Currently, I purchased a bedroom set at Econo Furniture that I saw at Ashley's furniture in Gilroy. I didn't buy at Ashley's because they were asking for a arm and leg for the set. I'm glad I went back to Econo. Allen gave us the best deals in the Bay Area. I really appreciate his honesty and loyalty to customers.

We got a 2026 model Hotspring Jetsetter LX. Best hot tub I have ever been in, super quiet, powerful jets. We use it a few times a week. I was a bit concerned about the power needs of keeping it hot but the insulation is amazing and the heater only comes on for a few minutes every 4 or 5 hours (see the graph from my Tesla power management app). The top is very light but keeps in heat and also the water. Only had to add a bit of water after 3 months! Recommend this equipment and this vendor. I can't comment yet on their warranty service as the product has been flawless.

He said that his name Michael, but, since he doesn't wear a badge, I don't know if it true. I brought my 91 old disabled mother to choose a mattress. It was a second time we went to this store. During our first visit, the same sales person didn't really put attention to us. So, we could not find anything suitable. However, because the mattress,I bought for my mother in Los Gatos Mancini, don't work for her, and she can't tolerate long travel, we decided to try Gilroy store again. The Michael was uncooperative and rude. He said that he can't do exchange of the mattress and we should go to Los Gatos store, where it was purchased. When I asked to lower the bed base, so my mother can try the mattress, he start yelling on us, screaming that he can't lift anything and there is nobody to help. Finally he turned his back on us and left. That is completely unacceptable to treat old disabled people like that. I will newer come to this store again, and believe that such people must not work in sales or customer service. Alex
