Oh, apparently the worst company ever. They are bullies and served me with a trespassing notice for absolutely no reason. I am apparently now banned from all shops at Loudoun Station in Ashburn. It's been months since I've last stepped foot there, and I treat everyone I meet with kindness and respect. I have reviewed Famous Toastery, Burger 21, and AMC all as 5-stars before -- check my review history. Now I am not allowed to step foot on these premises, for absolutely no reason at all (see attached image). Well, I'll certainly be taking my money (and business) elsewhere. Stay far away.

The station is located in the median of the Dulles Greenway Toll Road. As with the other new stations, there are multiple bathrooms for riders to use. Both times I've visited, they've been clean and functional. There isn't really anything around the station yet, predicting that things will eventually start to sprout up around it. But you can't beat the amount of parking they have.

My driver greeted me professionally and we arrived to the airport without any traffic (Reverse Murphy's Law when you depart for a trip on time). The driver offered me the option to accept the "flat rate" or the "meter" and I opted for the flat rate. I paid $68 for my fare and the driver provided me a $10 certificate on my next trip. I had a few recommendations for improvement which I was able to discuss with management. I am confident my recommendations will be fully-implemented. If I ever need a ride to the Dulles Airport I will definitely utilize this establishment.

The only issue that did arise was a leak (from the air conditioning I believe) - but that was handled quickly and professionally by the owner (and our driver) once we returned from our trip. Now they show up quite early to the point other customers get angry it is not their pick up window. The drivers tend to be curteous but stressed from poor dispatching. They run a discount program but with service unreliable just going to use Uber or Lyft. Wish they had a tracking app like other jurisdictions. This winter I was out in the cold icy snow for half an hour waiting for a cab that was late. MetroAccess could not send me an Uber as they did before since it was my first ride of the day.

Second, I do not have to wait a very long time, for a taxi, with some companies, serving Montgomery County, it takes too long to wait for a taxi, especially doing the summer, since there are less taxis available, for call n ride card users. Next, Regency taxis takes me anything, and always accept call n ride card, I do not have a credit card, hard cash, and etc, I always use call n ride card, since I have the discount, no call n ride card, no taxi, because I have to swipe my card at the beginning of the trip, and pay the tip at the end of the trip, usually an 15 to 20 percent tip is enough for all call n ride card holders, but I must stay that word to their dispatcher team every time, Finally, there are a ton of cars, in their fleet, I do not need an wheelchair accessible taxi all the time, since I am not on wheelchair only a car is enough, since it saves on time, money , and gas.
