My two car metal garage door snapped a single hinge so I was referred to Exodus, expecting to get up-sold to a new door. Except they actually fixed the door. Replaced the hinges in one panel all the way across, lubed the door and retentioned the springs. My cost: $49 for a house call and $20 for parts and no charge for the tune-up. Less than $75 including sales tax. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

So grateful for Exodus doors today! Our garage door spring chose the pandemic period to give up on itself and we couldn't get our cars out of the garage even to get essential supplies. The door kept falling back down after opening a couple of feet. We were able to get a hold of Exodus and thankfully, they were still working on repairs. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone after we sent a photo and send someone out within the hour! I think we called around 10:30 and the door was fully functional again by noon! We had a more complicated spring setup to fix so it came out to $172 (but I heard $170 and had already written out the check but they were very gracious and didn't want the $2 in cash). Don't waste your time trying to get any work done by this company. I needed three garage doors for new construction. One large garage door and two RV garage doors. This would be a pretty profitable job that most normal business people would welcome but not this guy. My friend has used him in the past and this is the only reason I called him. I gave him the door measurements I was interested in and he said he would get back to me with prices. I called and texted him several times and my friend called him at least twice over a period of about a month. NO RESPONSE! Most of these companies require money up front to order a door for you. Keep this review in mind if you decide to do business with this non motivated business owner because you may never hear from him again. I know he is not dead because I see him mowing his lawn daily at his house where his office is. So why is he so rude in not responding? Only he knows. Buyer beware. I ended up buying all three doors from another company. He missed out big time and based on his lack of interest in business Im now extremely happy he never called back and even happier I did not front any money as I would probably have to sue him. Normally I would be even more vocal about what I think of his behavior but out of respect for past dealings my friend had with him Ill keep it as short and diplomatic as possible considering how deplorable his behavior was. Too bad yelp requires at least one star because I would give negative stars if I could. Maybe he is not capable of doing a serious job, I dont know and Ill never know because Eloy is just plain unresponsive. Stole our deposit money. We ordered a door they ordered the wrong size blamed it on us said he would order the right one. Door never showed. Attempted to get our money back and he wanted to give us the incorrect door and had didn't even have the hardware. Not professional and very rude over the phone. This company was recommended to me by my neighbor and I could not be more pleased. My kids and I arrived home last night when the garage door spring snapped. I first called another company and they could put me on the schedule but not until NEXT week. So I called Exodus and left a message. The owner called me back within the hour and made an appointment for not only the same day but within 2 hours. (He also told me the cost of the repair while on the phone.) My husband and I were sitting in our living room last night when we heard a loud noise coming from our garage. One of our garage door springs had broken in half. At 9:30 this morning my husband called Exodus Door to get a quote and perhaps set up and appointment to get the springs replaced. They gave us a quote and said someone could be out today between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. A repairman showed up at 10:00. After replacing the springs, he checked to make sure everything was nice and tight and that there were no other problems. He found some broken hinges, so he replaced them, too. He was finished at 10:30. We couldn't believe it! The entire job was finished and hour after we called them. We have lived in Albuquerque for almost four years and have never had such great service from any repair company of any type. The total price, including parts, was less than $200 which was a pleasant surprise. Our house is over thirty years old so I'm pretty sure we'll eventually have another problem with our garage door. If and when that happens, we will definitely call Exodus Door. These guys are fantastic! read more

We left a message for Exodus right away and bright and early on Monday morning, they called back with a very fair cost estimate and service promised at 2 pm. They actually came early!!
