One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. He was local and did such a great job about three or four years ago and he was very friendly. It is a Sunday, I don't know if I got him at a bad time but he pretty much said he didn't want to do the job. First he said he was too busy so I asked when he could and just said he just couldn't. He messaged back saying he would like to speak to me instead of the other plumbers that quoted $225-$250 flat cost. I called and David wanted to see photos of my issue by phone. Sent pictures to him and he said all I needed was to turn off the water main in the house. He then instructed me on how to replace the fill valve and to properly re-pressurize the water lines and check for leaks. David basically did the repairs I needed without a service call.
