If I could do a minus 10 rating I surely would. How companies like this are still in business is beyond me. We ordered from overseas from Natural Herb Center in South Africa . They used this courier and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. After repeatedly asking for more money for this and that (customs etc which they assured would be refunded) I guess we are screwed as we will not get the product ordered or the money back. They had the nerve to tell us no one was home to receive the delivery. My husband and I are both retired and we were home all day and available. No attempt was ever made to deliver anything. Then they wanted us to pay another $127 for the re delivery which we have refused. Maybe they went to the wrong house but they did not come here. The herb company has agreed to refund our money on their end but we lost more money in the process and shipment. No one answers the phone. When you leave a message they don't call back. They rarely answer your email questions. Just read all the reviews. They speak for themselves. I will be reporting to better business bureau. They should be investigated. We ordered a set of chaise lounges from Wayfair about two months ago, and it still hasn't arrived. After multiple calls to Wayfair, we were informed that the problem is that Buffalo Courier Services has fallen dramatically behind, and isn't even returning Wayfair's calls! Yesterday, we received an email from Wayfair about this situation, and it's so remarkable that I'm going to include it here: "Our Logistics Manager let me know that this would not be an issue once the Chaise Lounges are located, but that getting hold of someone at Buffalo Courier Services in Rochester is very difficult. If you are able speak with someone at the terminal, you are welcome to make the request. We are working to resolve the backlog at the delivery agent's terminal as quickly as we can." How completely insane is that? Wayfair can't even reach their own subcontractor, so they're basically telling us to see if we have better luck reaching them than they do. Seems like Buffalo Courier Services isn't picking up the phone when they see that it's Wayfair calling. Unreal. Stay far, far away from this company. read more

If only negative stars were an option. What a complete joke. I cannot believe that a giant company like Wayfair would put up with this. Patio furniture that shipped out of California on 5/29/2018 has magically disappeared at this company. We called our credit card company and had the charges removed when we found out that delivery was not going to arrive after nearly a month of waiting. Two months later, the Wayfair site still says that the package is in transit. We ordered patio furniture from Sam's Club and it was delivered 4 days later. Do not recommend at all!. Item from Wayfair stuck in warehouse, they don't know where , was supposed to be delivered Friday June 1st, no show, no call. Would not call to tell me they cannot schedule for at least 5 days, had to be told by Wayfair. When I called them and put *67 in front of number so it comes up restricted they answered, when I didn't restrict it they would not answer my call. Buffalo Courrier Express deserves no stars. I scheduled and rescheduled delivery 3 times over the course of more than a month- and finally we ended up going to Buffalo Courier and picking up the item ourselves. The only reason I give them one star is that I cannot give a lower rating. My cabinets are now 6 days delayed. No one from Buffalo Courier will answer the phone. The owner does not return phone calls. On the first delivery attempt only 7 of 48 pieces was delivered. Our bathroom vanity was in pieces on the truck. The driver informed me that it was damaged by the individual who loaded the truck at the warehouse. When he called his manager he was told him to leave the damaged cabinet and let the customer and manufacturer deal with it. I cannot imagine why a company the size of American Woodmark would use a company with this type of service record. read more

Delivered my first NordicTrack damaged, replacement delivered 2 weeks later. The night before the technician was supposed to come over to assemble the machine, he calls to say he is quitting the company because he hasn't been paid in 3 weeks!! Worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. On first shipment they dropped a couch off on the WRONG STREET (did not contact me to confirm, did not knock on door, etc.). Parcel was eventually delivered by the resident who was kind enough to deliver it. Second shipment they rescheduled multiple times, then did not deliver in the time window stated on two different occasions. As I type this I've been on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes without talking to anyone, and the emails I've sent have not been answered. Avoid at all costs. read more

I ordered a mattress through Purple and the first time Buffalo Courier was supposed to deliver it they lost it, then Purple reordered for us and Buffalo Courier just didn't show up at the time they said they would. I totally agree with the others regarding the lousy service from this company. They've had my furniture since March 12; I never received a call from them to schedule delivery. I had to call them via EFW. We scheduled delivery for April 2, never showed. No call either. So I cleared my afternoon, moved heavy furniture and rugs around to accommodate the new stuff, and for what??? I still don't have my furniture and no clue when it'll be delivered. This isn't the first time I've had problems with them. If you order from Overstock or Wayfair, chances are you'll have them "delivering". The delivery men are rude and couldn't care less what you think of them. Why they are still in business is a mystery. If I could give this business a 0 star I would in a heart beat. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I had furniture delivered through them and they do not EVER pick up their telephone number or return emails. The company who I ordered the furniture from could not get a response from them either and escalated this issue all the way to their distribution manager - who informed me they are severing relationships with this courier in our area from this and many, many other bad experiences they have learned of. We had no idea where my items were and when we would expect to see them - that is extremely nerve wracking when you order thousands of dollars worth of furniture and are on a deadline to have it delivered. When a woman called to finally set up delivery of my furniture, I asked the woman what number I could call her on should I have a problem and she wasn't able to give me a telephone number - it was very shady. Upon delivery - they were late and not within the window of time given. I had paid for a service to have the furniture set up and all packing materials removed. Rather, the delivery men left the furniture in all it's wrapping and tried having me sign something saying it was all in great condition which I refused to do. From start to finish once the furniture got to their delivery service it was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! They do not belong in business - they are unprofessional and borderline crooks. read more

If I could give this business a 0 I would. This company is apparently one of the delivery companies contracted through Wayfair to make large furniture deliveries. I ordered a chair in January and there was a tear and stain on the chair. We are not sure if this happened during delivery or before hand but either way I contacted Wayfair and they had another chair sent and had to have Buffalo Courier Services pick-up the damaged one. A date was set in advance and I was informed that if that date needed to be changed I would just have to call and let them know. Unfortunately something came up for work so I roughly five days in advance to reschedule. I was unable to get in touch with someone so I left a detailed voicemail requesting a callback to change the date. The next day no one got in touch with me. So I called again, again no one answered so I left another detailed message. Again, no return call. Finally I received several calls and voicemails while at work on the date of the original scheduled delivery. I returned the delivery person's calls and informed him that I had left several unanswered voicemails about this date needing to be switched. He was kind and informed me that he would reschedule the delivery for Friday the next week. That next Friday I reached out as I had not heard anything back. The woman I spoke to indicated that the chair would not be delivered because there was some mix up but informed me that she would have the driver deliver it the next day, which seemed odd since that would have been a Saturday and their hours are only Monday through Friday until 4pm, but she insisted that the driver agreed to Saturday because of the mix up and that he would call me by the end of the day to set up a time. He never called and the chair was not delivered the next day either. Finally Wayfair contacted me and was furious with Buffalo Courier Services for all the issues and reported that they would have the company reach out to me to schedule by the end of the week. The company didn't reach out until the following week. When I called back we discussed the issues and the woman was able to accommodate my need for delivery to be after 1pm simply due to the fact that I had already taken off of work or left work early and/or cancelled other plans when they were supposed to deliver and did not. I was grateful for her working with me, but also it showed good customer service as these prior issues had been their fault. The next day I got phone calls and voicemails from the driver stating "We are trying to make this work, but it's really getting hard". I returned his phone call and informed him that the delivery was scheduled for after 1pm, he denied ever getting any information on that and stated "Well I will see what I can do". I then reached out twice myself to the office where both of my phone calls were not answered and sent to a general voicemail. I finally requested that my husband call from his work phone and magically someone answered!! They stated that the delivery would again not be made. This place is a complete joke!! read more

I had an absolutely horrible experience Buffalo Courier Services. They were hired to provide last mile and deliver a new mattress and remove the old one. They lost my order for over a week. When they finally did show up their driver was incredibly rude, damaged the new mattress, then lied to me. Customer service was no help and was equally as rude, then she actually hung up on me when I complained that didn't do what they were paid for, and then refused to answer phone when I called back. I noticed my bedroom set was finally here and I contacted Buffalo Courier Services. I set up at date and time. I received a call 2 hours later from Buffalo Courier Services attempting to set another date and time. I took the day off from work to meet the driver. The driver never called, and has not shown up. I would never use this service if I had a choice. They lost our 10 foot slide for 2 weeks and even though they said they were going to deliver it. How do you lose a 10 ft slide! Then, they tried to tell me they never received the slide which is why they did not deliver it when they said they would deliver it. In addition, when I called, I left messages and they never called back. When I finally got ahold of a person, that person said they had no way of knowing which truck or which driver had the slide that was supposed to be delivered. Finally got replacement scheduled, and the driver calls to tell me he can't fit his truck under the bridge. I try to offer solutions, and then finally say you have to come in to the other side of town. He tells me I need to meet him and put it in my vehicle. Now, I paid EXTRA for WHITE GLOVE service. I tell him that isn't possible. He starts yelling at me, telling me I am giving him attitude. Proceeds to yell and yell and then hang up. I Bflo currier direct. She says she will call me back. I ordered a sliding glass door through Home Depot and I guess they use this service for deliveries of these doors. The woman I spoke with originally had scheduled to have my door delivered July 13th between 10 and 2, 2 o clock came around and it wasn't delivered so I called the number I was left in my voicemail originally and apparently the door never even made it on the delivery truck. The woman I was on the phone with was very upset with the fact that her other work employees didn't tell her/ let her know that it was never put on route so that she could let me know. At first I wasn't upset because I realize it wasn't her fault and that she was upset for me, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She told me was going to get a hold of someone to see if it could be delivered on the 16th and would get back to me. Then I didn't hear from her so I called back and she said it will most likely be delivered on Monday but I'm waiting to hear on a time window so I can let you know. I still haven't heard back from her. I then tried to call the woman who I originally scheduled the delivery with and I got her voicemail telling me she is no longer with the company which is making me feel very uneasy about the fact that I spent so much on this door and am not sure when I will actually be getting this. I'm pretty disappointed with their customer service and am surprised that Home Depot deals with them when they seem a little unorganized. I hope I get my door soon.. read more

My husband and I bought a Tempur-pedic mattress from the Tempur-pedic store, however unfortunately their subcontractor is buffalo courier services. We moved here from Indy a few weeks ago and have been waiting for our mattress to arrive. We were supposed to get a call when our mattress arrived at the warehouse, but noone called so we had to track it through tempur-pedic representatives. THey informed us that it was in Buffalo. We finally got a call and had a our mattress was scheduled to be delivered on a Friday, but they told us that someone quit and it never came. The lady said they only had one delivery man so we would have to reschedule.Then it was supposed to come on Wednesday; however, noone called or came. When we called earlier in the day, the lady said that she didn't know what truck our mattress was on. Now I'm starting to wonder if it was even out for delivery. Unfortunately for the people we bought the mattress from, we are now returning it since it may never find it's way into our home. Going with a local mattress firm that doesn't outsource it's delivery with guaranteed delivery in 2 days! hopefully this time it goes better :) read more
