Cute, neat, little shop. I went with a friend to try something new and we had a ton of fun. I can't wait to come back with my daughter

There are plenty of options for walk ins. Canvas, ceramics, wood items. Since it was not an instructor led project we were given detailed instructions that were very easy to follow. The staff set up our area with the canvases we selected and one ceramic project. All the supplies were laid out as well. We had plenty of room to work and chat. My kids joined me: ages 15 and 11 Our artwork did not turn out like the sample, but made for some great laughs and excellent memories. Somehow my beach scene took on the resemblance of a frog or some creature. who knew making a shadow on the water would be so hard. I look forward to visiting again. Staff were kind, helpful and readily available to answer our questions. Wish I had asked more questions. Bonus: you can bring your own drinks/snacks

The class was pretty full. We painted a beach scene with the artist painting the pic being viewable via TV. That was different but welcomed. You can bring your own wine and snacks. We had wine, cheese and crackers. It was really fun! They selected a few folks from a gameplay and they won pictures. Those celebrating were brought on the stage and were given gifts! I will definitely come back here.

I got lost in the paint and spent hours here painting a piece, I don't recommend coming if you don't want to spend a few hours painting. 10 stars from me

My fiancé and I had a very disappointing experience. When we first arrived, we were genuinely…read moreexcited. I even mentioned wanting to paint something inside the main studio, and as we were walked over to the other studio, the owner told us they close at 6 and that we would be called back to paint the pieces we made. That made us even more excited about the full experience. As beginners, we expected a more hands-on approach, especially since the class is advertised as beginner-friendly and the goal is to complete two pieces. Instead, we found ourselves constantly asking the instructor for help, only to receive very brief responses before they turned away again. With only one instructor and little to no hands-on guidance, the experience was frustrating and not what we signed up for. As shown in the photo, my piece would not stay centered on the wheel, and I wasn't given the support needed to fix it. Because of this, I was only able to complete one piece, while my fiancé was able to complete two. We drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for this class, so our expectations were high, which made the outcome even more disappointing. We wanted to speak to someone about our experience right after the class, but the main studio had already closed at 6, and it was around 6:06 by the time we finished. I later contacted the manager to discuss our experience. She initially offered a free class with another instructor, but we declined because we didn't feel confident the experience would be any different. We simply wanted to take our business elsewhere and move on. We were not interested in picking up our pieces at any point; we just wanted to forget the experience altogether. Her response felt dismissive and unapologetic, which made us even more certain that we did not want to return. During the conversation, she compared the situation to going to a movie and not liking it, which didn't feel like an accurate comparison. A pottery class is a guided service where instruction and support are expected especially for beginners unlike a passive experience like watching a movie. After about 10 minutes of back-and-forth, she offered a 50% refund, which we didn't feel was appropriate. She eventually agreed to a full refund, but her tone remained dismissive and unprofessional, and she ultimately hung up on me. Overall, I would not recommend this place for beginners. The lack of hands-on instruction, limited support, and the way our concerns were handled made the entire experience disappointing from start to finish.

Everything, from the planning, to…read morethe payment, to the accommodations, to the actual painting session-- it was handled so professionally and yet it still felt so personal, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially because I had a lot of issues settling on a date. Kate was the person who handled this specific interaction and I'm not sure if that is always the case, but she is such an easygoing person and was so understanding and patient during our communication, and when everyone showed up to get started painting everything was already set up and the environment was so relaxed that it was impossible NOT to have a good time! Kate guided me to choosing a painting for my party that would fit within the time limits, and the options are nearly limitless so there is definitely something for everyone! Even the boys had a good time! Again, Kate is so relaxed and patient that painters of all levels were very comfortable and she was very helpful in answering any questions! Good to know: they do have adult beverages as well as sodas and water available for purchase! All supplies, including aprons, are included in the price of participating! In short, we had an incredible time and came away with gorgeous "party favors"--our paintings! Would love to come back for a class!

It looked VERY daunting. Two hours later, my piece surprisingly came out pretty nice! And, I liked it so much that I did it again! I went back to do a lighthouse. I believe the instructor's name on this one was Karen for the lighthouse. That was a tough piece. Karen took a lot of time with us. It was a two hour class, and I had no idea that it had already been three hours! She was so nice. In the end, I was also pretty satisfied with my lighthouse. :) Participants made an evening out of the class, too. Groups went together, and on the lighthouse class, I went on a Saturday night, several people brought wine and snacks. Lots of fun! The two pieces I did made for very nice Christmas presents I gave them to a good friend with whom I did a fall trip with that had the trees with the red autumn leaves and lighthouses. She loved them! I can honestly say that I am hooked! I am definitely planning to go back. There is another lighthouse piece that I'm wanting to do when they feature it.

She did not get to make as many projects as advertised. I feel like most of her time was spent on coloring sheets--instead of on paintings and on crafts. It's too expensive to pay for my child to go to "art camp" and produce items she could have done at home. It felt like it was a bait and switch. I like the instructors we've had, but I don't like the direction the owner(s) is/are taking this company to make money. I will not do business with them again.
