If you have a newer car the dealer is the best option as they see many of the same kind of car and they are the experts. If your car is older - its a toss up... I took my SuperTaurus to the Ford dealer and they said none of our mechanics are old enough to own the tools to work on that.... I've probably tried so many different places and I was impressed with the people working here. They were competent and hard working and there was no useless middleman service writer in sight. Service advisors - i think sometimes they have a time and place - but it can be frustrating not being able to speak with the mechanic directly. To get simple wants or needs to the ears of the mechanic can become a game of telephone. Only odd thing I noticed is that you enter through a gas station which can be hard to find. It is a one way driveway and exit only from the main road. Parking is limited. Call first to see if they are busy. First in first served policy.

If you are fortunate enough to have the manager or the young black lady (she's a mechanic) that works there service your car, you will be happy as well as satisfied with their work. The other guys are knowledgeable about car care as well. Upgrading my last review: Check JIFFY LUBE out, their prices are fair and the service is great.

Whether it's helping me find the best deal, explaining my options, answering my endless questions, or making sure I'm getting quality parts at a fair price, he's always been honest, patient, and transparent. At no point have I ever felt pressured into buying something I didn't need. Instead, he's always helped me make the decision that was best for my budget and long-term goals. Abraham is the mechanic who's worked on my car, and his workmanship has been outstanding. He installed my CarPlay system flawlessly, and every job he's done has been done with care and attention to detail. It's obvious he takes pride in his work, and that gives me confidence every time I leave the shop. Carlos has always been welcoming and professional at the front desk, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. Leo has also been incredibly kind and helpful. He's always willing to lend a hand, and on one occasion he even gave me a ride to work while my car was being worked on. Those small acts of kindness say a lot about the kind of people they are. One thing I really appreciate about Joe's Tires is their honesty. I've seen reviews criticizing pricing, but from my experience, they've always been upfront with me. Different parts, brands, and repairs naturally come with different costs, and they've consistently taken the time to explain my options so I can decide what works best for me. I've never felt misled; only well-informed. What really sets this shop apart is the way they treat their customers. Every visit has been met with professionalism, respect, and genuine hospitality. You can tell they care about building long-term trust, not just making a sale. I trust Joe's Tires with my Honda Civic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest people, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Thank you to Tito, Abraham, Carlos, Leo, and the entire Joe's Tires team. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me.

I dealt with Francisco directly today and I want to point out, he ended up fixing my cars mistakes that another Big O caused. I've been to a lot of mechanics, and I just want to say, kindness is not a substitute for competence, and lack of customer service is not an indication you will get scammed or your car is better off with someone else. I have had family friends who are mechanics, who have been kind, but not capable. I go to a Chinese restaurant for the food, not the customer service. Just some food for thought. I would come back here. I think they do a good job.

Since they were closing soon, the front desk person mentioned I could leave the flat tire there overnight and pick it up in the morning around 10am (an hour after they open); otherwise if I came back in the morning, I might have to wait up to 1.5 hours before getting it fixed. Drop off was seamless and they told me they would give me a call when the tire was ready. The next morning around 10am, I hadn't received a call yet so I gave them a call to which I was told that the tire would be done in 20-30 mins and that they would give me a call then. 1 hour passes by and I still haven't received a call yet, so at this point, I drive to the shop with the intention of grabbing my tire, finished or not, since they had continuously told me that they would be done with it soon. When I arrive, I see my tire leaned up against the front window to which I later am told that it is my tire. I ask if any call was made because I didn't receive one notifying that my tire was done, which they said no to. I was a bit baffled by this type of service as it took me going to the shop in person to find out that they were done fixing my tire. Although the actual patch was decent, I would not come back here due to the inadequate customer service.
