    Softball. Only two cages available.
    Shirley T.

Came with a groupon: $50 worth of balls ($3 for 15 balls), $10 for food & 1hour rock climbing. Rock climbing was closed off for a bday party. But they said we can come back and use the 1hr on another day. I asked what do I show to redeem it and they said don't worry about it they'll "remember". OKAY, sure you will. There are only four "cages". Two were for softball and two for baseball. Limited amount of bats and helmets. So you have to wait until someone finishes to use theirs, same wait time applied to cages in use. When the machine runs out of balls, you have to stop and wait for one of the staff members to pick up the balls you batted and refill the machine. The food: Three of us, three vouchers so either dine at separate tables or just use one on one table and use the other two for a future visit. Can't blame the place for being SLICK. The pizza was pretty good, and so was dessert but the spinach salad tasted funny. The dressing didnt taste like balsamic at all and they used some sort of imitation Gorgonzola cheese, because it tasted like straight up plastic. If I ever tasted plastic that cheese would be just like it. I know this groupon is supposed to lock u in for another two visits but I doubt I'm returning. I doubt this place will be open for long anyway.

I bought a Groupon Deal of $20 for $50 Groupon towards batting cages, court time or rock climbing and $10 towards food. The staff was friendly and the space was spacious. It was quiet, given that we went on a weekday during the day. The decor is nice. We had the batting cages for 45 mins. (it was $45 for 30 mins if I remember correctly for the machine. It was cheaper if you went with someone else and they pitched to you. They guy threw in another 15 mins for the extra $5.) The downside was that the machine needed to be reset every 15 balls and the control computer required you to walk through another batting cage with a family pitching to each other rather than the machine. It would have been better if they set the pitching machine cage next to the computer to reset it. We spent more time figuring out the machine and picking up balls than hitting. They don't give you $10 towards food credit. There is a pizza place attached to the store but they said they were not associated with them anymore, which is misleading given the other reviews I've seen after our visit. If it wasn't for the Groupon Deal, I probably would not have went to this batting cage.

The place is nice but very bad costumer service. I visited artistic stitch on Saturday evening with my family. My daughter, son and nephew..,As I entered and was about to go upstairs the customer service attendant asked "did you come for the party" so said NO then is asked "so what are you here for then". I was speechless by his question. Anyhow I said I m here to participate in the batting cage with my family. I felt very embarrassed it's a sporting place what should I have said "I came to do grocery shopping? Honestly I felt racially discriminated.

I recently celebrated my son 5th Birthday Party and I have to say it was great. My son had a Basketball theme Ultimate VIP package party. Some of our guest arrived early than the scheduled time and the party host allowed the kids to play basketball before the party began. The party host were very attentive and made sure all kids were included in the activity. They even adjusted some of the games due to the age of the kids. After playing the first set of games the kids and parents had pizzas, ice cream and popcorn afterwards the second round of games resume followed by the dance party! Hands down all the parents were impressed with the kiddie dance club and rave on how much of a good time they had. Despite one setback one of the parents experienced with the party hosts ignorance towards food allergies- Sal stepped in and apologize for the situation. As a parent planning for a kids party can be very stressful but this by far was the best seamless party I had planned for my kids !

This was the best kids birthday party i have ever had or been to! My 6 year old daughter had the sweats and treats spa package..including mani/pedi, makeup and hair, pizza, ice cream, candy table and a dance party! The staff was amazing. Everyone was professional and attentive to the children. I highly recommend this venue for your child's next party. Thank you for making my daughters birthday so special and fun! The girls loved it!

We just celebrated my daughters birthday here! This place is great! First off let me start by saying that I booked my party SUPER last minute. Despite that Sal was so sweet and understanding and made me feel like he would take care of everything. I had never been to the facility and I was pleasantly surprised. Sal and his team totally delivered. The girls spa is amazing! All the girls had an amazing time and the boys totally enjoyed the sport activities. Even the parents got to join in the fun! The kids and parents then went on to enjoy pizza and dancing in the lounge. It was a great evening. My daughter had a blast. The staff was attentive and patient. The pizza was good. The cake was good. I can't complain. I would do this again in a heartbeat. I didn't have to do anything but show up. Thank you Sal and staff for an amazing celebration.

Citi Field is hands down my favorite stadium in the whole wide world. From the moment you walk in,…read morethe atmosphere is electric and there's always something to see, eat, or do. The food options are some of the best you'll find at any ballpark, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the stadium itself is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Whether you're a lifelong Mets fan or just visiting for a game, Citi Field absolutely lives up to the hype. Every visit feels like an experience, not just a baseball game. Now if the Mets could get a little good mojo going on the field, it would be the perfect place.

Queens, NY (Flushing Meadows-Corona Park) - watching the Mets can be an exercise in masochism (or…read moreso I'm told), but as a non-sportsball person who has the charm of often being on the side of winning teams and cities where I attend the occasional game, the way how some lucky sumofabitch who's never stepped foot inside a casino hits the jackpot on the first try, I was thrilled to witness the Mets triumph over the Atlanta Braves on 7/9/26. This is not the first time I've been to Citi Field but it's been several years. And the first thing I noticed - as a wandering foodie who uses boring innings as an opportunity to hunt down the best eats - was that the concession game has leveled up considerably. In addition to typical stadium fare such as Italian sausage and chicken tenders with fries, you've got more premium vendors like Pat LaFrieda, Fuku, Seoul Bird, Pig Beach BBQ, Chef Kwame's Patty Palace (that's chef Kwame Onwuachi, whose hot Lincoln Center property Tatiana is *still* an impossible reservation to snag), and of course, the ubiquitous Shake Shack. I came on a company outing, and was pleased to discover that the food & beverage credit loaded onto our accounts was easy to use, and simply required scanning the ticket barcode on the MLB app. It's a beautiful park with good sightlines, and fun to walk around the concourse browsing shops and official Mets merch, and if you're me, food sampling your way around the stadium. I can't speak to the parking experience since I took public transit, but Citi Field is conveniently located right by the Mets-Willets Point stop on the 7 train or by LIRR (a quick trip from Penn Station). To avoid crowds, long lines, and jammed trains, I recommend playing hooky to catch a weekday game for the most pleasant and relaxed experience. Bottom line: this is a great outing with friends, family, or out-of-town visitors. You don't need to know what RBI stands for to enjoy this time-honored American tradition of watching grown men chase a ball, belting your heart out during the seventh inning stretch, and drinking overpriced concession stand beers.

I've played company softball on this field several times over the past few years. It used to be a…read morereally crappy field (read: torn up grass, weeds, divots, shoddy infield, pretty much dilapidated and forgotten-- conditions not conducive to a softball or baseball game) up until a couple years ago when it was totally renovated.* Now, it's totally, shall I, say beautiful? Well, if you like turf, it's quite nice. So, obviously it's a no cleats field. There is a really nice track that surrounds the one field as well. There are stands for observers, bathrooms (which is a HUGE plus for athletes. Trust me...when ya gotta go, ya gotta go. Also, the bathrooms are clean, AND they have soap and hand towels! I was amazed.**), and locker rooms, but those aren't open to the general public and are solely for students who go to MB high school. The field is impeccably maintained too. I saw one groundskeeper (no, it wasn't Willy) who actually raked the infield when we were finished with our game last night. I guess my only gripe is it'd be great if the infield was covered to protect it from rain. It was slightly muddy at home plate last night. Oh, and since it's almost directly under the Manhattan Bridge, it can get a little noisy, so you might have trouble hearing your infield. So, if you belong to a NYC softball league and are scheduled to play here, you're lucky, because it's one of the nicer turf fields in the city. *This could also be called "Verizon Field" if you want to be all corporate about it. I think they gave the high school money for remodeling. **Maybe if I knew you better I'd tell you of the bathroom horror stories at most softball fields...flies, no doors, port-o-potties, or no bathroom at all, which doesn't help if say, you've drunk too much Gatorade and can't stand and pee like a guy.
