spring, hybrid), and the firmness. He asked me as many questions as I asked him to ensure i understood the difference. It was overwhelming, so I had to sleep on it. A couple days later I went back in and had the pleasure of working with Joe. He was equally knowledgeable and helped me close the deal. The delivery was on time and seamless. Such a great overall experience and upon extensive research, I got also got a great deal. read more

Thank you Cory for putting up with us today. Can't wait to get my new mattress. So far it was a great experience.

In the market for a new mattress but actually told my husband as we ventured in - we are not buying one tonight. Let's take our time." Cory was a game changer. Wish we had more salesmen like him in the world who truly take pride in genuinely caring for their customers and meeting their needs vs making a quick fast sale. He was exceedingly helpful - to the point of honestly steering us away from a highly priced (but very popular Mattress) saying "I really don't think that is what you are looking for." He was so patient and helpful and went the extra mile. The delivery guys were great also and with Mattress Firm's 100 night guarantee - you cannot go wrong. Will definitely return for our future mattress needs. read more

I can echo the other reviews. We had a big project that Cory helped us solve with just the right products for us. Very helpful with good suggestions and we took full advantage of the Labor Day Weekend offers. Can't wait to try out the new beds. They felt great in the store. read more

Just had bedding delivered today. Am very pleased with the store and delivery service. Professional and courteous.

After receiving a bed that was horrible and needed to be replaced after two years, and much hassle since the company I bought it from was bought out from mattress firm, the company gave us a prorated credit. We stopped in to the Wheaton location today to buy a new bed, and Corey was amazing! He was helpful in a not so salesman kind of way and genuinely kind and funny. He pointed us towards a new bed from a great name and I will definitely recommend him and mattress firm!! Thanks Corey!! read more

Cory did it again! He is the Rock Star of mattresses! I was dreading the thought of going to buy a mattress. With all the options out there I figured it would be right up there with buying a car. Not with Cory. He directed me to three mattresses, and one of them was just right! Then I got approved for 6500 bucks 0 percent for two years. So of course I am thinking, hmmm, maybe I should get all the bells and whistles. He wouldn't let me if I tried! He said I would be completely happy with what I bought and I didn't need all those features. Not that some people don't, but I honestly simply need a bed to sleep in! No reading or watching tv in and I can certainly make my way out of a bed all on my own. I highly recommend this store. Honest ad great service. It was actually fun. I have already sent two people to buy a bed from him. Thanks again Cory! read more

Can't say enough good things about Robert Corrado, Store Manager from Back to Beds in Danada Square West, Wheaton. We purchased a mattress from Robert about two years ago. The mattress developed a sag in the middle, we reviewed the warranty and realized that the mattress was still covered under warranty. Robert is a true professional and very likable person, he patiently explained the warranty process and help us throughout the whole experience. He even called us after the delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend shopping and Back to Beds. Robert Corrado truly knows how to take great care of the customer. Thanks for the great service. read more

Just bought two mattresses from Mike who is also the store manager. He was great to work with and gave us a very fair price. Their advertisements that they match any advertised price are true! Mike made it fun for our kids to hang out while my husband and I tried out the beds. He even gave them the remotes to the adjustable and vibrating beds! Very pleasant experience. Would definitely buy from them again. Can't wait for that next-day delivery. read more

Mike, the store manager was knowledgable and professional. He did not pressure me at all, and I believe I bought a great mattress at a great price. read more

Cory Rizza made my entire experience at Mattress Firm. I was a first time customer and had no idea what I was doing (and it was obvious) and he did not try to sell me something I did not need. He was knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation, and helped me purchase the perfect mattress. Thank you so much Cory and I promise I will always come back to you if I need a new mattress! read more

Corey is the BEST. We came into his store two months ago casually shopping for a bed. We were in the process of moving during that time and needed a new bed before we moved in. We (rather my wife) selected a firm spring bed. My wife loves to bargain and Corey was able to accommodate all our request. He even threw in a couple of awesome pillows. Fast forward one month. I've had two shoulder surgeries on my right should in the past and its never been the same. The bed my wife selected was too firm and it placed too much pressure on my shoulder causing pain and discomfort when I slept on the bed. So, we went back and told Corey about it and we were able to replace the bed with a completely different bed. This time we selected a firm foam bed, which was not available when we first purchase the spring bed. We've had the new king size foam bead and its amazing. No more pain. And Corey helped make the switch easy. read more

I purchased a MiForma bed with frame, mattress cover and pillows and spent close to $2000. When I bought the mattress protector Mike told me it would not leak and would be guaranteed come to find out after my daughter had an accident, the protector leaked and when I called Mike I was sent to "customer service" I explained my issue and I told them I also was moving in a few weeks due to my husband being in the Army, they told me they would replace the mattress cover right away. Well that was a month ago. I have moved and now can not get any help. Very disappointed. EvaLena Starke read more

I went into the store last week and dealt with Corey, what a great guy. We needed two queen beds and he steered us away from the high priced brands, gave us a great deal on both and they were delivered two days later by a very efficient delivery team. No haggling, Corey threw in a few extras and it was the first time that I walked out of a mattress store without feeling being taken advantage of... I plan to return there when my other bedding needs replacement. read more

This was one of the best bed buying experiences we have ever had. Cory Rizza was awesome!! Highly recommend buying a bed from this store!!

Corey was great. he help us find a bed that was in our budget. he was also great with our 2 year old daughter that came with us while we were shopping. not pushy at all. we had actually come from a different store that we were looking for a couch and a mattress. after over 3 hours with them we said screw it and walked out. we walked in to mattress firm Cory greeted us found what we were looking for had all the paper work done and set up delivery for the next day and had us out in 45 minutes witch was great. as I'm sure other parents know when you have been shopping all morning with a 2 year old and it passed her nap time things can get a little hairy so it was great that he was fast efficient and very helpful in this whole process. thanks again Cory! read more

We just had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm in the Wheaton Danada location. The store is very clean and orderly in layout. Jason Hayward, our sales associate, was great to deal with. We explained exactly the situation we were in, and he provided us with a variety of options to satisfy our needs. There was no pressure to up-sell, etc. Finishing the deal was easy and quick. Jason did a terrific job, and the store was a pleasure to visit. We will shop there again, when the need arises. read more
