TLDR: Do not trust them for watch repair!…read more A watch that my wife bought for me stopped working, so I brought it here for a battery change. They tried to change the battery, but the watch still wouldn't work... they told me that the watch was "totaled" and beyond repair. They were the only people to have ever opened the back of this watch. I took it up to Chester's in Parma, and he immediately asked if someone else had worked on the watch before. He showed me that "whoever" tried to change the battery had ripped out a few components, actually showing me what the missing pieces were... Don Basch broke my watch, then claimed it was unfixable. Chester fixed my watch same-day, it's working again! Not giving 1 star because the storefront is nice and clean, people are friendly, and they did a good job cleaning my wife's wedding ring.

I also found a commerative ring given to my late Mom for her dedication to her employer and her attendance. I looked up where the best Jewelers were in the Cleveland area. Gino's Jewelers was rated the absolute highest. And it was close to me. I stopped by after work one day. Mike waited on me and I told him that I wanted to use one (Mom's loyalty ring) ring band to enforce and fix my Dad's class ring. I also told him about a necklace that was pulling my hair out at the nape of my neck that I wanted to get rid of because I heard they buy gold there too. One week later, I had my Dad's ring back on my finger, the hair grabbing necklace sold and a check for the left over gold. I can't even explain how grateful I am to find a Jewelers that I trust. Mike also looked at a bunch of old jewelry that I wanted to get rid of and let me know what was gold and what wasn't. You can not go wrong visiting and trusting Gino's. If you want a fair price and a trustworthy company, Gino's Jewelers is definitely the place to go Thank you for my ring and for the great experience. My daughter needed to take pictures for her Honors photo class and they allowed her to do so. None of us were dressed, looking like we had any money to spend and I was sparkly-eyed through my whole time in the store, but we received none of the condescending snotty judging that seems to be the stereotype. A young lady followed us to answer all of our annoying questions and she let me play with the perfume and lotions. Do I need to mention the complimentary candy and cookies? Even though we did not buy any of their amazing product, we were greeted with enthusiastic "have a nice day" from each of the employees. I even got a perfume sample! The prices were not so bad either. They have something for everyone. I do know that I plan to return and actually buy something next time just because of how courteous and welcoming the staff was.

She had a huge attitude to me and my mom, making us feel dumb for our lack of knowledge. we tried asking genuine questions that she answered very curtly and short, saying things like "Don't even bother going to other places, they won't do anything, sweetie," and when asked how long it may be "It'll depend on their workload." I am fine with the fact that I may have to wait and get a new ring that fits, but her attitude really soured the experience. On top of that, she pulled her mask down on multiple occasions, speaking very loudly as if that would make us educated. Normally, that place is very nice, but she was just so rude.
