After kitchen demolition, there are damages on the drywall, we need to find someone to repair the dry wall as soon as possible since the new kitchen installation has been scheduled soon after. We called several people, some people quoted us very high price because the urgency of the project. Todd' price is reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. Todd and Marco are THE nicest people in the business. Marco came to our home today to paint and hang a door I had purchased at Home Depot. I called Todd earlier in the week to schedule. Our puppy accidentally got locked in our room so we had to break the door down. Unfortunately, the door I purchased was too narrow for our door jam. Todd called to let me know that Marco had already painted the door but a trip to Home Depot was needed to get the correct size. Not only did Todd recommend someone at Home Depot for me to speak with, but he also explained to her exactly what I needed. You have no idea how helpful it is to have someone "hold your hand" when you're home improvementally challenged! This is my first Yelp review ... yea me :) These guys did such an amazing job, it compelled me to signup and post a review. Ok, three words come to mind when describing Todd and Marco at ASAP Services ... Quality, affordable and knowledgeable. I say quality because the work came out fantastic. Especially when it came to the final touches, such as properly grouting the baseboards and edge line trim, texture and paint matching, seem lines and the like. As for affordability, they accomplished everything without going a penny over budget and even went the extra mile on a few things no charge. The real benefit to me in hiring Todd was that he was able to do everything on my list, so I didn't have to hire multiple contractors. I had a tight deadline, as I was remodeling my house for resale, so having one crew who could perform all the work, guarantee the deadline and come in on budget was critical ... and they delivered! Here are some of the big-ticket items they did ... Remove the existing floor tile (lots and lots of tile), surface the floor and install new laminate, patch-sand-texture-paint multiple walls (To stretch the budget, they matched the existing walls perfectly, minimizing the amount of painting required), replace all fluorescent lighting with recessed LED's & crown molding, new stacked stone fireplace ... and they did some plumbing, installed toilets, removed overgrown vines from the top of the chimney and even welded my broken gate. Todd and Marco cleaned up at the end of each day, provided daily start times within an hour and even hauled everything to the dump. I attached pics of their work. I was in a pinch looking for a drywall-er for that afternoon. I found ASAP here on Yelp. Todd was very helpful and arranged to have someone do the work right away. Todd and Marco did a beautiful job matching textured ceiling, blending in drywall but the paint didn't match very well. They repainted without trying to charge me more and the tenants are delighted with the work. I ended up needing drywall work done in that same apartment's bedroom and they did an amazing job as well. Last week we had a major leak in our brand new house. Water was everywhere. I quickly looked on Yelp and called ASAP Services because I was hoping, purely by the name, that they would arrive the quickest. Todd calmed me down and assured me that he was sending someone who would be at my house in 10 minutes. Curtis arrived in 10 minutes as promised and immediately started trouble shooting the issue. Curtis was able to locate and isolate the problem and walk us through every step of dealing with a home owner's insurance claim. We were able to get our insurance claim through in one day thanks to Curtis' help. Curtis arrived the next morning and immediately began working on the plumbing issue. He did an excellent job of fixing the plumbing issue while doing the least amount of destruction to our bathroom. Once Curtis finished the plumbing work, he assured us that he could put our bathroom and baseboards back together. Boy was he right. Our house actually looks better than it was before and it's a brand new house. All of the plumbing and repair work to our home was completed in one week and it was a big job. We hit the jackpot with ASAP Services. I have already referred them to my mom and my husband and I just declared last night that they will be the first people we call with any of our house needs in the future.
