Costs have increased and while everything is become expensive, increasing the cost of tempered glass almost $20 per unit is not warranted... while they may still support the 5 year warranty, this may go away. Also, if your window is older than 10 years, the unit will not be warranted. Add to that , no more re-screening of screens that fail . Montana is not New Mexico... the new owner will learn that ... soon. And why the need for new space in the far North East part of town ? I'll go with a 3 star rating for now...

The owner himself came and took care of this and the work was done quickly. It wasn't perfect (some small edges were broken with the vandalism and/or busting out the existing glass. Price seemed competitive also. Owner exceptionally polite and responsive.

The sash of the picture window had marks from a break-in and screens were damaged. He and a helper show up just replace the glass in the center. They smeared some white putty over the marks on the sash. Said he would replace the screens, then after getting payment of $632.14 he said "get me the old screens and I'll replace them". I told him the old screens were sent out in the trash all broken up but the other windows on the building are the same size. He said "get me the old screens and I'll replace them" as he's scurrying to his truck! I called him on the phone about the sash being all chiped up and the screens. He said "Don't call me again" then hung up on me. WOW! Don't recommend anyone ever doing business with this man...

Imagine my surprise when it rained and the leak returned. I had two window companies look at the window BEFORE the drywall was repaired and closed. Everybody said the existing window looked fine. They were wrong. Out of frustration I called Casey at Door and Window Company and he was kind enough to talk me through the issue to troubleshoot it over the phone. He decided to come take a look. It took him less than 10 minutes to discover that the leak was from coming from the window that was less than 10 years old. Not only that, but Casey also determined that the person who installed the window used the wrong window and that is why it was leaking. They installed a block frame window that was allowing water to seep right in. Casey immediately ordered a new window and came back to install it when it came in. From start to finish Casey was a pro who cares. He could have given me the same lip service the other two companies gave me but he went the extra mile to do the job correctly and I am grateful for people like Casey. Honest and professional.

I Waited three hours in the lobby because the new glass windshield was not the correct size, for my vehicle. The wait was not the issue here, after staying past there closing hours on the way home there was a lot of outside hair coming into my vehicle from the bottom of my windshield . I called the business the next day, I was told to bring my vehicle in again to see what the issue was. I took off work and went in again. I wanted to replace the glass because this is a hazard, they were not willing to do that. They globbed more black window glue from where the hole was and sent me on my way. On the way home again there was still wind and air coming in my vehicle. I called the business again and explained my concerns about the hazards, I was told to come in again and I took off work for the 2nd time to correct their mistake. Today after the service I see where they put a large amount black glue to cover up the hole from where the window was not installed properly again. The rain and water damage that is most likely in my vehicles dash and vents is going to cost more than what I saved coming here. I posted pictures of the amount of times I had to return along with their messy work. Under the plastics there is globs of black adhesive.
