The inside of many of the wings however was dry and chewy. This is where the disappointment set in. I hoped it was just one or two that were dry but we both commented on the wings being dried out. The homemade blue cheese was fine but nothing exceptional. Overall, I don't get the hype and it's not a place I would be willing to go back to and wait 2 hours for wings again. I think there are plenty of comparable options that don't take the entire night to get your food.
