I hired this company to replace a smoke alarm in my bedroom that was too high for my ladder to reach. Let's start with the good: Good 1. They offered to come same day. The next day worked better for me and they agreed. 2. They came with all the materials required, including an extension ladder. 3. Tod was very friendly and efficient. He didn't make a mess and replaced the alarm in about 20 minutes. Bad 1. Tod was scheduled to arrive at 8 AM but didn't arrive until 8:40 AM. This wouldn't have been such an issue except he didn't call to let me know when to expect him. I tried calling the phone listed on the Yelp page but no one picked up. I was told that he got the number of my condo wrong. Overall, the service was o.k. I understand that people get behind and traffic can be an issue, particularly in Orange County. However, it is reasonable for the customer to expect a phone call to give an updated time to arrival. I might give them one more shot. read more

After kitchen demolition, there are damages on the drywall, we need to find someone to repair the dry wall as soon as possible since the new kitchen installation has been scheduled soon after. Todd and Marco are THE nicest people in the business. Marco came to our home today to paint and hang a door I had purchased at Home Depot. I called Todd earlier in the week to schedule. Our puppy accidentally got locked in our room so we had to break the door down. Unfortunately, the door I purchased was too narrow for our door jam. We had the unfortunate luck of getting a slab leak in our new home after a week of moving in. The plumbing service we called to fix it initially was jerking us around when we needed the dry wall repaired so I started calling around. I was very lucky to find Todd at ASAP Services! This is my first Yelp review ... yea me :) These guys did such an amazing job, it compelled me to signup and post a review. Ok, three words come to mind when describing Todd and Marco at ASAP Services ... Quality, affordable and knowledgeable. I say quality because the work came out fantastic. Especially when it came to the final touches, such as properly grouting the baseboards and edge line trim, texture and paint matching, seem lines and the like. As for affordability, they accomplished everything without going a penny over budget and even went the extra mile on a few things no charge. The real benefit to me in hiring Todd was that he was able to do everything on my list, so I didn't have to hire multiple contractors. I had a tight deadline, as I was remodeling my house for resale, so having one crew who could perform all the work, guarantee the deadline and come in on budget was critical ... and they delivered! Here are some of the big-ticket items they did ... Remove the existing floor tile (lots and lots of tile), surface the floor and install new laminate, patch-sand-texture-paint multiple walls (To stretch the budget, they matched the existing walls perfectly, minimizing the amount of painting required), replace all fluorescent lighting with recessed LED's & crown molding, new stacked stone fireplace ... and they did some plumbing, installed toilets, removed overgrown vines from the top of the chimney and even welded my broken gate. Todd and Marco cleaned up at the end of each day, provided daily start times within an hour and even hauled everything to the dump. I attached pics of their work.
