I've been suffering with a herniated disc on both sides of my neck that has caused me severe pain…read morenot only in my neck, but after so many years of not being with the right massage therapists, doctors, and acupuncturists, I was also suffering from chronic pain in my deltoids, rhomboids, lower back, hips, and numb hands and finger tips. In the span of 12 years of dealing with severe pain and a lack of quality rest and sleep, I've tried numerous practitioners and none have helped in the way Dr. Song has. Within my first treatment I felt about 20 percent better. Not all therapists, doctors, and practitioners care and are good at what they do, and it's so imperative to find the best ones when it comes to treating chronic muscular, joint, and nerve pain. Now I finally found a doctor who cares. Dr. Song is a true expert. I haven't felt this type of relief in years. Today I came in for my 4th treatment and I can actually move my neck and hips and my numbness in my hands and fingers are almost completely gone. I cannot express enough how knowledgeable, professional, caring, and gifted Dr. Song is. He's thorough and exceptional. I wish I found him sooner. As a retired physical and massage therapist myself, I could tell how great he was upon the first time he worked on me. I'm so thankful to move again without pain and numbness. His office is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The music is also soothing and put me at ease as soon as I entered.

He has a lot of great reviews on acupuncture but everyone beware when he tries to sell any herbs…read more He sells it at 5 times the price you can get online or directly from the manufacture. It's criminal! He doesn't want you to see what it is so he removes the label so you can't search for it and puts his label on the bottle instead. He also tries to justify his price by saying that you pay for other expensive things, you can pay his price. People going for acupuncture are vulnerable and usually in pain and this is an abuse of his patients.

I really wanted to have a good experience here because the doctor was great. Unfortunately, the…read morefront desk experience completely changed my impression of the office. I asked for a doctor's note to excuse me from work for the next two days while I recover from my back injury. I was told the doctor was at lunch and assured that the note would be emailed to me. Three hours later, I still hadn't received anything, so I called to follow up. Again, I was told it would be sent shortly. Ironically, about a minute after that call, I received an email -- but it wasn't my doctor's note. It was a survey asking me to rate my experience. That pretty much summed up my experience. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through from the front desk was extremely disappointing. When someone is injured and relying on your office for documentation needed for work, they shouldn't have to repeatedly chase it down. The doctor himself was great, which is unfortunate because the front desk experience is the reason I rated my visit a 1. At this point, I'm not even sure I'll return for my follow-up appointment and may choose to continue my care somewhere else.
