Dr. Le is an outstanding dentist. Been getting cleanings here for years. He is great. His front office staff is also great. But the icing on the cake is that I just had a cleaning from the best dental hygienist I've seen in 40+ years!! Gentle, thorough, firm as needed, confident hands (like that of a surgeon), polite, interrupted her lunch break to get me in early. I'm not going to share her name here as I want to make sure she's available for all my future appointments, :), but Dr. Le definitely needs to pay her more. She was amazing. Let me start off and say the the staff here at Ashbrook is AMAZING. The second I walk into the office I am greeted by my name by the lady at the front desk. Because my family has gone to Dr. Le for awhile now, we never have to sign in. DJ (the front desk lady) also jokes with my brother and I, asking if we got lost getting to the office (because she knows we always do). She has also comforted my brother during X-rays because she knows he's traumatized from them. DJ is seriously the best! Moving on to the dental hygienists. All of them are super sweet. While I never remember any one specific, I always have a good experience with whoever is working with me. They are gentle and thorough. And I enjoy chatting with them! As for Dr. Le, he is awesome! Dr. Le makes an effort to get to know my family (or at least the ones who go to home). He always remembers us and is always poking fun at me because we went to rival colleges. His experience makes him a great dentist and I've never been disappointed with my dental visits. Also, Dr. Le does not push unnecessary tests or products on us. I am terrified of the dentist. I grew up with a dental hygienist we nicknamed "The Butcher" b/c of the amount of pain she'd cause in your mouth. Therefore, I avoided the dentist for 4 whole years. And then, one day, one of my teeth broke, and I couldn't avoid the dentist any longer. I decided to try out Ashbrook Center for Dentistry because of the reviews and also the fact that they open before my work does (they're open at 7AM). I went in fully prepared for the lecture, the insults, the anger... that's always been the reaction I received in the past when it came to my teeth. Everyone at Ashbrook was extremely kind to me. I was never once made to feel like a bad person for having avoided the dentist for so long. When the time for placing my temporary crown came, Dr. Le went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable (I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dental work). He asked me repeatedly if I was doing ok, and he explained every single thing that he did. Again, not once did he make me feel guilty or like a bad person for having avoided a dentist for so long. This dental office will absolutely be my new home dental office; even my fiance will be going there. I love this place. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable; they treat you like a person and not like a number. They listen to you. I'm so grateful to have found this practice. read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Le and his staff more highly. I had another emergency call to his office (broken tooth) and, somehow, Dr. Le squeezed me into his jammed schedule for the day and crafted a temporary crown to hold me over until the permanent crown arrives. (I'm leaving out the multiple steps involved in accomplishing that.) He was, as usual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, gracious and thorough. My wife and I have been his patients for years and every visit reconfirms what a wise decision that was. read more

The greatest dental practice we have ever experienced. Dr. Le is incredible and obviously only hires the best. Scheduling is easy, appointments are thorough, fast and on time. I've been going to Dr. Le for over 10 years and actually followed him from his Alexandria practice to Ashburn. He's that good that I'm willing to make the trek to Ashburn twice a year. I also love the staff and their professionalism. Most have been with him for years and there's not a lot of turnover which I also like. Today I did have a new hygienist by the name of Alexa. She was awesome and part of the reason I decided to write the review today. Not only was she skilled as a hygienist but she was personable and full of great information about a few concerns I had with some dental products I was considering. Hands down best dentist experience I've ever had! I have never met such a pleasant staff. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, they were extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. And that facility, BEAUTIFUL! The waiting room was polished and cozy. The exam rooms were extremely clean and organized. Dr. Le is very easy to talk to. He doesn't reprimand or judge. His assistant and hygienist are fantastic as well! The "tooth" must be told about the amazing staff at Ashbrook Center for Dentistry. First impressions are lasting ones and this office understands that since at every visit, I have ALWAYS been welcomed immediately by the friendly front office staff. The wait time is very minimal and before I even have time to grab a magazine, I'm greeted by one of their competent hygienists. My most recent visit was with Alexa, who is a wonderful and personable hygienist. She was caring and gentle and gave me the best teeth cleaning! Dr. Le always greets me with a handshake and a smile and not only gives his professional dental advice but also listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. I recently brought my fragile, elderly mother with complex teeth issues to the office. She was extremely nervous but Dr. Le and Alexa calmed her fears and my mother left the office with a huge, bright smile on her face. I have been to many dental offices in my lifetime but the compassion and professionalism Ashbrook Center for Dentistry showed us is unmatched and I will continue to highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Le is the best dentist ever! Our family of four has been seeing him for seven years and he and his staff are like extended family to us. He called the ER room to check up on our son when his tooth was knocked out and saw us first thing the next morning. I had my first visit with Dr. Le last week, and I cannot speak highly enough about him, his staff, the office, and the billing practices. The office itself is very inviting and clean and has the feel of a day spa. Morgan, who works at the front desk, is very warm, welcoming, courteous, friendly, and professional. And Dr. Le has a positive, calming, friendly personality that put me right at ease. He went over my teeth with me and did not make me feel bad for avoiding dentists for awhile. He also did not recommend unnecessary treatments. A prior dentist had told me that I needed a filling that Dr. Le said was not necessary. He treats what legitimately needs to be treated but did not try to push extra services on me. He also has very modern technology, including digital x-rays and CEREC (to enable 1-visit crowns), which not all offices have. Also, the billing of this office is very up front and clear. At a prior office, the treatment plan I received was not itemized, so it was impossible to tell what the charges were for each proposed procedure. Dr. Le's treatment plan, by contrast, was very easy to understand. This office is a 30-mile drive for me, but it is well worth it to have this kind of dental experience.
