Oh, apparently the worst company ever. They are bullies and served me with a trespassing notice for absolutely no reason. I am apparently now banned from all shops at Loudoun Station in Ashburn. It's been months since I've last stepped foot there, and I treat everyone I meet with kindness and respect. I have reviewed Famous Toastery, Burger 21, and AMC all as 5-stars before -- check my review history. Now I am not allowed to step foot on these premises, for absolutely no reason at all (see attached image). Well, I'll certainly be taking my money (and business) elsewhere. Stay far away.

The station is located in the median of the Dulles Greenway Toll Road. As with the other new stations, there are multiple bathrooms for riders to use. Both times I've visited, they've been clean and functional. There isn't really anything around the station yet, predicting that things will eventually start to sprout up around it. But you can't beat the amount of parking they have.

My driver greeted me professionally and we arrived to the airport without any traffic (Reverse Murphy's Law when you depart for a trip on time). The driver offered me the option to accept the "flat rate" or the "meter" and I opted for the flat rate. I paid $68 for my fare and the driver provided me a $10 certificate on my next trip. I had a few recommendations for improvement which I was able to discuss with management. I am confident my recommendations will be fully-implemented. If I ever need a ride to the Dulles Airport I will definitely utilize this establishment.

The only issue that did arise was a leak (from the air conditioning I believe) - but that was handled quickly and professionally by the owner (and our driver) once we returned from our trip. Regency taxi, is the best company serving Montgomery County, because of the following reasons,…read moreFirst of al, they have so many vehicles in their fleet, whenever, I really needed a taxi to get to work, they have one available, Second, There drivers are extremely nice and friendly, being nice and friendly, is a very important aspect of any cab company, Third, They always accept call n ride card, this is not a joke, however, whenever, I pay with call n ride, that means I do not have hard cash, and regency never gives me a tough time about that issue. Next, They partership with Metro Access, I have my own Metro Access, card, when riding the Ride On Bus, I must present it to the bus driver, in order to get the discount, however, Regency partership with Metro Access, which is also a taxi company, serving Montgomery County, but it is by passenger, that is a big deal, because sometimes they show up extremely late, other time they increase the price, for seniors and people with disabilities, for instance, it used to be only $3.00, with Metro Access, however, now it is $4.00, if you are like me, do not have the money, then use taxi, or else you will become broke at the end, with no money. Finally, it is extremely easy to book a taxi, with Regency, since they have my name in the system, and all that I have to do, is to tell them the following, my name, pick up location, drop off location, confirmation number, and etc, for instance, if I am calling from Shadygrove Metro Station west side, I must say that to their dispatch team, or else the taxi driver would get confused.
