They proceeded to gingerly take the frame apart to get to the prints. Much to our surprise the prints were a whole lot brighter than they looked because the glass had faded. The Village Frame team all helped us with determining the best new frame, new matting and added features we should include to enhance the print. When we got the framed prints back, they looked outstanding. A very professional job done. The prints looked better today than the day we purchased them. We took the framed prints home and, thanks to the initial job of measuring, we were able to put them right back on the picture hangers on the wall.
