Max gave us a lot of good information on the best materials, sizing of the doors, etc. He recommended we go to the Pella showroom together to check out all the options, which was super helpful. Based on my experience with Max and Pella I was about to order doors thru them, but then got a quote that seemed quite high once they realized the doors would have to be a custom size and we would also have to customize for color (to match our other windows). I decided it was an expensive enough purchase that I should shop around some more and ended up going with another company. Overall, I found Max to be pretty responsive and knowledgeable when it came to doors/windows. While McCann didn't work for our needs this time they would be worth reaching out to for other window/door replacements in the future.
