This facility is SO MUCH better than other physical therapy places. All the Dr.'s & the staff are very knowledgable & friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & they really help you heal quicker. When my daughter needed PT, I told her to try this place & she was so impressed. She was in so much pain it hurt her to walk. Within 3 visits she could walk again. MY daughter put it very well when she said these Dr's help you get your life back & it actually helped her family, because now she could be the Mom she needed to be. She could take the kids to a park or push them on a swing. I highly recommend Prime. Therapy & pain center & I would not go anywhere else.

Did you schedule at such and such location? And more. After leaving 2 messages over 3 weeks ago, my Care Coordinator made an online appointment for me. Oh, she's not allowed to. So I made an appointment at the location I wanted , since I'd be in the area. Day before I got another text message with the same question as the prior week, so I sent referral. The week before I text the letter they sent me, "we've been trying to reach you." Ha! Their response? You should have told us you got a letter. Oh my! It's my fault now?!?! Their sinister service of helping with repeated failed attempts on my end for an appointment, was truly a huge let down and upset. I was done. As you can see on my typos. Their 101 questions don't cut it! I was approved. I made an appointment for the open slot on their website for the location I wanted, Moreno Valley. Nope! If Dr. Looma doesn't know what scheduling games they play, he should. Far too many are in the health "care" business but do nothing to show it, let alone actually care. During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.
