I called Kudox to help me with a network wiring project for our home that, frankly, I was a little overwhelmed thinking about. Aurimas worked closely with me every step of the way to ensure that things went smoothly on the day of the job which eased those anxious feelings entirely. If I had a question I knew there was someone on the other end who had an answer. There were a couple of snags due to some weirdness with the construction of our house but the team quickly found a way around them. Super impressed with the level of coordination they had with each other. Thanks Kudox!

I contacted a few Security Systems companies via Yelp and CRISP was the first to respond. Ricardo followed up quickly and often and was open to a little negotiation. We set a time and his colleague came EARLY (imagine that) and was polite. He asked if he should take his shoes off and he immediately went to work on the control panels. He had to hard reset the system and test it out. He explained to me how to arm, disarm, and reset. He also explained a few things that I had no idea about. He gave me a battery that I'd need to buy to replace the sensor batteries in the future. Being a relatively new homeowner in the South Bay, I've had my fair share of both good and bad service providers. CRISP is by far one of the more thorough, professional, quick, and honest ones. If I ever consider a smart home security device, I'll definitely go back to them
