By far the best experience at a furniture store! We stopped in to look at the 4th of July sale! Our sales rep Antonio was amazing, he let us look & decide what was going to work for us & he got us a great deal! We can't wait for our new couch to be delivered & we'll be going back for a mattress soon! read more

And still 2 and a half weeks later and still no furniture. We did get a call saying that 2 of the four chairs were going to be arriving next week, while the last fourth chair won't be coming til November. Why are you selling stuff you don't have in stock. If I knew I wouldn't be getting a full dining room set, I wouldn't have bought it. I guess that's why you don't tell us. Hate devious business practices. And I work in retail. Will Never recommend you guys to even my enemies. read more

Relocating across the US, I needed to purchase $1,000's worth of furniture. I've purchased Ashley Furniture before and was a happy customer. The Mall Ring Circle, Henderson, NV store is a disgrace to the Ashley Name. On my initial visit to the Mall Ring Circle Store, I was ignored by a group of 3 salespersons who all watched me enter the store and who jumped to help the couple entering immediately after me. I had taken a bus and walked to the Ashley store and was wearing jeans and sneakers, but dressed nicely. I found I needed help and asked for help at the Customer Service Area. The first assigned salesperson was condescending, not interested in helping me and disappeared right away. I returned to Customer Service to ask for help and was again assigned a salesperson. He was OK. I received my furniture today. The Mall Ring Circle, Henderson, NV delivered 4 damaged pieces of furniture. The wooden kitchen table is scratched. A glob of glue is bubbled and dripped on the outside of one of the wooden dressers - a repair had been poorly done prior to my receipt of the dresser. The wooden headboard is cracked and peeling. The livingroom cocktail "lift" table has a cracked shelf. I sent the headboard and the cocktail lift table back.. I was told a tech will come to fix the scratched kitchen table. I didn't see the glue mess until cleaning the dresser after the men left, or that dresser would have been returned. The men had set the "glue" side against a wall. I'll be calling the store tomorrow. The delivery was disappointing but to make matters worse, when I told the delivery men that the damaged furniture was unacceptable and I needed to call the store, one of the delivery men repeatedly complained that he had "children to pick up at school" (it was 11:30 am) and that they would get in trouble for being late on their deliveries if I took the time to call. The other delivery man was polite, but tried to make excuses about the damaged furniture, intending that I would keep the damaaged items. This Ashley Furniture visit and delivery is very disappointing from start to finish....however, weeks after ordering the furniture, ithe delivery isn't finished. I won't purchase from Ashley Furniture again. read more

This was my second visit to this store in the last 10 years. The furniture is actually not bad, but the sales people drive me insane. I will never buy anything in this store. Well, actually I'll never go there again. My first visit involved me walking around looking while a sales person slowly lagged behind me. I'd run to one side of the store and think that I was rid of her, and turn my head and there she was. The exact same thing happened today. My partner and I started playing cat and mouse and she fell for it. It was really quite comical. We ended up running out of the store to see if she would beat us to the front. We won, but barely. After announcing when I first walked in that I was just there looking and did not need assistance, that should have been enough of a message for them to LEAVE US ALONE! Well it wasn't, but it was enough for me to get the message to LEAVE THEM ALONE! read more

Low rating due to customer service issues not furniture. Sales person lied about what was in stock rather being honest about back ordered sofa. Stated it was in AZ ready for delivery then a week later after the sale I find out it was actually on back order. Instantly lost me because of lies. Still love my sofa and love seats. Quality is good. When the couch was ready they have me the wrong one. So the low rating was mainly due to poor processes and customer service rather than the furniture. This was the second purchase at Ashley. The first time was smoother with no issues. read more

This review is long overdue, but due to the exemplary customer service we received - I have not forgotten how much I was determined to leave a review although we visited nearly two months ago. Lindsey G was our salesperson. She literally spent five hours with us and was as knowledgeable and patient as any one could imagine or hope for. We never felt pressure from her to make quick decisions. She was sincerely personable and cared about our being happy and content with any decision we were making. It actually can be an exhausting and emotional journey as it has to do with both one's home and finances. We left feeling so very impressed and with a wealth of options to work with. Lindsey is an asset to the company. Thank you, Lindsey! Hope you see this! You are wonderful. Good job Ashley HomeStore on hiring great staff and offering a plethora of beautiful choices to choose from. We will return. Richard & Pam R read more

Very great customer service! We came in looking for children's furniture and Ryan helped us pick out the perfect bedroom set. We wanted them in a rush so he made sure that we would get everything delivered the earliest time possible. He even showed us the screen with all the appropriate discounts added and the exact delivery dates. When it came time for delivery, they had their guys assemble everything and not one scratch was made. We are very pleased and will get our furniture here again! read more

Me and my husband had such a good experience with Yulia, she was amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and we got a whole bedroom set in such a timely manner! Professionalism at its finest. That was the easiest experience with her. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! Thanks Yulia! read more

Customer service was not what I expected. I was not greeted or offered assistance when I visited their showroom the first time I was there. Since they seemed busy, I left and returned a second time only to find the same issue despite seeing a few sales associates not actively assisting anyone. I ended up approaching one and asked for help. It took the sales associate almost 45 minutes to place my order. I advised the sales associate that I had just moved from out of state and needed bedroom furniture for my son. She said I would get the delivery approximately 3 weeks later. I placed my order on 9/6 and only received partial delivery on 10/7. No one called to let me know there was an issue with the remaining items or that only partial delivery was going to be made. The delivery guy is the one who alerted me of the missing items and suggested I call the store. After holding for almost 30 minutes I was told part of my order was CANCELED but didn't know why or by who and a new order was created. I was then told the item would not be available until December. Never again... read more

We bought a great bedroom set that was higher priced for Ashley. We love the set but one of the doors was damaged. 3 1/2 weeks later it's still damaged and we can't get a return call from customer service or our salesperson. We understand that things happen, but are very disappointed with the customer service. If you buy something, I hope it's right the first time-- otherwise you will be frustrated like we are! read more

My cousin and I just moved into our first apartment 2 months ago. The weekend before the move, my family and I went into this store to get a bedroom set for my room. Because of the pandemic and the specific set i wanted, the lady helping us explained that I wouldn't be getting it for a month. If anything, I would be getting the mattress as soon as I moved in. Okay, no problem. I don't mind the wait and I valued the honesty about the wait as well. So a month goes by, a week before I'm supposed to get my bedroom set. I get a call that says my set was delayed delivery for another month. Even though this was a little frustrating, I told myself that it's hard times for everyone right now and I just need to be patient. It's another month later! I got everything except for my 2 bedside table dressers. The delivery guy who put my furniture together told me he would check to see when I would be getting my bedside tables in. This was Sunday. I was informed that I would be getting them in today, Wednesday. I was informed my bedside tables would be in today between 7am-10am. I had to work at 8am. So, at 6:30-6:45, I called customer service to ask about an estimation of what time they would be here. The lady went to check and told me around 45 minutes from that time. My cousin was here to sign for them and to bring them in. However, nobody came! Nobody arrived at all! Nobody called me to inform me that the delivery was changed, nobody emailed me, I didn't receive a text message, my delivery was changed to next Wednesday! This was so unprofessional. I completely understand what's going on with the pandemic and everything, but the fact that I was told I would get them today and this morning, the lady told me it would be 45 minutes and nothing at all?? No notice? Then, I tried calling both the store and customer service and I was on hold for AN HOUR AND A HALF. I wish I took my business somewhere else. I spent a lot of money on this bedroom set and I even tried my best to remain patient with this but this is not okay. If anybody is thinking about buying a bedroom set from them, STAY AWAY. read more

Had our bedroom set a few months now and have been back to Ashley several times to purchase other items. Decent quality merchandise, great customer service and good pricing especially during holiday sales... Actually any weekend because there is always a sale going on. read more

Went there and applied for there store card and was denied then when the letter came in the mail it said I was unverifiable! I have perfect credit! I have store cards and credit cards from every place possible with zero balances and have never been turned down before but I guess Ashley doesn't want to give u the no payments same as cash so they just deny you but luckily I put the charge for furniture on one of my credit cards since the item I received was not the same as in the showroom! Much cheaper and flimsier so I returned it by threatening to call my cc and have them do a charge back! This was a Bait and switch scam! Cheap furniture sold as expensive high class furniture! Stay away! read more

We had a great experience purchasing our first reclining leather sofas Ashley Furniture! The help was great, and to put it all together they price compared our sofa and we received an even lower price than their sale price... Super happy. I would definitely recommend shopping here. read more

I'm giving Ashley Furniture a generous three star solely because my sales rep was fantastic. She gave us space and answered questions that we had. We ended up joking around with her and finding out we were all from the east coast. The negative is I made my purchase in June 2017. It is now September 2017 and I haven't received the area rug I purchased with my dining set. No one called to tell me it was on back order and delayed. When I called to find out what was up with my rug, I was told I had to wait or pick out a new one. When I asked why I hadn't been informed of this, I was met with a snarky answer. I furnished three full rooms from Ashely, but I'll never purchase another item them. I also don't like the way my couch is wearing. Overall I'm underwhelmed with the lack of communication, compassion and appreciation. read more

My husband and I thought we would give Ashley Furniture one more shot, our 1st experience with the Laguna Hills Ca. store was a joke your salesmen and managers are liars and cheaters they do not give a crap.. and according to the store manager our sales guy was his top guy.. so seeing how we moved from Southern Ca to Las Vegas NV, we went into the store in Henderson NV on Mall Ring to purchase 2 twin mattresses and 2 side tables, boy were we WRONG ALL ASHLEY FURNITURE ARE THE SAME!!! We used our Ashley credit card account. We were told we could pick up our items on Tuesday 9/3/19. My husband drove across town only to find out our items were on back order and not available. After a long discussion our items were going to be delivered on Friday. I received a call today 9/4 saying our delivery is scheduled for Friday 9/6 for 11 to 3 then to get a call 2 hours later staying they cannot deliver Friday they don't have our items and will have to reschedule for Sunday. Long story short I canceled my order.. I WILL NOT EVER shop with Ashley nor will my family and friends and whomever I can reach on social media.. you sale items that are not in stock and dont bother to let your customers know they are on back order, and make promises you CAN NOT KEEP. Then to top it all off, we were charges 4 times for our order!!! WTF is that all about, we would have not known if we didn't cancel or order and call card to make sure no charges were applied.. So not only do you make promises you can keep you steal money too WOW , YOUR SALES PEOPLE LIE YOUR STORES ARE THE BIGGEST JOKE AROUND.. P.S. I took my business else ware and shopped RC Willy :) with no problems at all and can pick up my items on the day promised! VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMERS Shawn, Brandy Taylor read more

I had intended to purchase two sofas, a dining set and maybe some mattresses. Their website doesn't show pricing without a fair amount of work but I found the two sofas we want based on a web search. Their site says limited stock so I went to chat and they told me they couldn't see inventory on any particular site so they were of no help. I called three different locations in my area at least three times each and nobody there ever bothered to pick up the phone. They are good at marketing but terrible on follow through. Very frustrating experience. read more

I bought a leather couch from them and it broke 2 different times. I have the warranted which they refuse to fix after it broke. I would avoid this place at all cost. Go to a place which does not sell furniture that breaks! I was told I would get a call on Friday from their home office and they did not call me Friday! I got a call on Sunday and they than called me on Monday and acted like I never talked to them on Sunday! Buyers beware! read more

I had such a great experience shopping here, and I didn't even buy anything! I got a terrific deal on a bedroom furniture set and a kitchen table and chairs, thanks to Robert and Mary. When my plans fell through in December they offered to hold my purchase and they were so helpful and understanding. After a few months I ended up needing to cancel my order (very sad!) and they handled it 100%. This has been the best experience I've ever had shopping for furniture which pleasantly surprised me, since I was expecting high-pressure and outrageous prices. As soon as I'm in the market I will be back to buy at Ashley furniture - I also recommend working with Robert Berman. He was patient, helpful and made me feel really comfortable about my choices. read more

I had an amazing experience here. Miss Dawn is seriously the highlight of this store. She is just the sweetest thing! If you are looking for a good experience when shopping for furniture at Ashley's in the Galleria Mall, than ask for Lindsey. She was so patient with my son and I when trying to decide on a new couch. Lindsey was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Lindsey for making this decision an easy one. read more

We have purchased furniture from Ashley several times and have always been happy. The sales people are nice, the products and prices are good, and the delivery team is very professional. The only negative is that you really have to order waaaay ahead of time. The last item we bought took about 6 weeks to get it. If you plan ahead of your need...you'll be happy. read more

Trouble with delivery on my bed so have to wait another week..total 3 weeks, sucks part about it I got rid of my old bed supposedly couple of days before the expected delivery ...so I guess sleeping in the couch will do. Also, found out will refund back delivery fee to make things better but have to pick up bed at another store located at MLK that's 30 min or so away from the location near my place and the store I originally ordered. You would think they would offer free delivery..nope nothing just more hassle and stress to handle. Not coming back here going to take my money elsewhere with hassle free! The one star is for the greeter when you walk in the door. She was friendly and asked us what brought us in. We told her the items we were looking for and she told us the vicinity they would be in. After walking around for 20 minutes we did find a couple items we liked but after having a couple employees walk right by without so much as a hello and seeing 3 others all busy watching something on one of their phones, we decided that they obviously didn't want our money. So we left and went across the parking lot to Lazy Boy where we got great customer service and made a purchase. read more

I called them today...my lamps are in PA where I moved from...NOT VEGAS...They are acting like its my fault...UGH! Its Thanksgiving week and I will have no lamps in the living room...UGH!! Not very happy about these scammers, telling me we could get a refund on a mattress that deteriorated in 1 year or reselect a mattress and they won't honor the refund!! The sales people are very nice, but goodness their delivery of furniture is horrible, we bought 3 bookcases to be delivered when the truck came they showed the first one it was damaged in the front and back, the second one was an obvious returned item they tried to pawn off on us as it had the pen colored over damage, thinking we wouldn't notice it, we canceled the whole order, unfortunately this has happened before with Ashley and we just can't purchase from them anymore, it's a waste of time waiting for the furniture only to come damaged. The kicker is if you made a payment in store you have to come in to get your money back, we called the customer service and store and both stated we have to come in to get our money back, well we did and they have 1 person working and we have been in line for 30 minutes already, guess we aren't the only ones with issues. We also had our sales person come up to us while in line apologizing for the whole delivery and situation. We feel bad she lost a sale, but maybe Ashley should hire different delivery people. 2 stars for sales person. read more

I had been in this store over and over again once I knew what I wanted walked around the store for 30 mins and not one single sales person would even talk to me so I just walked out. Then last time I gave them another chance because I really do like there furniture. I walked in I was helped right away with a new associate named Walter Sulivan and he had help me out so much I ended up buying from them again. With the help of Jake Myers we figured out what I needed the most out of what I was buying and to finally make a decision thanks to how knowledgeable he was about the product. Love this store. I recently purchased a sofa and Chair. Delivery was scheduled for 2 weeks out on purpose. When the delivery guys arrived they told us that the Sofa was back ordered. I had not been notified by Ashley about this and was not very happy. Contacted customer service and they were very apologetic. They refunded the delivery charge and guaranteed it would be delivered in 2 days. They even rented a special truck to deliver it first thing in the morning. That's customer service. read more

Buyer beware!!! We wanted a new Couch for my husband's office. Our experience in the store was pleasant. There was no pressure to buy and the sales rep showed us every option for the style couch we were looking for. However, we choice delivery ($120 charge) of the couch, with the reassurance of it being able to be placed anywhere in the home. When the delivery guys my husband was told he had to sign a waiver in order for them to put the couch in the office (door frame small). These two young kids bring in this couch put a hole in my wall and tell my husband that the waiver covers any damage to the home during delivery. When I asked about our copy of this waiver I was told that it's on his phone and we will not receive a copy until after the delivery is complete. The delivery driver also said he would read it to me so that I can understand what my husband signed. In the same breath, he says how much do you want for the damage. "There's no reason to file a complaint. My boss is just going to make you do all this stuff to get anything and he will send me back out to fix the hole. So, tell me how much you want or let me come back to fix it." After calling Ashley's customer service they tell me there is not a waiver of delivery. They refused to give the contact information to the third party delivery company. With multiple calls to customer service, I was told once that my call was recorded (poor customer service). the representative for the third party told me that if I get an estimate and it's more than what his guy(contractor?) says it should be they will not cover the damage. So I should just let his guy come out and fix it. I need to stop making this hard. Needless to say, this will be my last time purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture. read more
