A very helpful sales agent helped us select a dining room table and chairs. He convinced us to purchase a warranty, as well. After about a week, some areas began to chip, leaving small holes that look terrible. It has been over a month now without any remedy, or even a single follow-up. The warranty company says it's new, so still covered by Ashley. Ashley customer service gave me a claim number, and promised to follow-up within 72 hours, but maybe they mean 72 weeks? They never called back after several attempts. I am considering options, but all are a pain. It is hard to imagine how a business model that chooses to treat their customers this way can survive. Shop elsewhere; maybe they won't.

What a pleasant experience all around! Mainly due to our salesman Gary LaPuma! He is amazing! This is for the ashley in city of folsom. Very clean, not oppressive at all. We were greeted, not pressured , but gary was there for all our questions. Very honest and professional. We were able to get an amazing deal on a sofa we've been wanting and it all went super smooth! Definitely highly recommend gary and this location. !

100/10 recommend, if you're going to Ashley Furniture ask for Jamir!! I bought one of the floor models and even though they're not supposed to load the floor models, he did. He loaded everything properly ensuring that nothing got scratched without me having to lift a thing. He was extremely professional and portrayed great customer service. I will definitely be returning for my next piece of furniture.

Good friends were all smiles when telling a group of us over holiday drinks how much they loved their new Sleep Number bed. They were lamenting how they wished they had bought it sooner. Well... that recommendation was good enough for me. The next day I drove over to the Sleep Number store in the Folsom Palladio. Wow. What a nice place. All those beds and pillows were making me sleepy:). Quite the organized and clean store. Lots of lighting too. Customer service was spot on. No icky, pushy sales people. I was approached and asked if I needed assistance but I declined and said I was just looking. Which I was. Gotta check it all out first. Ok... now I have done my homework and I am ready to buy! Sleep Number sales force are professional, answered all my questions and completed appropriate paper work efficiently. My kind of people. Thank you! Delivery day was noneventful. That is a good thing. Everything went smoothly and the guys working were organized and hard working. Removed old bed stuff too. Set it up in no time. Provided a demonstration in everything "sleep number" 101 mechanics and programmed the remote! A shout out to them. All in all a successful experience with a wonderful company and an even better first night's sleep! Good sleep equals great value! Zzzzzzz!

PSA Do not buy a sleep number especially from the folsom…read morelocation at Palladios 1. We were lied to and misinformed about the return policy and fees. We were told that we would be charged a fee of 150 if we changed our mind and wanted to return the bed within the free 90 day sleep tried. ( we were blatantly lied to as there would have not been a sale if we were informed that the pick up fee was 250. So let's do the math here 250 for delivery and Installation and 250 for pick up fees. That is 500 $ , one can buy a very good mattress from Costco for 500 bucks with a hassle free purchase and free delivery and free returns. Its a no brainer. 2 . Customer service sucks at every level. I called the 1800 to schedule return and state my reasons for return which are as follows The mattress is a glorified version of an air mattress with pieces of foam around the inflated mattress to give it structure. The mattress is not even a true queen mattress as its smaller by a few inches its not a true 60 inches wide. Good bye restful sleep as we have been wrestling for space on the sleep number queen bed.we have slept on a queen mattress the past 17 years and never had issues with lack of space. I was informed that they cannot help but I should call the store that I purchased the mattress from ( look at the attached pictures of Mattress) 3. The cornerstone of any good business is good Customer service. We bough our mattress from the folsom location and Dwane was the one who helped us. We were I formed that the pick up charges were the same as the delivery charges. We paid 150 for delivery without Installation. We agree to the purchase of the mattress on the condition that if we had to return the mattress for any reason the pick up fee was just 150. We had an amazing experience with dwane while he was selling us the product. But boy how the tables turned when I called and requested to speak to him to clarify why he had misinformed us about the pick up charges which are actually 250 $ not 150 as we were promised and informed by Dwane during our purchase. I was informed that Dwane was busy with another customer and that I would get a call back in a few minutes. I did not get any call back but I did get a text message ( screen shot shared in pics and videos ) where team folsom acknowledged that they apologize for any miscommunication. I called the store to speak to the manager as the text message I received from them did not resolve the matter in any way. The store manager was rude and curtly hung up the phone on me after informing me that its my responsibility to read the fine print and not rely on what information the sales person gave me during the process of touring the sleep number location at folsom Palladio. Best customer service I have seen in a long time where the customer is penalized for believing every word of the sales person said. Long story short There are better mattresses out there and definitely better customer service and belive me if you are planning on buying a sleep number you will have to deal with customer service pretty often based on how the mattress is going to have issues with the pump, remote, air mattress leaking air, sagging foam etc etc.

We knew what we did and didn't want and in no way were we set on buying at this store. That was until we met Michael. He greeted us with a big smile without coming off as pushy or overbearing. We let Michael know our wants and needs for a couch, this man had an 6th sense and he instantly took us to the couch we ended up purchasing. This couch was big and beautiful. It felt built to last while also comfortable for my family and I. Michael explained the pros of the couch. He showed us all it was capable of and why we would love it. The price on it was more than fair compared to all others in the market. The warranty was what really assured us this was going to be our couch of the future. Purchase was smooth and pain free. Setting up the delivery was fast and we can't wait to enjoy our purchase. I will definitely be back when we are in the market for more house furniture. Thanks to the crew at American Furniture. Michael and Steve were super cool and nice to our family.
