Natalie was great at responding to my emails and answering my questions promptly, which was of the utmost importance to me. (It took days to hear back from other photographers we considered.) Ultimately, however, we decided on another photographer due to the price of their packages. I think they were very reasonable for what you get - two photographers for the day, a long engagement session, and a very well done album - but we had to cut the budget and decided on one photographer, which reduced the costs.
