Ashley Store - This shows the pillows I wanted to return in less than 24 hours. Totally ridiculous not to allow return with tags still on!! - Furniture Stores Near Me - Houston, Texas

I purchased furniture from this store last week and it will be delivered tomorrow. Judging from the comments, I'm scared to death! I'm already upset with the numerous calls, texts, and emails EVERY SINGLE DAY asking me to confirm my delivery date/time! Holy cow! How many times must I confirm? I'm really going to be upset if they are not here on time tomorrow! I get 50 requests for confirmation but I may have only responded to 49, so it will be my fault? Update: My delivery arrived earlier than scheduled. The two workers quickly assembled my couch and hit on their way. I had no issues with the purchase or delivery process. I would have given 5 stars, but the annoying texts, emails, and phone calls (numerous times a day, every day) asking me to confirm my delivery date/time, cost a star. Other than that, I d it sent experience the issues many others have. Also: Ashley Furniture, lose the copy and paste responses to people's reviews. Every response is the same and it shows lack of empathy. read more

I have to wait supposedly until sept 20th for the delivery to happen and come in this store is the worse place to come they have good customer service but bad delivery. read more

It is 05/16/2022. We, as a new home owners went to Ashley Furniture on 249, in Texas, right on the Tomball parkway, close to spring. I have to say this is the worst service you could ever receive. I have yet to speak with anyone that is capable of taking responsibility for the extremely poor customer and product service. NO attention to the real issue. My son still does not have his bed rails. We went to this store around 06 or 07/2021 the desire was to furnish our bare brand new built home. We walked around and didn't find much but because the sales person was kind at the time we went with the special of 3month no finance charge, and allowed synchrony to run my husband credit. They approved for over 8,000 but we only use like 3-4000. That has now turned into almost 7500.00. We still do have my son bedrails. And they kept bringing the same mirror broken mirror. The desk I have is broken and trash. I have called and spoken to several so called manager, which I am not confident they understand the full meaning of manager. Some busy body named Pierre or false name given had the audacity to tell me I need to listen to him and I wouldn't get any help because of my attitude. I was only upset because I had spoken with 9 PEOPLE, possibly more, and he was not listening and telling me the same trouble I am having. Every person keep giving me the same excuse. " I will contact corporate and get back with you", or "I am sending corporate the information now". This place is HORRIBLE, and not professional. Listen I am only upset because it was suppose to be a , "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE", THEY SAID WE WOULD HAVE. IT WAS THEIR WORD. I have a broken desk, falling apart Master bedroom set that is not a year old, broken drawers on my grand-daughter bedroom set, and last still no bedrails for my son. They have the nerve to tell me to go to the store and order more rails, and sign for financing. I can not speak enough about how disappointed I am that we tied ourselves into a poor service like this. Synchrony is the financing company that they used and they keep saying that we were not charged. Well the hell we were not I'm still looking at bills with all the original stuff on it. You want to know the worse part is we went across the street and furnished the rest of our home. Upstairs & Downstairs with products that were available in store. Furnished more rooms with better quality and if we had to wait it was only until the following Friday. Ashley Furniture, this place is a joke RUN!!!!!!!! and go across the street, guarantee you will be happier. Not to mention the the store is owner operated, and the Main office keep passes it back to the store. How could they let people use their name if they can't represent well. I am not mentioning the name of the location that gave us great customer and product, because they do not deserve to be pulled down by Ashley Furniture awful service. I will uplift them on their site. This last manager I spoke to today said give he until Thursday. Well on Thursday I will have an update about poor customer service business. read more

My mom ordered a mattress and was told it would be delivering the following Tuesday. We checked in the store on the Sunday prior, and they said yes to be delivered on Tuesday . Tuesday came and no mattress and they apparently have the wrong number to confirm the delivery date? Had them repeat the phone number on Tuesday they told me to be delivered Friday. Called Thursday to confirm Friday delivery they told me they didn't hear back and so they couldn't deliver. Again, apparently a wrong number issue. Then I was rudely told it's off the manifest it take a few more days for them to put it back on the manifest and then they will call to schedule again. I decided to call and cancel the order, and then was told we couldn't because it was on the manifest. Tried calling for the delivery (option 1) to cancel the order. They finally have the right phone number because I tried to get a live person and couldn't because they identified my number with a current order that was being processed. They are for the discount. At this point I told them I don't trust you to do anything you're telling me you're doing. The right-hand does not know what the left-hand is doing there is a huge breakdown in communication and consistency. The customers pay the price. Went to Gallery Furniture picked out of bed and got it delivered and set up the exact same day. What a difference! read more

I wish I could give -5 stars. My husband and I ordered a couch, loveseat, recliner, coffee table, and end table. We were told we would have our items delivered in 6 weeks. 6 weeks go by and we haven't heard anything. We give them a call and they give us specific dates for each piece to be delivered. A week later we get the coffee table and end table. 6 more weeks go by and we haven't received the any of our other expected furniture, and no word from Ashley Furniture. We call and find out, the furniture has been discontinued so we won't be getting it. They try and talk us into another set but by this point we can't stand their customer service or lack there of. So we say we don't want any of their furniture, and want a full refund. Now they are trying to make us keep the tables and the warranty we can't use on the discontinued furniture we don't have. Purchased a sofa. Had it delivered a 5 days later when the guys were carrying it up the stairs I noticed a large hole in the dustcover. I told them don't bother finishing taking it upstairs I do not want it with that large hole in the bottom. The driver understood that I did not want that sofa with a large hole in it. So they loaded it back onto the truck and called customer service and talk to "Sandra". And here's where things really started to go downhill. The things that came out of Sandra's mouth I could not believe. The delivery guy had her on speakerphone and she said "did you tell the customer that she can keep that couch and have that part sent to her." The delivery guy got really smart and took her off the speakerphone really quick- I guess because he saw the look on my face. Well then I got to talk to "Sandra" myself on the phone and she had the nerve to ask me the same question --do I want to keep this couch with the hole and have the part ordered and have some dude come to your house and hammer the piece on and I said "are you for real?" "No, I don't want a couch with a hole in it. That's not what I paid for." If I wanted a couch with a large hole in it or something that needed repairs I would've gone to a garage sale or yard sale!!! And save myself hundreds of dollars. DUH! Now I'm back in the delivery waiting game. (When am I getting it scheduled??) (Hole or no hole) (LOL) Think long and hard before shopping here. Shop around. Gallery Furniture has always been fair to us; why did not go there instead. read more

I purchased a sofa and love seat set from the Willowbrook store. The sofa was delivered. The love seat was on back order, according to the salesman, Amir. When I called to check the status of the love seat, I was told it was discontinued. I asked them to refund both the sofa and the love seat, since it was purchased as a set. I was told that someone would contact me to schedule pick up of the sofa in order to process the refund. The love seat was refunded. NO ONE from the store had reached out to schedule the pick up of the sofa for a refund. The manager, Eddie, said someone from the distribution center will call, but refuses to give me a real working number for them. Call center says someone from the store will call. Terrible communication and customer service. You sold me a set knowing part of it was discontinued. Now, you won't do the right thing and issue a refund. read more

My first mistake was not taking the time to read the reviews on this store. I'm sorry to say, most of the reviews are exactly the same experience I had. Overall great products, but a very unprofessional experience, with the exception of their delivery department. I understand that timely re-stocking is impacted by the COVID situation, but that is no excuse for poor and/or rude customer service. When a sales person, or manager, tells you they will definitely call you back by a certain time and date to inform you of the status of your delivery, they should call you back when they tell you they will. I also understand that sometimes the delivery might be longer than originally planned, but it would certainly help keep satisfied customers if when Ashley's employees say they are going to do something, they actually do it. read more

Highly disappointed and irritated with Ashley Furniture! Bought a bookcase at the end of September and was told it wouldnt be delivered for a month. Although that wasnt ideal, I still bought it. Once a month comes around, I have now gotten my delivery delayed 3 times now all due to "manufacturing delays". Each time, I have planned to be there for the delivery only to have it cancelled the day before. I don't understand what "manufacturing delays" means, are they still chopping down the trees to make the bookcase?!?! I made the purchase in September and it is now November and there is still no clear timeframe when my purchase will be delivered (or if its even been manufactured at all). I have previously furnished a whole house with Ashley Furniture but I will never be purchasing from there again! read more

Would give zero stars if it was an option... ordered bedroom furniture on 7/29/20 with an estimated delivery time of 1 month... here we are almost 4 months later and we still don't have the furniture and was just notified a day ago that it is now on back order. Along with that The store off 249 has awful customer service and is interested in just taking your money and then yelling at you to call customer service if you have any issues or questions. Do not recommend! read more

Their sales team is really good and the sales process itself is very smooth. But when it comes to delivery - the nightmare starts. If you need furniture and want to have it at a certain time - do NOT buy here!! I bought a complete bedroom set and was told that this would be delievered in 2 weeks. This delivery date has already been pushed out twice and who knows how many more delays I still have to go through. They do not have any reliable information of what is in stock and what is being manufactured by when. And to make it worse - there is NO urgency on their side. They already have all the money - so any delay no matter how long is not hurting them a tiny bit. I will keep sleeping on my air mattress for now and see if I can find a better furniture store. read more

I bought a Sofa and a Recliner which recliner which operated electronically. The Recliner has not worked properly from the first day I received it. When it reclines there is noise from the mechanism and the foot rest moves back and forth. When you push the button for it to set up, it makes louder noises and the foot rest shakes back-and-forth. I received this chair December 1, 2022. I have called many many times to customer service and was told each time a technician would call me. I have called the store and was told they put in a request for a repairman to come out and that was two weeks ago. It is now December 26, 2022 and the broken chair is still sitting in my living room. I have no faith in the store or the company in general. This is not my first time to purchase from them and I was disappointed in the last so far I bought, I will try again today and call and speak to a manager. Yes, there is one I can speak to. At this point, I want the chair out of my house and my money returned. I will never purchase another thing from Ashley Furniture. I purchased this one from the Tomball store and I must say the sales person was very helpful. However, the company itself is run very poorly. Ann , Spring Texas read more

What can I say? I should have looked at the reviews before buying from this store or any other ones with the same reviews. Felicia was our salesperson, she was very cordial, helpful and prompt. Our first problem was when I was told that the rug we ordered was not coming until mid-May it arrived early April to a vacant house (our new soon to be home). It was returned to the sender - reached out to Sheila who I was told was the manager. Numerous times. She gave me the "oh I will look into this" line, never got a call back from her. She also would leave me on hold for over ten minutes if I called, at other times she wouldn't answer my calls. If she is the top dog at the store, who do you go too when there are problems??? Ashley furniture needs to do some re training if their top person is a total failure. I am working on my refund, but it is taking many phone calls and also a call to my credit card company. My next action is to call corporate sometimes headquarters needs to know what's going on with their brand. read more

SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE I bought my first sectional at this location at the beginning of February 2020 and I was helped by Robbie. This was my first time visiting an Ashley store and he was very welcoming (along with all staff at the store). If I could recommend a raise for anyone it would be Robbie. But that is where the customer service stopped. He sold me my sectional, financed it the way that I wanted it and I bought the protection plan (after making sure that they matched the price of the Ashley website which is almost half the price of the protection plan in store). PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CORPORATELY OWNED LOCATION so I think this is where things make more sense. I scheduled a pickup and showed up with a trailer. The employees at the warehouse DO NOT CARE one bit about you. I was warned by Robbie with a (be patient with them). After waiting an hour I was able to grab my sectional making sure to check for damages on the packaging (nothing found at time of pickup). Once I got it inside the house and removed all the packaging 4 out of the 5 piece sectional was dirty/damaged. I immediately called the store to get a hold of Robbie to figure out what to do... 30+ calls later over the course of 2 days I never got a hold of anyone at the store and no one ever returned my call for the voicemails I left. I eventually got a hold of someone that ordered me parts to fix my sectional to "showroom quality". He mentioned it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive... WTH?!?! He also told me that when it arrives that I will be able to immediately call and someone could come out to fix it in house the very next day. Fast forward to today 3/25/20 (that is right... over a month and a half later) I received the 2nd call from them saying that the technician had a family emergency... Might I add that last week they said the technician needed to reschedule because they were sick... So they have now pushed it again until April before they come out and fix it.... I just want my furniture that I am paying monthly for fixed... Or I want my $2,000+ dollars back... I am here as a last resort since I can't seem to get a hold of anyone that is upper management. I have found the owners name and number for this location and will be reaching out to him if this doesn't get resolved in the next week. I will never again spend money with this business. Pay the little extra cost and find yourself a company who truly doesn't end the sale when you walk out of the retail location. This will be also be going to the BBB (go look at their 1 star reviews there). I have worked sales all of my life and would be ashamed of how this company has a lack of care for their customers if this was my business. read more

*WARNING* Stay away from Ashley Furniture. As soon as they have your money, service is irrelevant! Specifically the store located in Tomball, Texas off highway 249, and store manager Elliott, who is an arrogant jerk who said to me quote, " I have millions of customers I am servicing" when asked about his refusal to contact us. Also the customer I've with Ashley headquarters was horrible to work with, and didn't bother to listen to our concerns until the Better Business bureau forced them to contact us. On 11/2 we purchased bedroom furniture from Ashley HomeStore total purchase $8132 consisting of a King adjustable Tempur-Pedic mattress $3,899.00, as well as base & motor total cost $6,233.00. We had also purchased a queen mattress & 3 frames, king, queen & twin. I also thought it was odd they took down my drivers license when I had paid in full for our items. Upon purchase we were told our Tempur-Pedic would arrive tomorrow. 11/3 (tomorrow) our bed did not arrive. I spoke with customer service, assistant managers, the salesmen we worked with all assured us our bed was coming. Each time I called the Store Manager was not in. Our bed, well what we thought was our bed arrived on Saturday 11/6 only to find they had delivered us a Sealy Posture Pedicure Plus Mattress not the Tempur-Pedic we purchased. The cost of the Sealy Mattress we received $2,179 at Ashley per their website. At this point with all of the promises of when our beds would arrive we were very upset & went into the store to cancel our order and give everything back to them. The assistant manager Nick told my husband he couldn't do anything & we'd have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee. Eventually Nick told him we could get a 90% refund of the king but the Store Manager Elliot would call us in two days at 5p because he was off to confirm this. Surprise, we never received a call. I called the next day and a salesman answered to transfer me to Elliot of which I waited on hold for over an hour & did not get him. After an hour I stayed on the line and drove to the store, I went into the store and tracked down the store manager by asking around, only to find him sitting in a chair talking to another employee. He seemed very annoyed to see me. After explaining my situation Elliot said they could deliver the correct mattress but would not cancel our order or refund us & could also not say when we would get the mattress. I told him this was unacceptable service and against the promises they made, and that they need to make this right as they lied, and made a huge error delivering the wrong product. He was just blaming the delivery guys, and said it wasn't his fault, and had no answer to the initial delay when and the lies his salesman made. I was not ending the conversation until he made things right and treated me like a customer he wronged. He ultimately kicked me out of the store and said he could refuse service to me since it was private property and threatened to call the cops, and if we had more questions we'd have to contact customer service. We received all of the same noise from customer service. They were just stating policies as to why they couldn't help us, even though those policies had nothing to do with us receiving the wrong product, and the customer service manager hung up on my wife. Customer service is not willing to do anything for us, but offered to get us the correct mattress, but again had no idea when it would be in stock. They even went as far to say they never give refunds. So once they have your money, service becomes irrelevant. They were more worried about selling more mattresses to more victims during the holidays than fixing the errors they made with customers who have already paid. We have contacted both the Texas attorney general, and Better Business bureau, and are working with them on the formal complaints. In the mean time, I'm trying to save as many people as I can from going through the nightmare we have dealing with this scamming company. Trust me, stay away!!! read more

Furniture is not bad; sometimes you just want to look. When I tell the salesperson after he asks me if I need any help and I reply with "No thank you, we are just looking and killin' time today"; DON'T FREAKIN FOLLOW ME AROUND THE STORE LIKE A DAMN STALKER!! Seriously, the guy literally walked about 10 steps behind us around the store. We ended up leaving without after about 20 minutes. If I say "yes, we are looking for 'x' piece of furniture, can you show me where it is"; then ok cool, by all means follow us or lead us to what we are looking for. I can't even give them a star. But in order to post it's making me give them one. The worse experience I have ever had with buying furniture. Please don't buy from them. It will only bring you heart ache. We were lied to from the beginning. Mistreated by everyone we asked help in getting our furniture which we were told was in stock in September and now told we won't be getting all the pieces till sometime next year. Damaged furniture was delivered told to us they would replace then told they would send someone out to evaluate and then told we needed to send Pictures to see if they felt it was repairable or not... mind you I bought brand new not damaged goods. They will not give us our money back but only on the things we haven't received not on the stuff that was delivered. So we would be stuck with a partial set. We were told twice by different sales managers we will email corporate and get you help within 48 hours...NO one ever got back to us...stall tactics. Don't be fooled shopping here!! I could go on and on about the lies and betrayal this store has given us. My only regret was I didn't read the reviews before I bought here. We are very heartbroken over this experience. read more

We were looking for a sectional for our living room in the color blue. The salesman took us around the showroom and showed us the one remotely blue piece they had in the showroom. Ordered furniture from Ashley, they said it would be here April 1st ! They know I'm going in the hospital and will be home bound for 6 weeks! The sales rep said no problem , we will have it before you go in for surgery. Today they said it won't get here till April 23d. So, I won't be able to pick it up till late May, and will have to somehow get someone to get it home as I won't be able to lift anything. We cancelled our order. Promises made, but not kept! Less than a month ago I purchased a Beautyrest mattress for $2000. The delivered product was rock hard (extra firm) which I did not order. I woke in pain and agony after one night on this mattress! Went to the store to ask for a change. I was denied. I was told "according to their agreement, I must sleep on this brick for 30 days and then return." So, after 29 days I went back to the store (yesterday) and guess what, Ashley no longer carries Simmons Beautyrest! But wait! There's more! They will NOT honor the change out, telling me I had to call the Simmons claims department. I did. Claims department told me if the mattress is not defective (it's not, it's just a brick of cement!) they will not honor the change. So, I am out $2000 and cannot sleep on this mattress, which I must now find a way to be rid of it and purchase another mattress! Suggestion: DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEYS!!!!!! RIP-OFF!!!!!!! Ashley's deserve ZERO STARS ! DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM! I ordered a sofa set April 3rd and I've been lied to basically every week since then. It's been problem after problem. First off I asked the salesman when my order would be delivered and he gave a very inaccurate date. I then said I was going to need a refund and he talked me out of it saying he'll get the order fast tracked and delivered for April 14th. When it did come in he had ordered the wrong piece! So I had to send it back and ended up texting the sales associate who helped me and he told me when he get to work he'd fix the ticket. He texted the next day letting me know everything was fixed and to give it 4 to 6 weeks for my sofa to be delivered. Well I let 6 1/2 weeks go by and never got a confirmation text for the order being delivered or anything. No email no nothing. I call and the customer service rep tells me it's on back order until September, mind you I ordered this in April and we were in June when the lady told me that. I go in the store and speak with a manager who got it rushed. So it finally comes in July 27th and everything about this put together was RUSHED . the delivery guys unwrapped it and it had a whole backend pillow missing. Like how do you plastic wrap a whole sofa and not realize a big detail like that? How was I suppose to sit on my couch with nothing supporting my back? The delivery guys called customer service and she acted like she fixed it to where they'd send to pillowcase and everything I needed to put it together. That order was never created( not even surprising at this point). Here we are second week of August and I'm still being given the runaround as to when someone is going to come out and fix this. If I spent over $2200 for something like this you'd think everything would come in in tip top shape. NOPE!!! This has been hell dealing with these people. First time shopping here and my last! This store is VERY DECEITFUL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! Price Match Guarantee is complete FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and Management is UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband and I purchased a dining room set from this store Friday 03/26/21, we had it set to be delivered Wednesday 03/31/21. On Tuesday night 03/30/21, my husband checked the Ashley's Furniture website and notice that our Dining Set price had dropped. The next day, our dining set was delivered and as soon as the delivery men left I called Ashley's Furniture store near Willowbrook and spoke to someone name Shirley regarding price matching the current store price for the dining set we had recently bought and she immediately told me that once the item had been delivered they cannot Price Match and I would need to contact Corporate for a price adjustment and provided me the number. I contacted the Corporate number she provided and spoke with Joseph and he stated that I needed to contact the store where I purchased my dining set and the store could adjust my price. At this point I realized I was being given the run around by Shirley. I contacted the store once again, got ahold of Shirley and this time around she sounded annoyed with me for calling back. I asked what was her Job title and she said "Assistant Manager" at this point, I took offense not only because of her voice demeanor but because I was speaking to actual management who lacked PROFESSIONALISM. While I was speaking to her I could hear that she was talking away from the phone with a co-worker about me and I tried getting her attention by say " Ma'am I can hear you talking about me" at first she did not hear me and once she came back on the phone. I told her "You do know I can hear you talking to your co-worker" and she cut me off and raised her voice at me and said " I HAVE MY EAR TO THE PHONE, I ALSO HAVE TO GREET WALK-IN CUSTOMERS and speak to the FEDEX GUY BECAUSE THEY WORK AT A TIMELY MANNER" and this point I was irate! As if I was not a customer myself? While I was trying to speak to her, Shirley kept rudely talking over me. She finally got fed up and told me that I could speak to another manager and advised he would be telling me the same thing. A guy named Michael came on the phone, he was already on defense mode with me and without allowing me to explain what the issue was. He began talking talking over me and kept cutting me off to the point where I question his management etiquette with their customers. I was in complete shock the way I was treated over a PRICE MATCH adjustment. It gets worse. When Michael finally allowed me to explain the issue, he began to be inconsistent with the reasoning behind as to why they couldn't price match. First, he claimed because the delivery was in a "manifest period" they could not price match. I didn't believe that. Then, he blamed it on the financing option I chose when I applied for their credit card and said if I would've chose a different financing term THEN they would've gladly price match my dining set. I didn't believe that either. Lastly, he said that it was our fault for not checking the price online before purchasing the dining set at the store and having it price match right there and then, maybe we wouldn't have settled for the price our sales man gave us. That was the last straw for me, I cannot believe I did business with this store, they caused me all this stress and headache over price matching which is advertised ON THEIR WEBSITE! read more

Buckle up, this is going to be a long one. If you don't want to read the whole thing, the short story is, I advise you never to buy from Ashley and I plan to never set foot into their store again. I read the other reviews about delivery issues with Ashley and was very wary, but we just couldn't find the furniture we wanted at any other store, so we bit the bullet and bought here anyway. We bought a king bedroom set, small dining table set, and a set of coffee tables, and, ultimately, we have furniture we really like and appears to be good quality. That said, I cannot recommend Ashley and will avoid going to the store again. Unlike a lot of other reviewers, our problems actually started with the in-store salesman. After many trips to this store and others, my husband and I had settled on the furniture from Ashley. They were having a good sale one weekend, so we headed down early to purchase. The salesman was not pushy and seemed like an okay guy-we told him everything we wanted to get and he explained the return policy and what we thought was the regular warranty information. He also let us know the dining table we wanted was not available until 3 weeks after the rest of our purchase. Fine, we scheduled and paid for two delivery dates and went forward. We were buying everything outright, and when he brought me the receipt to sign it was not itemized. It seemed more than I thought it would be, but I thought the quick math in my head was just off and signed it anyway (my mistake there). He then brought us all our paperwork-stapled closed. I thought that was odd and began to get suspicious, but we had to be somewhere, so I figured I would look at it in the car. When I did, I saw a $349 charge for a 'protection plan'....apparently, the 'warranty' he had talked to us about cost $$, but he didn't make us aware of that.....To say I was upset would be an understatement! I called immediately, but didn't get anyone at the store-just someone from customer service in another town. She was able to get me our salesman on the phone and I laid into him. He said the money would be refunded immediately. Ha! Actually, they have to process it like a refund and it took 3 more phone calls from me to make sure it was processed within 48 hours and refunded. So...we started out bad even before our delivery problems started. Now for delivery..... The first problem started a couple days before our scheduled first delivery when I received a call that our headboard would not be available for another 5 weeks. How they have everything else (footboard, rails, etc.) but no headboard is beyond me. I was not happy, but they promised to bring a bed frame so we did not have sleep on the floor. The day of delivery, they brought the wrong size frame and the glass top to our coffee table was damaged. The delivery guys promised to call the warehouse and bring the correct things later that day....HA...like that happened. I had to call the next day to get the correct frame and new glass top. They had to mail us the table top (this eventually worked out fine) and did deliver the bed frame that day, but would not take the other frame because it was not on their work order-to this day they have not picked it up. Second delivery day went okay except for a snafu with the table legs that was fixed pretty quick. Third delivery-we get a call a couple days before that the headboard is delayed another week....by now it is 5 weeks past the original delivery date and I am not holding my breath anyway. Fourth delivery-finally, we have a headboard. I can now be done with Ashley Furniture for good. Don't shop here...just don't. read more

I ordered a sectional in April to be delivered in June. The day before delivery I got a call that it was delayed for a few weeks. Okay no big deal, however this happened for 2 months on and off till now. It is now almost August and I still do not have my couch. The manager was rude and incompetent when I went in there to talk to someone. Every time you call the 1800 number you sit and wait for 30 minutes before talking to anyone. DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. Take your business elsewhere. Super unprofessional and no one knows what they were talking about. read more

Wish I could select -5 Stars! Horrible establishment!! This location needs to be shut down!!! Never buying or referring anyone to this place!! Customer service is non professional in store nor phone!!! Employees arguing with one another in front of customers, I was waiting for a camera crew to hop out from somewhere and say it was a joke! Ashley HomeStore should just file for bankruptcy because even the toll-free number is horrible of customer service! I purchased furniture back in November delivery wasn't til December, then end tables wasn't available til January 2021. Wish I would've know before the purchase, could've took my business elsewhere! Not only that... I then have an issue trying to make a payment on my account because someone entered my ssn wrong and I must go through the trouble of correcting it when it wasn't my fault, no one in store could fix it! But it was no trouble of me being approved and mailed a bill! Help me to understand!! I can't wait to pay off my account and be forever done with Ashley!! read more

Do not buy from this store !!! Once they get your money you are on your own . I coughed $5000 and that was not good enough to get scratches free furniture, nor was it good enough to get a good customer service and for them to stand behind the extended warranty I bought there . IE : Montage warranty which is a rip off ( A total scam) . Take your business somewhere else .I ain`t worth the try . read more
