Been a customer since day one. Today the guy at the desk decided he didn't like Metaglasses and so asked me to take them off. I'm basically blind so I asked why and he ratoled off something about privacy. Always worn the same glasses been to several different dispensaries and never had a problem with him before probably wouldn't have been an issue except the guy was very rude. Terrible service. Ordered hard candy under the "hard candy" category on their kiosk. Paid for my order, and received gummies. Asked why I received gummies and they said " you ordered them. Told them I ordered hard candy and was told they have no hard candy in the store. Offered no explanation for why they allowed me to order hard candy when they have none. As well didn't offer a refund. Again just said " that's what you ordered, sorry. Won't go back. Terrible business model. read more

Never seen a business turn away customers. They close the store 15-20 minutes before closing time. And Manager 'Richard' told front desk not to let in any more customers. I stayed until 9 pm in the parking lot just to see. Last customer left at 8:53. Trifling and lazy liars. read more

Every time I come here I'm standing in line for at least 15 minutes and that's absolutely ridiculous especially after placing an online order ! They are alwaysssss short staffed. 7 registers and never 7 employees present with a line full of customers EVERY SINGLE TIME. My goodness it's sad. Super slowwww customer service. Do not come here if you need to grab and go! The people quite literally move like they might be a little cooked on the clock. The worst part is that today I went in there and the lady who checks ID's is having an entire conversation with somebody about his ascenders account instead of directing him to somebody inside. It seems as if their entire operations system is flawed. Why am I waiting for an id check........please. When I got inside the line is to the back of the store. The tellers are literally scrambling for pick up orders that have been placed before customers even arrive....and that makes no sense to me. What is the point of a pick up order. Why isn't it ready on the shelf when I come pick up my pick up order ??? Then you have customers that have no clue what they want holding up the same line ?? Why are there not sections and a certain amount of staff for each section. Pick ups for medical, pick ups for rec, a line for people undecided and needed assistance. Maybe even staff walking about like at cookies. Checking to see what customers need before they even get to the counter ! SOMETHING because this is absurd. I gotta find another dispensary in the area. Imagine trying to come here on break because you can't come at the end of a shift. You're gonna be shit out of luck. read more

I've been going here for 2 years and love the customer service. I've never had to wait in the medical line because I've always had priority and taken by the next cashier that's open. As far as the prices and selections, I have compared the offerings to Greenlight and found they have many of the same offerings as Natures and the price difference is 5 or 10 dollars on some strains. Greenlight does have a better layout. I have shopped both dispensaries to find the best deal and best strain. read more

Worst dispensary ever. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Last time they lied straight to my face, and this time they were extremely mean and disrespectful right out the gate. I came ready to spend over $200, with everything already picked out in a list and only ended up getting couple of things because I was too uncomfortable to finish my order. I came at 9:25. You're the only dispensary in the area open until 10. If you can't handle that, work somewhere else. Hire people that can do their job without making me feel like I shouldn't be there. Absolutely great staff; helpful insightful, and always respectful. The kiosis are easy to use/navigate. If at any point there's something I don't understand there has always been a team member to help. The prices are beyond reasonable with deals that blows other dispensaries out of the water. If your looking for cheap quality don't come here. If you can't afford much they have non-premium options as well so don't get too discouraged. Even if your order is placed hours long before the pick up time it still won't be ready when you arrive, They need to hire more cashiers because the line is always inconveniently long. Bad Customer Service , This company rarely ever answers the phone. Does not accommodate customers or hold the order they inform you to place. This company always locks the doors before actual closing time even with customers outside. They also Do not accept Apple Pay which is an inconvenience. They also charge you $5 extra to use to debit card for your purchase. Green light therapeutics is a dispensary less than 5 mins from ascend with excellent customer service, a customer waiting lounge area and the same point system they charge you a fee to use your debit card as well but I don't mind because the great customer service makes It worth it. read more

If you are medical customer, be prepared to wait in line. Recreational has 5 cashiers and will cycle customers in and out with no wait. Medical has 1 cashier and a line. Not a great place for medical users you will be treated like second class citizens. read more

i don't know why the store states that they close at 9pm but when i show up at 8:50 the doors are already locked. if the store closes at 9 then you should keep the doors open until that time. this is absolutely the worst dispensary in Maryland. read more

Just greedy and scammy. no deals. You might as well just go up the street to greenlight wellness 2 miles up the street. Up charge you like seven dollars if you're using a debit card and then give you cash back. Your loyalty points disappear for no reason and for some reason your phone number isn't sufficient enough for you to gain points online when you put your order in,. I love Ascend! The kiosk make everything so much easier. I go at least every other week and I have never had any issues. If you go during the day on weekdays it is alwayssss empty and I am in and out. They are always packed on weekends though so you will have to wait in a line. Other than that I definitely recommend them! read more
