A lovely lady with a poker straight platinum bob helped me as soon as I walked in. I called ahead because they were about to close by the time I got there. The watch didn't fit me and she generously put the extension I brought that came with it. She also informed me, because of the brand that I could solar charge it by a window and wouldn't need a battery for it. Another man that worked there offered to charge it, although it would've taken a couple days. I opted out of that and it works fine now that it's been sitting by a window overnight and all day. Since I had a backup pair to wear I decided to wait, plus I figured they must be doing good work if they're so busy.
