In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

The tub in the master was converted into a walk-in shower. New electrical and ventilation were added. The owner Justin was great to work with, communicated almost daily, and stopped by the house frequently to check on the progress of the work and answer any questions or concerns I had. Selvin the team lead is a true craftsman, knows his stuff, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Others on the team worked equally hard and they have all been with Calabrese for at least 10 years. I was pleased to see the company take their time and do a quality job instead of a rushed one like you often see. They addressed each of my concerns and the results speak for themself. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

We used KDC to renovate our Kitchen, Master Bathroom, and fix some other issues around the house that involved tiling, plumbing, drywall, etc. We first started with KDC on the kitchen, where we had them install all new countertops, and replace our cabinets, basically a whole kitchen renovation. They handled everything and had people for plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical. Everything was handled for us with minimal involvement other than picking out materials. It was one of the easiest experiences where we picked out what we wanted in their showroom and had their project manager coming to the house to review progress on a consistent basis. With how smoothly the kitchen went, we had KDC fix our guest bathroom where things went just as smooth, and then do a whole renovation of the master bathroom. Similarly, we picked out all of the materials in their showroom and the results were amazing. The quality and craftsmanship is very detailed, with new cabinets, tiling, moving different fixtures to new locations, and installation of everything flawlessly. They even alerted us to a cheaper countertop option that still met our needs. All in all, it seems like KDC worked on half the house and did some in a timely and expert way. We've recommended them to friends and happy to do so for others. It was refreshing trusting someone to do a great job with minimal supervision and we're thrilled with the results.

Let me first start by saying if you are looking for a company to do a remodeling project, large or…read moresmall, we highly recommend calling Langley Remodeling. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We moved into our home nearly 9 years ago with a completely unfinished basement, and we were ready to build our dream basement. We first contacted a contractor that we had previously used and whose work we were happy with but as circumstances would have it and several months later with no progress, we parted ways with him and began our search for someone new. After scouring the internet and reading multiple reviews, we decided on our top 3 companies to interview. In the end, we decided on Langley, and we are so happy we chose them. From the very beginning, you feel like a valued customer. They responded promptly to my initial inquiry and later that evening we were talking to UE, the president of the company, about our project. UE was very friendly, patient, and transparent about how their company works and explained in detail their process from the design to the construction. We knew what we wanted in our basement, but it was the design where we most needed direction. When UE first came out to our house, he spent more time than any of the other contractors we had interviewed going over our project and taking measurements, photos and video of our basement. He promised one of his designers would be contacting us in a couple of weeks because they were finishing up other projects; however, Pinar, our designer, reached out to us within a week and immediately guided us, inquiring about our interests and style. She gave suggestions on how best to communicate our interests like sending her pictures and/or setting up a Pinterest board, which worked well for us. Throughout the design process, Pinar was patient, creative, and a pleasure to work with. If we had different thoughts about her rendering, she would be open to our ideas and would incorporate them into her design. Construction began very soon after we agreed on the design and contract details. Our project manager Starlyn and assistant project manager Kenia were very professional and pleasures to work with. Starlyn was very patient with us and was at our job site practically every day making sure progress was moving along. As first-time customers and since the project was quite large, we were naturally a bit stressed about how things would go, but Starlyn was patient and understanding, and he would address all our questions or concerns as they came up. All the construction workers were Langley employees from the carpenters, plumbers, painters and electricians. We really did not interact with them too much but when we did, they too were very polite and professional. At the end of every day, my wife and I would look at the progress, and we could tell they were very skilled due to the quality in the craftsmanship. I could keep going about how excellent our experience with Langley was, but I will let the photos of our project do the talking. Again, if you are looking for a contractor for your home improvement project, we highly recommend Langley!

We sought estimates from other contractors but we felt none of them measured up to H&C in terms of their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. Even from the very beginning, before we had finalized a design or signed a contract, Luis and his team's responsiveness and professionalism always made us feel as though we were a valued client. That continued throughout the entire process as we worked with them to develop a design that fit within our budget. Fabio was assigned as our project manager and we couldn't be more thankful for him! He was on top of every last detail and when we had two unforeseen issues come up during demolition, he was quick to provide us a thorough assessment of the issue, several options, and his professional recommendation. It was extremely evident that Fabio and his crew that were here every day were a strong team and it was reflected in their daily communications, their craftsmanship, and their meticulous attention to detail. We'll definitely recommend H&C to our friends and family for any remodeling projects. We're looking forward to enjoying our new kitchen for years to come!
