They used this courier and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. Yesterday, we received an email from Wayfair about this situation, and it's so remarkable that I'm going to include it here: "Our Logistics Manager let me know that this would not be an issue once the Chaise Lounges are located, but that getting hold of someone at Buffalo Courier Services in Rochester is very difficult. If you are able speak with someone at the terminal, you are welcome to make the request. We are working to resolve the backlog at the delivery agent's terminal as quickly as we can." How completely insane is that? Wayfair can't even reach their own subcontractor, so they're basically telling us to see if we have better luck reaching them than they do. Seems like Buffalo Courier Services isn't picking up the phone when they see that it's Wayfair calling. Unreal. Stay far, far away from this company.
