    Bought 2 bed frames and 2 dressers plus the warranty. It seems as if I've bought used/refurbished furniture as it comes damaged and the delivery drivers are careless and hit the walls. I have pictures of all the damages. My local store in Modesto, Ca., Ashley's manager did not return my call as he said he would.

    I ordered a bed for my daughter on the online store , shipping was fast along with a call letting me know time and day of delivery. Only issue was defective rails . The online customer service made me take picture's and send back in email , which I did , however they never got back to me in 24 hours like they said they would . So i called the Modesto store and talked to Geri . She immediately reached out to customer service for me and did exactly what she said she would do to help me in a prompt timely manner. My bed was literally fixed two days after I called her . Thats what I call excellent service by a manager ! Very impressed. Honestly I was about to return the bed and not ever do business again , because of Geri , Im going to purchase the rest of the bedroom set .

    Recliner we bought from Ashley home store that was " Supposedly " leather. Leather does not chip and peel.

    Very sad! Ashley sent a technician to our home, He said they won't do anything because year warranty is up, but I called b4 year warranty was up about the one recliner board breaking and they did nothing! Look at how my so called leather chair peeled. I paid more money for the so called best recliner in the store. They last one year if that. Very terrible company. Buy Lazy boy!

    Damage to front door because movers wouldn't even consider removing the door for a larger order.

    I'd give a -10 stars if I could. Sorry if this rambles but too much has happened over the past few months to say it in a perfect little passage. I ordered furniture for an entire house back at the beginning of May. I still don't have all of my furniture. I have had more delivery dates with failed deliveries than items that have landed in my home. When I call to complain to find out how they would like to remedy the issues, they are snippy and expect me to smile through it while they continue to provide incompetent services. I received a couch with power reclining seats with no power cords. I'm still arguing with them to fix the issue. I ordered bed sets for my children; where are the dressers? Oh I was given a delivery date when the furniture will not land in the warehouse until a week after? Total incompetence. I have been repeatedly told that they will call with updates. They don't call. You have to drive to the store to get a response. I live 45 minutes away. I have made about 4-5 trips to the store because they cannot provide answers over the phone. The delivery workers will destroy your walls when they deliver furniture and the store will not compensate you or give you a discount to make up for the damage. Don't order from Ashley. It's not worth it.

    So here we go again. Wife wanted this certain bed set. Ashley was the only one that had it. We met John the salesman. Nice man. Down to earth. We ended up buying the entire set. Here is where it went downhill fast. The bed set was delivered to find out the headboard was damaged in numerous places. The bed did not come with proper bolts so they couldn't put it together. The nightstands are cheaply made. The dresser was damaged and repaired with a stupid staple. Are you kidding Ashley's? Another area was taped to hid the blemish and painted over. I rejected the whole order. The delivery guys were nice and cool about rejecting the whole order. Matter of fact when the delivery guy called the Ashley call center, the call center told the delivery guy he noted the rejection and hung up on the delivery guy. This was Ashley's premium bedroom set. Nothing premium about it. Maybe premium junk.

There is NO communication and Ray is the absolute worst at everything except for taking my credit card information. Once that was done, he didn't give a crap about the order. Recently moved to Santa Cruz and both an estate on 9.5 acres. It needs tons of outdoor furniture/pool deck lounges/outdoor entertainment accessories. We will never buy anything from this place again. We unfortunately gave them about 12.5K in business just buying a sectional and cover for one of our decks. We're planning on getting about 60k more in furniture. Too bad Ray lost our business for them. In addition, we have already started letting all of our friends/neighbors (all pretty affluent) on our hill to shop somewhere else- ANYWHERE else for their high end outdoor needs. And what can improve? EVERYTHING from customer service, to communication skills, to timely return of calls/emails, to attitude...everything.
