I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over a year as my Dr. was not comfortable prescribing any pain medication even though I have been on it for over 19 years. My last appointment was in December. I was supposed to have one in Jan 26th, however I was called and told that I would not be able to get one until March so they gave me a refill till then. April comes and no appointments. I called twice to let them know I hadn't been seen, and my medications were nearly depleted. I was told that they best they could do was give me an appointment July 15th. I explained that one of my medications side effects was a mood booster, and that I have been warned multiple times, by multiple doctors not to stop it suddenly. Well that didn't matter to the scheduling department. July 15th was the best she would do for me. This staff happily let and my family suffer though the misery of the withdrawal symptoms that led to 2 urgent care and an emergency visit. Again Dr. Chen is amazing. Scheduling staff couldn't give a care if you died.

I was charged twice for what appeared to be the same procedure under two different business names: Evergreen Spine and Pain Center and White Pine Surgery Center. When I reported this to my attorney, the clinic claimed one charge was a facility fee--even though it was equal to the cost of the surgical procedure. Be very careful. These excessive charges can significantly reduce your final settlement and net recovery. Based on my experience, this clinic's billing practices felt unprofessional and unethical.

This facility is SO MUCH better than other physical therapy places. All the Dr.'s & the staff are very knowledgable & friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be. She could take the kids to a park or push them on a swing. I highly recommend Prime. Therapy & pain center & I would not go anywhere else.

After six weeks of therapy, most discomfort is gone and when it does come back, it doesn't linger and leaves fairly quickly. It has been over a couple of decades since feeling this good. I feel…read moreso lucky to have found her, she was recommended to me when I was looking for a neurologist specializing in headache conditions. I've seen three other neurologists and she has been by far the best experience. She is incredibly thorough, brilliant, and so kind/compassionate. She really listens and explains everything. She came up with a great plan of action for me and I'm happy to say that just a month after seeing her for the first time, my near daily head pain and very frequent migraines are drastically reduced. She also gave some insight on a potential new diagnosis for a different type of pain I'm experiencing. Dr. Al-Khouri is the best !! The rest of the staff is very sweet also. It's easy to make appointments and the texting function in the app is really helpful. Maggie has been great too in helping organize things.

Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and treated with standard human decency. As a retired police officer, Gregg has helped me through numerous shoulder and knee surgeries over the past 31 years. I have never received better care, or had a more caring and dedicated physical therapist. He and his staff make patients feel like family and everyone cares about your well being. Gregg and his staff don't just give you exercises, they monitor progress, make sure they are being done properly, pay attention to how your body handles things, and are consistently adjusting your program to best work with your body. One of the other things that is a standout is the hands-on soft tissue work included with the therapy session. The quality of care and dedication from Gregg and his staff have been a true blessing.
