Great sales associate Natasha Hall helped us find a sleeper sofa. She also reminded us of our unused warranty repair that we bought with our reclining sofa/love seat. Since it was purchased over 5 years ago we were able to get a store credit. Which we used towards the purchase of the sleeper sofa. read more

Though the selection prices are great there is a $99 delivery fee and no return policy. When I asked the salesperson said as soon as the delivery takes place it is done. So, I order a couch online, it is delivered and I have to decide within minutes if it is comfortable or not. Nope. I will shop somewhere else! read more

If I could give a -100 stars I would. The worse experience I have ever encountered. We purchased a round dining room table and chairs in Oct.8th 2021. The first deliver date of 11/5 was canceled without any notification. On 11/6 went to the Grapevine Store store "manager" was at lunch and not available. 2nd delivery date scheduled for 11/12/21. There were damages to chairs, table was unstable, delivery person took pictures of damages and sent them to 'someone". We were advised to keep furniture because it was fixable. We were then advised that we would get a phone call that same day or the next, we never did. We then called GRT (Guest Response Team) which is in Mexico. Repair service came out 1 month later 12/20 touched up chairs and stated that the table was not fixable. Table was unstable by design, too top heavy and not properly supported by center pedestal. Went back to Grapevine Store manager was again "busy" surprise, surprise! Handed off to James Cluley I showed him the same table on his sales floor and he to agreed the table was not safe due to being top heavy. James had the person who does the set of of furniture take a look at the table and he also agreed there was no fix to it. Next step was to exchange the round table to a rectangle table. Exchange was "approved" We selected another table but it was on backorder would be available in Feb. In Feb we were told backorder now until March. March 25th table was delivered, it never left the truck because the driver pointed out a major defect with the table as well as a large scratch going across one corner. Called the Grapevine Store spoke with Rosie gave her an update on what was going on, she could not help us until the end of the day when the delivery drivers were done for the day. Asked to speak with the store manager and guess what HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE! We ended up showing up at the store. NO customer should ever have to return to a store 5 times to try to get things settled. Rosie tried to help as much as she could, Spoke with Brock the "store manager" he said he could not do anything until the delivery drivers had finished for the day. Had to wait until the next day, next day called GRT again in Mexico waited on hold x 1 hr after asking to speak with manager spoke with Sofia, let her know that we just wanted EVERYTHING picked up mind you we still have the round table at our house because they had said to keep it from the beginning and were to do an exchange when the rectangle table was delivered. Sofia advised us that they have a NO RETURN POLICY! She then arrange for another delivery on 03/30. Today 03/30 we took off work for the delivery, the delivery drivers show up start to unpack the table and guess what IT IS MISSING ONE OF THE LEGS TO THE TABLE!!!! Delivery drivers call "whoever" repack the table tell us to call GRT and leave. We call GRT well they can't help us because the delivery drivers have to finish their days delivery's first! They have our hands tied behind our backs! We are at a loss of what to do. They will not let us return the furniture. This has been going on since Oct 2021, they have our money but we don't have our furniture! Now we have to set up another date for table to be delivered. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, MANAGERS THAT HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS, HAVING TO DEAL WITH GRT IN MEXICO. CORPORATE COMPLAINT PUT IN BACK IN DECEMBER HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. THE WORST FURNITURE COMPANY! read more

Our experience today was smooth sailing with Sam by our side. He was super helpful and friendly. We furnished our entire new home and Sam made sure we were able to take advantage of some great sales. I would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture and Sam for all your future purchases. read more

Larry, is awesome! We originally went in for a mattress, and then we decided we would look at sofas and coffee tables. Which I may have done about 4 laps going back and forth on which ones I liked. The atmosphere is very inviting. The entire store is super clean and organized, so props to the set up crew. Prices are very reasonable and great quality of furniture. The absolutely best associate is Natasha Hall! She asked me about my style, price range, explained every piece of furniture to me and took her time. We even reviewed sectionals on their online showroom screen so we could determine what works best. If you go furniture shopping there, ask for Natasha Hall! read more

This is without doubt the worst customer service I have even endured. Multiple calls with no response. I had to go to the store and wait an hour to deal with damaged furniture on delivery and damaged walls on delivery. I am in month 3 on a refund for a piece I returned. I will never do business with this Grapevine store again. I have never had these issues with Stacy's Furniture in Grapevine and will only recommend them for all furniture purchases. I wish that Stacy's had the piece I was looking for. I paid Ashley $4000 for a bedroom set that showed up damaged and I am still waiting after 3 months for a fix, read more

Ashley does not honor their warranty and does care about customer service. I purchased a sofa in 2020 and at the beginning of 2022 the frame broke. Per their warranty card they provide a limited lifetime warranty on frames used in upholstered and leather products. Whenever I called the store, I was told to call one of their warranty providers, none of which could help me. I spoke with a supervisor at the customer care center about a month ago who stated that my claim would be processed because the furniture was manufactured by Ashley and the frame broke, which was covered by the lifetime limited warranty. They were supposed to come out today to look at the couch but now I am being told my claim was closed. I have had two claims which were closed without any notification to me about the closure or the reason why.... I just spoke to two customer service supervisors at the customer care center who stated that I would need to pay the inspection fee first before a technician could be assigned, a fact that has not once been shared in my two previous conversations with customer care (where my service requests were scheduled) or on any of my many calls to the store. Their response was, "sorry, there is nothing we can do but you can go to the store, pay the fee and schedule your service (I had to wait three weeks to get scheduled the last time); Also, there was no one else I could speak to.... apparently, the supervisor is the highest position in the organizational chart. No manager works at the customer care center?? I would not have minded paying the service fee if I had been told about it when I first called, but I have been trying for about three months to get my warranty claim addressed. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I am done. They have lost a customer. read more

Jacob J exemplified the best customer service I've ever experienced. He tried all he could to resolve the issue with waiting 3 months and 3 hours in person today for a mattress paid in full! However his supervisor TROY TROY TROY completely SUCK!!! Ashley furniture should get this guy out of there ASAP. He cares nothing about the customers who spends their hard earned money on merchandise. He had the nerve to ask me "Why did I throw out my old mattress!!!!" Excuse me it doesn't matter what matters is I bought a new one and you never delivered it after 3 MONTHS OF WAITING & SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR and another THREE- FIVE WEEKS PENDING to get it!!!! Mary was amazing as well, good luck in Arlington:) PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE IN GRAPEVINE at all cost!! Just check the reviews, I wish I had looked before coming in. I must apologize from my post on Trust Pilot. The manager of Ashly called me after hearing about our argument about the financing problem. They called within an hour after from my heated conversation with the rep on the phone and what ticked me off to post my review was the response that my "one posting didn't mean anything to compared to 500 good reviews." However the manager stepped in immediately and called us back with a sincere apology. They really do value and respect their repeat customers. I thought this was done but after talking to the manager, he calmed me down and took care of the problem in not in a condescending way. He seemed very experience and understood what the problem was immediately. I wouldn't have gotten to this level of a fight but I am an educated man with a Master in Finance and in a Doctorate program, to hear some one teach about credit scores is demeaning to me because the information is wrong. I commend this manager because he defused the problem correctly and professionally. read more

From the start, Ashley Homestore did a great job. I like the way one person is standing at the front greeting people as they come in. Not pushy, but pleasant. Coffee and REALLY delicious fresh cookies in the back. Help yourself! My son and I looked around and were having a color panic attack, "Will this match our room?" We asked Andrew, a young salesman, if we could take home a swatch. Alas, they don't carry swatches. Andrew suggested we buy a pillow of the same material, take it home, and return it, if is doesn't work out. The matching pillow didn't have a price. Andrew looked into it. We were allowed to borrow the pillow over night. Andrew did such an amazing job. He is the kind of person that doesn't say, "You can't" rather he says "How can you." He is a problem solver. His knowledge and demeanor was such that even though we didn't buy a couch from Ashley, we liked him so much that we nearly felt compelled to buy something as a form of thanks to him. read more

Got our furniture last night - amazing quality...Larry is the reason we go back to Ashley!!

Purchased a sectional on August 1. Salesperson was very nice. Said delivery would be in 3 weeks which was a surprise due the COVID issues but he advised made in California and the sectional would also go into quarantine. Heard nothing from Ashley but understood with the virus there could be delays. October 1 called customer care number was re or ding said to call the store. Did so and was told delivery would be the 15th and I would be contacted. Today is October 15. Have heard nothing from Ashley. Called the Ashley number and was transferred to customer care which told me the customer care number changed and so called that number. Was told to call the store in the recording. Contacted the store snd was told that the item I purchased was now in back order until possibly the 21. Previously I felt forced into setting an account online just to get info. Repeatedly the website advised the log in site could not be found. Tried setting up new passwords to circumvent but nothing worked. Tried to get tracking information but was told my zip code did not have that information. During this period, I have received incorrect information and no other information. This service is terrible and it seems that the only concern of Ashley is to get the sale. read more

I originally gave this store 5 stars. Reason was the salesperson Verlene was great. Now, I change my rating due to costumer service. The sectional purchased wasn't due to come in till after my family Christmas. I was originally looking for a new couch for this event. We ordered it on Oct. 29th. It was not due to be in till Dec. 12th. I recieved a call letting me know it would be in Dec. 7th. I was excited and pushed Christmas from Dec. 2nd to the 9th. Called and asked them to put me on schedule for delivery the 8th. I was told they would not do that and I would have to pick it up or pay a 3rd party to deliver for me. Supposedly they will not put on schedule as they can't guarantee it will be in warehouse on time. I explained I understood if a truck broke down etc, but as of now it shows to be there on time so as long as I was on schedule I would be happy to take that risk. Over and over was told no sorry computer will not let us. If they waited till 7th to add me the truck would be full. After husband threatened to give a bad review we were asked to give her another day. Today we found out that supposedly now the couch will not even be in warehouse on the 7th. I will be going to get a refund and cancel my order. Went across the street order a couch, chair, and ottoman for same price and it will be delivered in 5 days. Ashley's was not willing to put me on schedule to help their customer have furniture for a large Christmas which was told to them reason of the purchase while shopping. Very disappointed they told me to get a 3rd party delivery service. Oh well, it is what it is I guess. I am happy with my new purchase. read more

This is my 2nd large purchase through the Ashley Store in Grapevine and let me tell you what... after the debacle I had trying to order online via the Ashley website I will never go anywhere but the actual store again! I met with Brian P. This time a week or so back when I was trying to get an online order issue fixed but unfortunately the store can't do anything with the online side of the house. However that didn't stop Brian from being understanding with the very frustrating issue I had and the lack of online support I was getting. But it worked out in the end As i found a different set of bedroom furniture I liked much better than what I had originally tried to order. HOWEVER, I had to wait until the online issue was resolved before I could actually make my purchase. This took 1 week and by the time I got to the finance department it was 1hr before my money was released back to my account. So back to the store I go and mind you I drove an hour to the Grapevine location so I made sure I was there when Brian was working as he'd helped me the week prior. He took care of everything straight away. Love the fact that he isn't pushy, or trying to oversell me things I don't need but definitely took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. It was more like purchasing from a friend than a salesperson! Will definitely be back when it's time to get more and hopefully Brian will still be at the location! He's The BEST! read more

Great friendly service, good prices. Go see Christy, she is very knowledgeable about what's available and really helpful.

Terrible business model. We went in to buy a mattress because my brother is going to be moving to Alabama. We figured we could buy one in dallas and then have it shipped to the Alabama store. We ultimately decided on one and then as soon as we asked the sales guy, Parker, about the shipping option, he got upset said NO WE DONT DO THAT and disappeared so fast. He didn't even tell us about online options or calling the other store... nothing. As soon as he found out he wasn't getting a sale, he dropped us. We did not feel valued as a customer and honestly won't shop there again. read more

I would never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Spent thousands on a leather living room set. I was told that all parts of the sofa that touch the body were made of leather. That just wasn't true. There was a 4-inch strip just below the cushion that was not made of leather and it has now cracked and made my living room set useless. I also had a problem with the mechanism shortly after buying the set. They sent me a repairman who replaced the mechanism, but he replaced it with the wrong parts. When I call them a year-and-a-half later when those parts failed they told me there was nothing they could do because it was now out of warranty. I had to research and find the maker of the mechanism and myself and replace them myself. Regardless of what they say they do not stand behind their products. Use them at your own risk. read more

If I could give a review with ZERO stars I would! Went in 8/27/22 made two separate purchases because "that's how we get you the best deal", We have spent so much money at Ashley's. They have furnished two of my homes. So to get the deal my husband had an order as new customer and I had an order. They made the sale of over $10,000. Over $7,000 paid by check. We were told by both our sales person and mgr that our sofas are "in stock" at warehouse but they are currently moving into a larger one so our estimated date 9/13 but "will have by 9/20 no problem". We were told the other items would be ready some time mid October. Ok cool, it was couches we needed the other stuff was a want. NO contact from anyone so around 9/13 I called and was told between 9/20-9/30 for sofas. Ok not bad still time frame from store. Still heard from NO ONE at store. 9/22 I called again. Was told Love seat and recliner are ready, sofa not until 10/7. So I asked to have what was ready delivered, put a ticket in for request told me I would hear back in 24-48 hrs. Surprise NOTHING! So I called on 9/28 and was told only my recliner was ready. At this point I am done and asked to speak to supervisor (this is all the call center) they verified my contact number and said to expect a call within 1 hr. Surprise NOTHING! No call. So I called again on 9/30 spoke to supervisor who had no answer. So my husband and I drove into the store that evening to cancel our order. At the store they saw that one of the other pieces was ready, not the most recent piece we were told. 3 DIFFERENT answers on what pieces were ready. The young lady at the desk in Grapevine TX on 9/30 was the rudest encounter I had yet. I asked to speak with a manager and she said hers isn't in but she is a representative of her when she's off. I said no I want a manager. Lexi was great, handled my refund with the young lady. We canceled both orders. In the cancel ticket they put in a request to split our return check in two since we just moved here and the amount is greater than our bank allows online and the closest bank is thousands of miles away. Again I get that's a request. They gave us a ticket number so we can follow up if needed because they don't have a return receipt which is weird. Lexi gave me the days she would be working the following week so if I had questions I could call and ask for her. A week had passed and I just wanted to see if our request could be done. I spoke with Lexi who said "oh I can't look at tickets but I will have someone call you". Surprise NOTHING! Two weeks later I call, which is today. It is apparently in mail and they could not honor my request. While canceling my order I was asked if my sales person contacted me after the purchase. I said NOPE I was not- well apparently they should. Sorry that is on you not me, that is your representative. I have also been in customer service as a manager for over 20 years, this is unacceptable. After this we drove through their parking lot to La-Z-Boy and bought a beautiful sectional and recliner and had it delivered the very next week! Go to La-Z-Boy people! read more

I purchased a chair. It was supposed to be delivered. I didn't get the weekly text messages about delivery that I was supposed to get. Delivery date came in went without receiving a chair or updates. We called repeatedly, they moved the date over and over again until it was more than eight months out. We asked for a refund. We didn't get it. They told us they mailed it. We didn't receive it a month later. They won't respond to phone calls they won't call us back and I still don't have my money back they are very unfriendly and very unhelpful and the sales people don't follow through with what they're supposed to do. Going in and asking for your money back in person doesn't work either. I will never purchase from them again. read more

What a fantastic experience I just had at this location. I walked in and found the perfect couches. After 25% off for the holiday sale it met my budget! Then I found out I couldn't pick it up for 2 weeks. My husband told me to go get our money back because we have family coming in town in 5 days. Embarrassed and emotional I went back and told Shawna and Matti my sob story and they immediately jumped in to action. Five minutes after making some phone calls they had magically solved my problem. I'm able to go pick up my new beautiful couches tomorrow. Just in time for our company! Thank you Frank for staying late and making me laugh. And thank you ladies for your understanding and compassion and for going out of your way to help me. I will definitely be back here for my next purchase! And so will my friends and family. read more

I generally hate shopping at a place that has sales goals and BS's everything to tell you what you want to hear. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Christy N. At the Grapevine location. I was greeted immediately and pleasantly asked non-aggressive sales questions to find out what I needed. She asked me questions about my style and showed me the pieces they have and I got to walk around alone all without the feeling of being stalked yet still she was available when I had questions. After a few questions and friendly conversation she knew exactly what I wanted after a few minutes and offered suggestions that guided me to the bedroom set I wanted and purchased. We walked to meet with Amy B to finalize the payment and she was very pleasant to deal with also. I'm pleased with my decision of my purchase and pleasantly surprised at the service I received at type is sale place that is normally perceived as high pressure sales. Thank you for everything Christy. I can't wait for the delivery. read more

BUYER'S BEWARE: Their claim for quality that they continuously brag about is a lie. If your quality was so great why only a 1 year warrant? Their furniture quality is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. I bought a (not cheap) king size bed room suite from them and wouldn't you know as soon as the warranty expires I have a problem. The rail that attaches to the header board and footer had issues with the screws loosening. I had this delivered and setup. I contacted their Customer service and spoke to them about the issue. I sent in a picture and they finally got back to me a week later and told me they couldn't do anything because it was past warranty by a few months. They also claimed the damage was from the bed being moved around. That is bogus. This bed has only been moved once since it was received. I changed homes back in MARCH and the bed was disassembled and setup at the new home. That is the LAST time it was moved. The rail has a metal plate that is screwed to it. It hooks into the head board. All you have to do is lift it up and pull it out to remove it from the head board and footer. Otherwise there really isn't anything to it. The bed is too heavy with a king mattress to move around when everything is together so that is a bogus excuse. I tried myself to screw the plate back in but the bed ended up falling again while on it. The holes are stripped so the screws won't stay in. I don't know why that would be that way. It scratched it up too because of falling while on the bed. This is too fragile to be something that should hold a lot of weight. Only one person uses this so that shouldn't be a problem. They made no attempt to have a solution for this issue on an item I'm still paying for. I've had Walmart furniture last years longer then this. Spent over $1500 with them and I can't get help with a rail?? SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH A BROKEN PIECE AND ONE SIDE OF THE BED WON'T STAY UP? THEY GAVE ME NO OPTIONS. THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN OR USE THEIR CARD. read more

Changing my review. The day we bought everything seemed great, since then things have changed drastically. When we walked into the store Natasha greeted us and told us immediately that most funiture takes two weeks to be ready for delivery. That is a reasonable amount of time, we pick out all of our items and at check out. The paperwork says order available Aug 27, this was on 7/13. The sales lady and the finance lady both assure us that 99% of the time furniture will arrive sooner than that date. I got a call today that says that Natasha told the management that I would like to go ahead and receive my couches. I have not spoken with Natasha since the day we bought the furniture so how would she know what I want? It comes out that the rest of my furniture will not be ready until sometime in October and the management lets me know that Natasha has apparently texted me but this is not true I have not received one call or text since the day we bought the furniture. I can understand a factory delay but I can not understand lying. LYING is extremely poor customer service. Go elsewhere with your money. We are canceling the order and canceling our Ashley credit card. read more

DO NOT BUY from here. We paid CASH for a very nice piece of furniture and was given a delivery date of October 8th. When I called for an update on September 20th, I was told 2 pieces of furniture would "likely" come at the end of October, and the 3rd piece would come in DECEMBER. Unbelievable, we are in a new house with no furniture. The "call center lady" said to contact the sales person for more information or compensation. Guess what? He of course is "unavailable" and does not return calls. Calls to the store to speak to a manager, "unavailable." Absolutely terrible customer service. We still have no furniture, and no idea if it will even come at this point. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, you will be very regretful. read more

My wife and I bought a sectional from Ashley's furniture on May 25th for our new apartment, asking before hand when it was going to arrive, cause we wanted to be sure we will have it before mine and my child's birthdays and the sales representative told us between 4 to 6 weeks. It was passed 8 weeks when I decided to reach to customer service and they told me it was going to be here at mid-July and it didn't happen. I called them again and they said it was schedule to be delivered on August 28th. We asked for a day off in our jobs and it didn't happened. Yesterday, I received a voicemail saying my furniture was going to be delivered at the end of September.Today, after trying for two hours someone finally answered and, after being on hold for several minutes the lady told me the sectional could be delivered as late November 2nd and they would refund half the $150 we paid in delivery fees, which I think it's a joke. I ordered a shelf on line, made sure it was in stock and made my payment immediately. I was given a delivery date via text. Did not hear anything else and the shelf did not arrive. Seven days later I received another text giving a later date. Did not hear anything and the day came and went. I have chatted with them online and was left hanging. Called and was left on hold. I just needed to find out when my shelf was going to arrive. I could not get an answer by calling or online. I received a text days later letting me know that it would be 5-7 weeks. I was done with the way I was treated and asked via chat and phone to cancel the order and give my money back. I have ordered furniture from 2 other company's in the past two months and they were upfront about delays and I was fine with that and everything went smoothly. This has been the WORST experience. I finally got through on the phone and was told I would have my refund within a few days and would receive a call to confirm within an hour. No call, still no refund 13 days later. We bought an motorized sofa recliner from Ashley's Furniture in November 2020. In February 2022, one of the recliners no longer reclines - after15 months. We did not buy and extended warranty as this furniture is in a secondary living area and only used a few times a month. We have no children or pets at home so we did not feel a warranty was needed, mistakenly thinking the recliner was good quality. I certainly would have thought it should last longer than 15 months at the price. The manufacturers warranty covers the 'mechanism' for 5 years. BUT, they say the 'mechanism' does not include anything electric The problem appears to be electrical. The repair company wants $195.00 up front to diagnose the problem (which I am willing to pay), BUT they can't tell me if they would be willing to fix it after diagnosing the problem. Basically, buyer beware when you purchase anything motorized from Ashleys. read more
